I was completely overcharged here. I called first to get pricing. Ms. Judy said the service would be $45 to press my hair and $55 if I needed a trim. Of course she gave the disclaimer that if I had thick/long hair, then the price could increase. But, since I have fine hair with loose waves that is short (top of shoulders), I did not expect the price to change. So, I booked the appointment and Ms. Judy communicated the price to the stylist. However, once I finished my appointment the stylist charged me $65 for a very basic press and no trim. The stylist said she charged extra because of the blow drying and the amount of hair. But again, hair is barely shoulder length. Then, blow drying is typical of a press and is not an extra step. Finally, she spent less than 10 minutes blow drying and it was not laborious. There were no tangles or knots to work though. She even stuck me under the hood dryer for 10 minutes to finished it off. I dont see why that would cost an extra $20. And she does not accept electronic payment even though they have the Visa/Mastercard sticker on the door. She has you to use their in-house ATM to pull cash. I prefer to support black owned businesses, but when you get taken advantage of like this, I regret not going to the Dominicans. And I will not return to this business.

Ms. Robin was very professional. She did a great job. 2 months later and Im still loving my sew in. Ive never been able to maintain a sew in longer than 3-4 weeks. I cant wait to schedule my next appointment. I dont mind traveling 5 hours from Odessa, TX. Its worth the drive.

I been going here since I was in high school. Very friendly and family oriented environment. They are very skilled at growing good healthy hair and they are busy because they are good. They work all day so sometimes they may eat while doing hair but its calledulti-tasking. Im always greatful that they are able to squeeze me in even on a busy day and get my hair done. So they are very loyal and I would go here no matter what they charged. I have left my sew-ins in any where from 1 month to 3 months and they stayed in really well no matter what. Love yall and thank you for growing my hair strong and healthy two times now. I come with damaged hair and within a few months its thick and healthy and growing like crazy!!!! Joy is a customer for life!!!

Each time I went I left out regretting spending that much money on my hair just to leave out with a style that I didn’t really like. Been here 3 times. I’ll come on time and have to wait around which I hate and this last time my lady seemed confused on how to lay down a lace front.
