I went to another nail salon since my normal person at this establishment was not available (I am a regular every three weeks). The other salon provided one of the worst pedicure experiences I have ever had. I had to come back to this salon and use another person to get the quality and value that I am used to two days later. I will not ever go anywhere else.

Accommodating with my 2 daughters who got nails painted. But 65 for clumpy nails and kids paint is too much.

I came in to the shop at 11:50 am to get a pedicure and fill , I fact that my nails where still not completed until after 3 is crazy. The manager says Im confused about what I want , but its not me . I will not recommended this place to anyone , this was only my 2nd time here and will not be back again

Love this place. They have new owners. Nelson is the best with full sets of any kind. And Rachel does my waxing and toes, they are amazing. I have been going to Nelson and Rachel for 4 yrs now. I wont go to anyone else!!

Please forget about any other place. Save yourself money,time,frustration and just make this one your permanent nail place. In 10 years i have never had prettier or more professional nails!

This is my new go-to nail salon. They are under new management and wont let you leave unhappy. Nelsons style matches my nail vision, so hes who I go to regularly. He gives me what I ask for but makes it better. Love this place.

Went in for a full set, left with a full set but everything was great besides the paint job. nails were supposed to be white and i left with a see through nail. The design on my ring finger was supposed to be a cross but he put a cross and extra lines.

Horrible will not return went to get a pedicure the lady dig into my nail causing pain the nails was not cut down the polish job was Horrible

As someone JUST mentioned - this place DOES NOT follow standards for healthy manicures or pedicures. LADIES ( and the occasional men)- the tools used on your body NEED to be sanitized. If they are not opening up a NEW bag that was run through a sanitizer unit YOU CAN catch things that the person before had!!!! Also it’s gross and you can literally get bacterial infections!! The man who just helped me, not only tried to put polish directly on my nails without a base coat ( sounds grumpy but when done this can cause your nails to DISCOLOR!!) I had to stop him and request him to do it correctly. When it came for my manicure. He dug through his box of goodies and whipped out a nasty cuticle cutter in a pouch. They might be able to give you some bomb solar nails but it’s not worth catching a case from these people. Will likely be reporting them. Hopefully they turn it around and no one gets anything.

I don’t use only one person when I get my pedicures and manicures done at in style nails, all of them are talented and good people that treat you like family👍🏻

I spent 40$ on a refill and In less than a week my nails popped off like they were glue on nails I did not pull them off or nothing when I say they popped they actually just fell off and I’m so upset called back and told about situation and would not even fix without wanting to charge me. WillNot ever return here

Arrived as a walk in, no appt. Staff was friendly and attentive. I got a regular mani, no gel or anything. Also waxed my eyebrows. Including tip, I paid $29! Technician did a great job on both, eyebrows and nails. I highly recommend. Very clean and professional. Mask required. Although they do have for customers if you ask.

This is the only place I go to get manicure and pedicure. Everyone there does a great job.

My nails and the tech who did my manicure was amazing. However my pedicure hurt really bad as the tech was digging into the side of my nail and when I said it hurt she continued to dig till she was done with that nail. Its been 1 full day since my appointment there and now I have an infection on that very same toe. Im in so much pain. Now I have to pay for a doctors appointment as well. So I would probably return for a manicure but not for a pedicure. Forget that...

Love this place! Under new management/ownership. Nelson & his wife Rachel are amazing & talented. The shop is clean, inviting, they have newest products. I have been with them for 3 years & they never disappoint. They always make me feel welcome & take their time to make sure I am satisfied. I will never let anyone else do my nails or pedicure. This is my second time here and Rachel did an amazing job on my eyebrows and nails. She was attentive and took great care of me. This is now my go to spot for all of my nail services.

If I could give no stars that’d be my pick. I went there to get a basic pedicure and the lady cut what she said was an ingrown nail. Last I checked, that’s supposed to be done by a doctor; nail salon license does not cover that type of procedure. As a result, my toe has been bleeding on and off for three days now; I got it done July 8. Been putting peroxide on it to keep it from getting infected. Makes me wonder who else they’re done this to. Only reason I went there in the first place was because my coworker wanted me to come with her. Will never go to this place again!

Got full set twice so far tools are clean and toe got my nails done I love it they make you comfortable and try make sure you have a enjoyable experience

Under new ownership. Best customer service by far. My wife has been completely satisfied with both her manicure and pedicure. Nelson and his wife Rachel are one of the best people. They are very detail oriented, friendly, and honest. The shop is amazingly organized and sanitary.

Okay so I’m not from the Killeen area I went in with my mom just to get a quick fill and I didn’t particularly care for the set I had before but Nelson was determined to make me helped he saw that I liked the marble design so he picked up some fun bright colors and we came up which each nail and omg did it come out perfect far better than I would’ve imagine !! I recommend coming and don’t be afraid to tell themHow u feel they will do their best to make it perfect to your liking 💕 will be coming back for sure

I love going here, they do a great job on my nails and they are willing to keep the store open later then regular hours to make sure your nails dry and that they look how you want and that your satisfied! This is my go to place! they do good with my pedicures and acrylic nails. They also have mood nails which are super cool!

