My partner and I were in Key West for Pride and decided to treat ourselves to a salt-scrub and an hour and a half couples massage. Joni and Hillary were amazing. Were both bigger guys, but we never once felt uncomfortable or out of place. They made us feel welcomed, appreciated, and the two hours we spent with them were, hands-down, the most enjoyable moments in Key West. We cannot overstate how happy youll be if you get Joni or Hillary to provide spa services to you.

Overall lovely experience. I had a facial and manicure and all of the staff were kind and knowledgeable. I’m giving 2 stars because the manicure prices seemed unreasonable and the manicure was completely gone in 3 days. $35 for the manicure, $20 for shellac removal on top of that. 2 days after my service, almost all of the polish popped off (photo attached).I washed a few dishes, but nothing that would justify the quick wear. Extremely disappointing.

Just received a massage from Taylor and it was excellent. You can tell she paid attention in school because she has strong knowledge of muscle patterns and connectivity. She is also intuitive on where to focus her attention i.e. muscle knots. Amount of pressure was spot on. Price is double what I pay back home but worth it.

Finally getting around to utilizing my gift certificate. I was greeted by Richard, LMT for 60 minutes. I went in with much stress, left feeling amazing. I could not shut-up about how fantastic I felt and this followed days afterwards.My next stop was with Dr. Wischmeyer for a 60 minute facial, her relaxed demeanor, knowledge of the products and explanation of each treatment was enjoyable and my skin felt amazing for days.As a local, supporting businesses is a priority to me. A phenomenal experience from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. I tried a custom Swedish massage therapy, men’s facial treatment, key lime scalp treatment, and peppermint foot treatment.I was looking for a safe way to treat myself to a therapeutic massage and facial skincare. I was a little sunburnt, and I had a minor surgery a couple of months ago. I needed to trust that my professional would be VERY safe with COVID precautions, but also highly skilled to avoid some painful areas. This place hit every mark - from masks and gloves, sanitizer stations, thorough hand washing in your treatment room before any touch points, and reminders of safe procedures as they go. You can tell they are well trained and careful. My therapist was careful to ask what I want to focus on and where I need to be cautious.Overall the lotions and oils used were extremely high quality (some retail for $125+), all organic plant-based (minus 1 necessary antioxidant on-request), and you get to see the products your pro used in case you have questions or want one for yourself.Overall I left feeling very taken care of, my safety well-respected, and my body refreshed and relaxed head-to-toe. I had a Brazilian and facial with Becky and she was amazing! It felt like we were bffs. She was super professional and relatable... she went above and beyond and massaged my neck and shoulders during the facial, too. Whenever anything was uncomfortable for me she was willing to do anything to make adjustments. It felt so good! Definitely would go back!

For your spa experience I highly recommend Ocean Wellness Spa. For the best manicure and pedicure be sure to ask for Carie. I would fly to Key West monthly just for her pedicures. All the staff here is super friendly.

Very relaxing atmosphere, I had a facial and salt scrub/massage scheduled and due to my wedding couldn’t fit both treatments in the same day and they were very accommodating, both treatments were amazing.

Got my nails done and was super impressed with them! Walked out and I completely screwed up the paint on one of my nails, so I called in and they got me back in ASAP to get it fixed. Definetly recommend!

Had a good 90 minute massage to relieve some back pain. Would give five stars but we started seven minutes late but finished right on time, and didn’t focus on areas I specifically asked for. Overall a good massage and would return, anchoring down on actual problem areas. Staff were very friendly, health conscious and safe. Recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing couple hours.

My Mama and I came down to Key West to visit for a few days and were treated to a girls spa day which included a massage from Marc. I cannot rave about him enough! It was absolutely incredible. I also got a pedicure from Michelle that was amazing. The staff makes you feel like family and the atmosphere makes you feel at home. I would rate 100 stars if it were an option! Will definitely be back next time we are in town.

Ocean Wellness spa was a great experience. My wife and I had Kristal and Hillary, both very well trained therapists. I had mentioned to Kristal before starting that my lower back was tight as well as my shoulder, not only did she pay more attention to these areas she also moved my body in such a way that REALLY loosened up those areas making me so relaxed that I fell asleep! (sorry Kristal lol). I would highly recommend this spa to anyone in Key West and will definitely be going back next year for round two, thanks so much!

Oceanside wellness spa was an overall wonderfully relaxing experience. My massage therapist Hilary was exceptional - I have never felt so relaxed and pain-free after a massage. The nail salon was also a wonderful experience. The team at Ocean wellness spa worked very well together and the whole days was blissful.

