Solid atmosphere with friendly staff. This was my first massage experience and didn’t know what to expect. My line of work can take a physical toll and this was 100% worth it. The front desk staff made me feel comfortable and the massage therapist did an awesome job. Will be back.

Marvelous and romantic setting for a couples cabana massage. The sea breeze blowing and the smell of the salty air makes for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating massage. Definitely worth spending part of your afternoon with them!

A friend treated me to a facial in the Spring. It was wonderful so I scheduled another one. I paid $180 to have someone rub lotion basically, on my face for 30 min. The technition talked the whole time and promoted her side business. I am giving it a 2 star since the woman I did have in February was so good but the one I just had would have maybe been worth a $60 massage at Massage Envy. It all matters who you get!

The Casa Marina is a special place to me and my wife. After our first visit, we canceled our wedding venue and decided to get married there. Nine years later we still make it a point to swing by and either get massages at the spa, or grab a drink and just take everything in. Our experiences have always been amazing up until this last one.We decided to get massages on the beach; there is nothing better than getting massaged while listening to the water lap on the shore. Unfortunately during our massages, the business next door, that rents jet skis, was preparing for a tour. This means a quad runner, that sounds like dirt bike, is constantly revving it’s engine in order properly place each jet ski on the beach. It took over a half an hour to get jet skis needed for the tour by the water. We understand that when you are outside like that you are going to hear random noises, but to have to hear what sounds like a dirt bike track 20 feet from you isn’t right.When we went to complain, we made sure to tell them that the massages themselves were excellent, but the relaxing environment we thought we were going to get was not a part of it.As we told the person at front desk about our experience, one of the masseuses who worked on us stopped by and said that the noise from next door was “obnoxious”. The person at the front desk said she would let the director know. That was Friday. Today is Thursday and we still haven’t heard anything from the director.We still love the Casa Marina and by no means does one employee not taking ownership of the customer experience ruin it for us, but we will not go back to the spa.If you go to Spa Al Mare for a massage on the beach, understand that they placed the tables right next to a business that does jet ski tours. Maybe you will be lucky and they won’t be preparing for one of their tours, on the other hand, maybe you won’t be so lucky. We weren’t so lucky, and they seemed fine with that.

Quite possibly the worst massage I have ever received. If you want someone to spend twenty minutes on your fingers and to poke you feet while not working on your back this is the place for you! Don’t waste your time or money.

One of the best massages of my life, thanks to Jessica!! She has an amazingly unique technique, focused on pressure points and structural therapy (I believe it was called). Helped with my stiff/sore neck and shoulders so much. I truly appreciate it!

Poor communication. Poor scheduling...the person making appointments made a mistake so we were not able to get our couple’s massage, very disappointed in the overall service and effort of the facility.

Best massage of my life! I had a 50 minute Swedish massage in a beach Cabana, and Im walking away feeling so refreshed and relaxed!! Book with Mariposa if you can - she is very knowledgeable about anatomy/physiology as it relates to the massage, body tension, problem areas, etc. The quality was absolutely worth the price!

My husband and I were really looking forward to our couples massage for our anniversary weekend. Seeing as it is part of the Waldorf Astoria resort, I had expectations that I would at least find the massage satisfactory. Unfortunately, however, it was quite the opposite. The spa did not have us fill out any paperwork before our massages, which is the first I have ever experienced this, domestically or abroad. The massage therapist did not ask where I have been having any pain or issues. We had 50 minute massages with 20 minute scalp and neck massages. Mine had ZERO pressure whatsoever, it was as if she was hardly using any muscle at all and just barely using her fingertips most of the time. My husband left feeling more sore than when he went in, and it was not due to deep tissue massage. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and complete waste of $500. Also expressed our disappointment to the resort, but have yet to hear back from them with any sort of apology or compensation.

AMAZING! Beyond words can explain! My mother had booked a spa package which included a stress relief scrub and a 80 minute couples massage for our Honeymoon stay. Therapists, Cheryl and Jessica were unbelievable! We had a bad morning due to our hotel stay but this made up for it! They were both very attentive to our needs and checked in when needed. My husband was nervous as it was his first spa treatment ever. After we were done he was completely amazed and definitely wanted to do it again! We will definitely stop by again when we come back to visit! Thank you for making this a wonderful experience for my husband and I during this special time for us!

Masseuse was great. Skillful, polite, and professional. Facility is barebones though; no locker room, relaxation lounge, sauna, steam room, etc. Just a (nice) bathroom if you need it, otherwise just the communal waiting room and your treatment room. But the massage itself was quite good.

Lovely jewel in paradise, this spot is amazing. You really feel like your at home. Everyone is super professional .Had a total massage and a facial. Never felt so pampered!