I love this place and go there any time I want to be pampered. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. My work is demanding and my hands and feet show it. The stylist at In Style work miracles and make my hands a feet beautiful and soft. I often upgrade and get the massage with hot towels, it feels great. They recently remodeled and it looks fancy. Plus, they have all new massage chairs. Yet, their prices stayed the same, very reasonable. I also trust them to wax my eyebrows and have been very pleased every time they do. The stylist really are artists and I love the way I look leaving. In Style is the only nail salon I recommend.

The work was satisfactory but they’re pricing is very questionable. They don’t do a good job at explaining what you’re paying for I was over charged. And when I tried to have them fix it they were unwilling to do so.

For the month of December they are giving out FREE aromatherapy lotions! Great place!

Best pedicure I have had! Forgot the name of the lady who did my pedicure today, but she took her time, scrubbed my feet with a bunch more tools than normal places, made it look fabulous, and even gave me a bottle of water. Be sure to have cash with you to tip!

They did an alright job on my toes. However, they used gel instead of the regular paint. Just so they could charge an extra 20 bucks. They TOTALLY messed up my besties toes. Will not be back. Which is sad since this was our spot. Will be searching for a new place!

I was in today for a pedi and full set . Coming to get my usual but my tech nelson was very kind and professional suggested I try a different shape and when I say he killed my nails !! They were ok. Had the best foot massage ever during my pedicure. Almost fell asleep.... Nails were ok. My gel manicure started to chip in just a few days and it was applied so thick it took forever to soak it off to get them redone elsewhere.

I came in with a friend and they started hers right away. Mine how ever they burned my feet with hot water because no one even bothered with me after putting my feet in the water. They wanted to do hers then mine. If we wanted them done separate we’d have come separate. So now I treat my Besty to pedicure that was total disaster. Hers look like trash and well all o got was burned feet. NEVER WIULD I SEND MY WORST ENEMY HERE.!

Worst place ever!!! I like my eyebrows long and full and she cut them so bald and short that people were trying not to laugh at me as I was walking out. It looks like she she took my whole eyebrows off. Then she did my toes so horrible that I didnt even want her to paint my nails. It was just a simple paint job. Nothing fancy and she still ruined it. And to top it all off. They rushed me out and as soon as I got outside the paint came off. And I mean the paint was so wet it smeared everywhere. As soon as I sat down she wanted me to get up and pay. DONT GO HERE!

So I went here today to get my nail polish removed. The lady ordered me to sit in a chair and she disappeared in the back. She came out 20 minutes later when another customer showed up. Meanwhile, there is another man who works there, sitting there.... he slowly gets up and walks at snail pace to set things up to remove my polish. You guys, I had to walk away after being disrespected like that. I dont usually leave reviews but I had to for this place. I will never set foot in this business ever again.

This place was awful. I went with a group of friends for prom and we all got out nails done and I was the last person to sit down and get my nails done however, was the first one to finish. The lady rushed my nails super crooked and uneven. She got up multiple times to go finish other customers stuff while doing my nails and that was fine but than I got home and my nail broke off after barly hitting it on my dresser. Very disappointed and will never go back again. And they had super bad customer service

The service was decent but for the service I received, job was very rushed, as if I were interrupting her phone conversation with her family. My nails were trimmed too short. The polish job was sloppy and uneven. Will not go back.

Cam has done my pedicures for years now and I wouldnt go to anyone else. He knows how to make the time worth while!

The first and last time I go there. I paid 65 for what I got and my nails came out messed up. They went over my nail bed and my nails were supposed to be shaped coffin shaped but instead they look like I got the wrong size tips put on. And they are my natural nails. And I have some rough spots on my nails. Like bumps.

My last experience was my worst, nails are uneven and the gel polish feels clumpy. Ive seen them be rude to customers but the guy in the first chair to the left is always patient and kind which is why I continued to go. He was on vacation my last visit so I tried another tech...BIG MISTAKE! The two in the first chairs on the right are abrasive and the ladys work is below average. I had to point out to her that I had uneven dips in my polish. I asked for sharp square and got rounded uneven squares. I wont be returning to them.

I got a spa pedicure, my nails look great, but my feet feel worse then they did when I went in! Really disappointed. :(

In less than a week (3 days to be exact) 3 of my nails broke off and I went back up there to get it fixed. The guy that did my nails the first time didnt put enough gel to make it hard enough so they broke off easily. The lady fixed the 3 nails and charged me 10$ More For a color change (dont get matted nails.Once you wash your hands the color starts coming off). The next day 2 more came off. And I only had the nails for a week in a half ALMOST! Then got it fixed then another one came off the day after that and Im just not ever going back there again. They need to learn how to do nails correctly the first time. Can I get my money back please ?🙄 #nevergoingback ✌🏾️👎🏾👎🏾

This place is not clean.. My nails with just a basic manicure looks horrible. My feet itch for some reason after the pedicure. They refuse to refund my money. Keep telling me to just come in.. No I want my money back. So Im just going to report them and try to contact the owner of the salon.

The workers tried to pressure me into buying gel polish and I had to tell them multiple times that I just wanted regular polish since the gel is a ridiculous $20 more for toes and $20 for fingers. They continually brought over gel polish and after I told them for the 4th time regular the lady cut up one of my fingers
