Great massage but very poor experience every time with reception girl. Never friendly, often rude, and every time manages to screw up payment. Then responds with talk to the owner. Dear owners stop employing this person as they are actively discouraging business.

The BEST spa experience Ive ever had. I booked a couples package for my husband and myself. The package included Express Glow facial, Island Sugar Body Scrub, Couples massage, Pedicure. Staff greeted us as if we were friends from the start, making us comfortable while explaining the process of each treatment. The Island Body Scrub was amazing. If you havent experienced the water therapy of a Vichy shower and body scrub, you must do this! Jess is amazing; I felt completely at ease the entire time and the relaxation I experienced was worth every penny. My husband wants to indulge in this treatment regularly. Lorraine did our facials and my skin was glowing! Lorraine was my husbands massage therapist, Jess was mine. We both agreed that these were the best massages weve ever had, no exaggeration. The flow, touch, pressure and technique we both experienced felt custom to our needs and preferences. We ended our experience with pedis by Victoria, who gave our feet that little bit of extra love with scrubbing, massage and gentle treatment to send us on our way feeling relaxed , mind, body and soul. Flow Spa is our new go-to for body therapy. Thank You, ladies! We will be back.

The staff was polite and I was in and out promptly, this negative review is in regards to the quality of the service completed. I came in for an eyebrow shaping and tint. The woman doing them didn’t check with me to see how I’d like them shaped and ended up tweezing most of them off. I don’t want anything from the business as it is partially my fault for not communicating better however I would highly advise people not to come here for waxing. Their staff specializes in some services and waxing was very clearly not one of them.

My husband and I came to get a couples massage for our honeymoon and it was an amazing experience. The ambiance’s is relaxing as soon as you walk through the door and the glow facial felt great. Warm and welcoming environment with professional service. We both did the foot detox which was really interesting and then my wife also got a pedicure which she said was great. Very well run and super convenient to one of the best coffee places in key west.

We are on a sister-mom birthday trip and did a little bit of research on local spas before the trip. Every touchpoint with Flow was great! They accommodated us all at the same time for all NINE of our treatments. We all got the Flow Therapeutic massage and Express Facial. Absolutely delightful! Mom and big sis opted for the scrub add-on to wash their cares away. Workaholic (that’s me) opted for the hot stone add-on to ease tired muscles. The ladies at Flow we so accommodating and sweet! If only we could bring them back to Georgia with us!! I guess we’ll just have to come back to Key West!

Had a wonderful experience at Flow and so happy to find Victoria and her spa. Gorgeous full lash extensions done with a delicate, detailed touch. Waxing was painless and taking the time to fine tune my brows with tweezers was so appreciated. Looking forward to coming back!

Belinda gave me a fantastic pedicure! Took great time and attention. Was very relaxing! Would be nice to do with one friend. Pedicures are given on a comfy couch with two side by side stations.

All that bicycle riding meant I needed a pedi! My friend needed a massage. It was hands down the best one she has ever had.Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Prices were great. Lots of services available. (Stylist on-site) They told us great places too see that we would have not thought to go to!

I have gotten a petit pedicure there twice already. Both times by a different pedicurist, both were quick and very professionally done! My polish was still perfect 3 weeks later, and the price is very fair! Would definitely return again and recommend!

Their spa menu is luxurious and modern. Well knowledgeable staff. Clean and inviting spa with small lockers to place your personal items. and Oh my god the robes, so comfortable! The full body massage and body treatment were amazing. Foot detox was unbelievable, cannot believe the stuff my body was holding on to lol. I will need to return for further sessions and to try their other services. 10/10 would recommend!

Awesome massage! Found this place over a year ago while in town on a cruise. Same thing this year. Called ahead 2 months in advance and got 2 couple massages. Friendly staff, great location, and nice facilities. Highly recommend. Well be back whenever in Key West.

I feel badly leaving this review but in all honesty the management is lax and irresponsible to their employees and clients. While sitting waiting for my spa service (the spa is rather small) I hear a woman coughing with a horrible cough 😷 I immediately walked out and did not stay for the scheduled services.The person coughing should have been asked to leave for everyone’s health and safety. Self isolation is a choice and people in businesses owe it to their healthy clients to be responsible.

I walked in on a rainy day and they so sweet and we me up in an hour for a pedicure and massage. Lovely people.

Welcoming staff, relaxing, clean and inviting. Massage was great, manicure relaxing. Convenient location with a city pay to park lot nearby. Coffee shop right next door, and steps away from Duval, what more can you ask for.

Hands down they know what they are doing. There is a massage therapist there that also has an RN background so she knows a lot about the muscles and skeletal system. I’ve struggled with IBS symptoms the past few years and after an abdominal massage with my full body massage I had regularity for 3-4 days. I for sure believe in the brain gut connection. Flow Spa was a treasure to find when I moved to Key West in September of 2015. I have worn lash extensions for over two years and absolutely love them so I was very concerned I could find a professional lash expert in Key West. At Flow Spa, I was introduced to Francesca who is fantastic and eased any worries I had concerning the care of my lashes. Flow Spa offers many other treatments and services in a extremely clean, relaxing and professional atmosphere.

Belinda did a wonderful Classic Pedicure for me. The shop is clean and they focus on giving you a wonderful experience.

The esthetician did a decent job with the wax but she didnt introduce herself or even ask for my name, she just told me she was ready and to come in the room. When she was done I got redressed and left the room and she was chatting with other employees, didnt even say bye or thanks for coming. Spent $100+ and thats the customer serivce - nice.

Had a wax done here. The young lady act like she really didn’t want to be there. Worst wax ever. Hair grew back with in a few days.. She never used the wax on every pull. She kept using the same strip of wax to pull hair.. Waste of $100

The finest facial Ive ever had and l`ve had them in Paris, Rome, New York, London. I felt 15 years younger and it showed in my face.

Best massage I’ve ever had!

What a lovely experience. Had a mani and pedi and it was the best ever! Mom and daughter took great care of us. 10 days out and the mani still looks like new! Now thats a first - they usually chip in 48 hours.
