Hairdresser was awaome

I got highlights yesterday from Melinda and I just want to say she did a great job. I’m a perfectionist and I can say out of every other person that has given me highlights in Killeen hers were the best. The only reason I gave four stars was because of how hard it was to get an appointment here.

Melinda was great! Im new to the area and its scary coming to a new person and trusting them with your color. She is fantastic! She was very professional, knowledgeable, insightful, and she did exactly what I wanted. I was overjoyed with the outcome and ill be back!!

Roxanne was wonderful sweet and great at what she does. My hair is pretty again. Thank you

Melinda has been doing my hair for almost 14 years. She amazing and explains everything, if I have something in mind and it may take more than one visit to achieve the desired results, she honest and upfront. All the ladies are wonderful. Have never ever seen or heard about an unhappy customer. The new look is spa like. It’s relaxing, clean and super fresh!

I was a bit skeptical on the outside appearance. When I walked in you are in a whole different world it seems, great use of space and decor. Everyone was friendly and happy. The clients in the chairs seemed like they were talking to their best friends. I got the ultimate package which was a perfect way to spend a Saturday. Shasta was my masseuse and wowza she Did a phenomenal job. Will def be back!

This is the only place I will get my hair done in town. Roxanne is literally THE BEST at cut and color and I have super long hair. She’s so patient, so sweet and I honestly wouldn’t know what I’d do if I didn’t have her doing my hair anymore!

I went in today for an asymmetrical lob cut with layers. Roxanne is sweet, fun and does a wonderful job!! Love what she did with my hair. It turned out even better than I could’ve imagined. Highly recommend this salon and ask for Roxanne!

The ladies here are so sweet, accommodating, and great at what they do. I brought my 7 month old daughter with me to my haircut, unaware of their policy requesting no children without their own appointment; despite this policy they graciously allowed me to keep my appointment with my tag-along, which as a new mom I greatly appreciated. Melinda cut my hair and did an amazing job. Not only was it cut exactly how I wished (without needing a reference photo) she did it all while being extremely accommodating to my daughter, who unfortunately had a few meltdowns.I highly recommend this salon! Not only do they offer exceptional service, the stylists are kind and seem to really care about their customers.

I have really thick hair, so its hard for me to find someone that can work with my hair. Melinda gave me great advice on working towards my goal style. She gave me an amazing haircut!

My daughter is so excited! Samantha gave her exactly the color she wanted. I was impressed because I called in the morning and she was able to squeeze her in the same day! The salon was spotless and everyone was so nice! We just moved to the area and we are happy to have found Highlights Salon and Spa!

This Salon is very sparkly clean, soothing, calm, nice decor. What I expect from a higher quality big city salon, without the big city price. Shin did my brows, and AMAZING! Normally I would rash up after, and I dont know what she did, but I have no swelling or rashing, which typically happens to me due to my super sensitive skin. But she asked first, got some info before starting, actually looked at my skin, and holy cow yes Im coming back! Julie did my hair and equally rocked it, gave a great consult before starting. Both of them made me feel super confident in them and the work they do at the salon, I will definitely recommend and be back!

This place is fantastic. I had my hair done and my eyebrows waxed by Miss Arianna, she did a wonderful job! It was my first time getting waxed and the experience was a relaxing one, as the room where it is done plays soft music and the lights are slightly dim. Definitely coming back here.

I had an hour long hot stone massage with Shasta and it was amazing! I was completely comfortable and walked out of the salon feeling better than I had in years.I have mutiple medical issues including chronic pain and Shasta was knowledgeable about what would help and what wouldnt. I cant wait to go back again!

I havent had a hairdresser in 6 and was in dire need! I found this place on maps and made an appointment for that day. I live in NM and visit my daughter here in Killeen. I now have a favorite excellent hairdresser, Adrianna. Thank you so much. It will be worth coming out for!

This place is awesome! I have been going there for 1 1/2 years and katy is awesome. she always takes the ideas I have & runs with them to come up with awesomeness in hair! I trust her 100% with my hair.

Some weeks ago I got my first balayage done here with Julie and she did amazing. She explained to me everything she would do on my hair. I had to reschedule my appointment once and they were understanding. Loved how my hair turned out that I already scheduled a touch up.