First and foremost, this facility was very accommodating and professional! This was the day of the local parade for FanFest and they were able to fit my wife and I in for a couples massage! The facility was clean, orderly and I felt myself began to relax as soon as I walked in the doors. My therapist was Richard and my wife had Jocelyn. It is worth saying that we both have had many professional massages in the past but none were as amazing as the ones we received that night!!! The best massages ever hands down! Both were very attentive to our particular aches & pains. I was in a bad accident years ago and have debilitating leg/foot pain. The day of our massages I was having a rough pain day. Richard took the time and worked on my leg/foot and I felt amazing for the next couple days!!! 🙏🏻So very thankful for his healing hands. He is a natural healer & this was the best money we spent on the trip to pamper ourselves❤️ I would highly highly recommend either therapist for a massage and I would recommend this business hands down if you want an amazing, attentive & professional massage!

I seriously made my appointment online at 9:30 the night before. I took a chance that there would be 1 spot in the morning with my name on it given the COVID restrictions in place. There was! I found her business card on my desk from a previous visit months, almost a year, earlier and went to see Michelle. She was as FAB this time as she was the last time!!! I went in with unpolished toes, and she was so kind and personable during my entire appointment. We tested three polishes on fingers to see which one I loved best, and I went with Zoyas Purple Aurora! Michelle cleaned, trimmed, buffed, filed and EXFOLIATED - did she have her hands full on this! The leg and foot massage was both relaxing and invigorating at the same time. My legs are the light tan color they have become since living here full time, in lieu of the blotchy, scaly white due to dead skin cells. They are several massage and spa businesses in the KeyWest area specifically around Duval St- so it was bit challenging deciding who I wanted to invest my money and time in. I came across Ocean Wellness online and was met with a bright attitude willing to answer all my questions, while on the phone. Upon arrival, I was again greeted by a young lady with a great attitude and so accommodating. I got the package for facial and full body massage. Totally worth it. My facial tech was fully involved into my skin care and personalized my visit. (I think her name was Amille). It was so relaxing, I fell asleep several times throughout the massage. We both laughed about it! She stated, “No worries, I take that as a compliment”. I then realized how good she was- I’ve never been more relaxed before. I then moved on to my massage. Before moving to the next room, I was given a comfortable robe and slippers. Felt like a 👑. My massage tech was great as well. We talked about what I needed and wanted- she exceeded my expectations. The room was very tranquil and relaxing. The body oils were settle and smelt amazing. Of course, I fell asleep throughout the massage as well.My experience was so amazing, I brought my friend the next day. They also have some nice natural products. Scale of the 1-10. 100! Lol

Excellent experience. Easily scheduled a same day appointment for a haircut via their website. Amanda did a fantastic job. She was very thorough and I really appreciated the time she took to show me how to style the cut afterwards. She is very talented and I am so happy with the results.

My wife wanted to do a couples massage - I have never really been into massages, only had maybe 5 in my life. Well, if this had been my first massage I would have had many more, I guess I never had a good massage and this one was amazing. The staff was very professional, nobody was pushy on selling products, environment was clean and relaxing, but the massage itself actually made my body feel great afterwards.

Everybody there is amazing!!! I have been to multiple massage places in Key West and none of them compare to the pain relief Oceanwellness massages give me. Will never go anywhere else again. 💙💙💙

My boyfriend and I were visiting Key West and due to the weather we decided massages would be a nice way to get out of the rain. We were able to book massages the night before, which was nice they were able to accommodate that request. We arrived and filled out a simple form, the woman at the front desk was very nice. We both requested deep tissue massages and special attention to neck, shoulders, and back due to working desk jobs we are stiff. I get deep tissue massages very often and I have never experienced this bad of a massage. The woman who did my boyfriends massage, Hillary, was fantastic. He raved about her. However the other lady had the lightest touch Ive ever felt and I asked for deeper pressure twice. She also spent most of the time stretching my arms, legs, and feet, as well as doing range of motion. After leaving I felt like I had some lotion rubbed all over my body and did some stretches, not like I had a deep tissue massage. On another note, she promptly packed up and left, I obviously was her last appointment and she seemed to be in a hurry. Maybe her hands were tired, or maybe she didnt care what I was looking for, however I paid a lot of money for the massage and left very disappointed. Only gave a 2 star because my boyfriends massage was great, I would have rated mine zero stars. Play it safe and book with Hilary.

My wife booked us a couples massage and pedicure. We were greeted at the door by Charles who offered us some citrus water. Sarah massaged me and Dan massaged my wife, the hour went by and felt like minutes. We then dazed from relaxation shuffled to the pedicure room, and had pedicures by Melissa and Carrie. Who most generously came in on their day off for us! We are always treated amazingly at Ocean Wellness Spa, and recommend it to any of our guests who come into town!
