Provides hair, and great service but sometimes doesnt communicate well. My last experience, we went up there for an appt and the owner didnt share with them that we were coming and they were full.

After a week of my hair been done it started coming down. Now after a month it lo bad I would not recommend anyone go here to get there hair braids it cost 225 for them in not lo.g after it comes out a waste or money Time

They are not professional they will give you a price on the phone but in person raise the price I asked for large knotless braids they gave me large parts with small braids for 180$ a waste of money and time these braids are very hideous

The braids were cute when she ( the older lady) was done... but then she used scissors to cut ends and cut way too much...my hair now have bald spots and is very uneven..because the parts were not straight so she fixed that too with scissors...when i took my hair down i had chuncks that came out from being cut.....I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone!!!

Went here to get my 2 yr old daughters hair braided. Her hair came out nice but the experience wasnt to good. Everyone knows with a 2 yr old your gonna have to have a little patience...the lady just seemed to be very irritated everytime my daughter would move..mind you it was her first time. I kept her calm and tipped as I always do but I just cant give this 5 stars.

Today I went there to get Senegalese twists and 2 employees worked on my hair and I loved it. I highly recommend this hair braiding shop 😊.

It was good, the hairstyle was affordable, the atmosphere was pleasant and it was in a convenient location from residence.

I love what this young lady did for a balding old lady. Its ready hard aging, but seeing your crown diminish can be crushing. I called them this morning and they took me this afternoon. Today be sixty-three and me feels really great. Thank you guys.

They seemed to be extremely confused about what kind of braids I wanted, regardless of the fact that I showed them three pictures and explained IN DETAIL what I wanted. Then after about 20 mins of them arguing in a different language about it they started my hair, and hey did it so wrong and I didn’t like it. Since two different women braided my hair the braids in the front were way bigger than the ones in the back and when I asked her to fix it SHE GOT AN ATTITUDE AND ARGUED WITH ME! I paid $200 for this mess and I will never go back and I don’t recommend them to anyone. It’s too expensive and the braids are less than satisfactory.

Nice young lady, accommodating and on time. I love my hair but probably wont go again due to change of price after services given the price was decided the day prior. Money should always be discussed upfront. Also, its encouraged to use the ATM which charges 3.50 per transaction. If major CC isnt the preferred method of payment, please do not advertise. Im sure I know why that is the case. So, that was an additional charge on top of my hair. Again, love my hair but probably wont go back.

Im giving two stars for quality braiding and kindness. I asked for cornrows straight back. Nothing fancy. The parts are crooked. The braids angle to the right. Not what I asked for. I give up on African hair braiding in Killeen. This is the 2nd braiding shop Ive tried. Never again. Im really not sure how she did this. I showed her a photo and explained in detail. I called her and asked her how these braids where not straight back. She agreed to fix it. But I dont have time for this. If one of the braiders at this shop is reading this review... your services are not cheap. You get paid when services are complete. Your clients deserve perfection just like you deserve payment. As your client, my time is very valuable. How do you think I get the money to pay you all for unsatisfactory service? You have lost a customer. If you value mediocrity, go here. If you seek perfection, save your time and money...

I have been coming to get my hair done for years here and I love my hair each time!!!

I went there for a basic braid style. The light skinned braider STRUGGLED to do that style. She said, People ALWAYS want to bring pictures to us and these pictures are so unrealistic. Clearly this lady couldnt do the simple style. Another customer was in the shop and she saw what the braider was doing. She walked over, saw the picture, and put her head down. I will NEVER go back to these people, EVER again! I also notice them braiding a little girls hair. It looked HORRID!! Poor child.Do NOT LET THIS LADY BRAID YOUR HAIR!!!

I love how they braid my hair and they have great service and it’s very clean and they also sell phone cases and hats and stuff and it’s really cool plus they have an atm which helps me because most of the time I only bring my card around places I come here all the time and they always do my hair greatly I would recommend ;)

Hair just wasnt up to my standards. Big in the back and little in the front. Hair very stiff . Want be back .!!!!! Sent a text never got a response so I just posted my concerns. Not enough products put on my hair. Got home and had to put finishing touches to my hair. Very disappointed with my hair .

I paid $230 for box braids N MY HAIR IS RUSHED DONE AND MESSED UP!!!!!! 😡😡😡🤬🤬They put small braids in the front and Big braids n the back of my head of course I didn’t know or notice until now a week later....I WILL NEVER RETURN!!!! I only gave this business one star because they removed my braids after the horrible service I received. First, I have mixed hair and I went in ahead of time to make sure they would be able to braid my hair— they lied and said they could and charged me $260 for my micros.. that same night atleast 10 braids fell out and I had an allergic reaction to the hair they used after expressing that I needed to use human hair. They lied by putting synthetic hair in a human hair bag... further I was not given any of my money back and was told they could not do anything for me... so disappointing and a waste of money. I would not advise anyone to go to Killeen African Hair Braiding.

Ok stylist she was a fast however messing finish globs of Gel style not smoothe through braids not trimmed properly parts arent straight and similar to picture I showed but not the braid count I asked for...stylist also seemed in a rush to leave 😑 I wont be going back unfortunately

African Hair braiding, nicely twisted my hair.

Very nice, clean place.

They are mediocre when it comes to braid. I got Senegalese twist and 2 was later they started coming out. Ive been getting those twist for years and it usually is a month to a month and a half later when its starts to come out
