Had a couples massage and it was very nice. Started with a shower and steam followed by a 80 minute service. Very professional, very clean and a nice start to a weekend getaway. The staff was very pleasant and they did a great job helping up unwind. Thanks again!

I really enjoyed myself here. The place is beautiful and very relaxing. Exactly what Ive needed since I got here. Steam room before our massage was great and our masseuses were very good!Tracy was awesome and helpful as well she got us set up for a jet ski tour too! Thank you so much, this place is awesome!

Don’t give your credit card! I had a gift certificate for my treatment, which i used after my service. I happened to look at my credit card statement 4 days later to see that I was charged $480 by the spa! I called the spa to question why I got charged and the owner called me back to say she didnt know what happened. She runs the place, shes the one working the front, she doesnt know shes charging people? What if I couldnt afford that charge on my card and then ended up getting declined on something else essential? It takes time for those refunds to go through. She didnt really seem that sorry, either, just clueless. I made a point to express my extreme displeasure that this could have happened and that she could have no idea. Then she got salty with me and told me again, she didnt know what happened, and she was just asking questions to get more information, but really her attitude was almost whats the big deal? Ill refund it.Ive never, ever been charged by a place when holding a reservation with a card, unless I dont show up. This is a really big screw-up and this would make me caution someone not to use this place, if they have an owner who has no idea how things like this happen. Not to mention, the massage cost $360, and I was charged $480. So, even if I WAS supposed to pay for it at that point, I was charged $120 more than even the actual cost of the service?!?! And I signed nothing?!?!? This is deeply irresponsible and fishy, to be honest.Read a previous review here about someone who was charged twice for a service at this spa and it ruined their trip. Wish Id seen that review before I gave her my credit card number.

This spa is wonderfully serene. The friendly owner, Tracy, has the most beautiful and calming energy that is abundant throughout the spa. Make certain you utilize the private steam room. It was so relaxing. My deep tissue massage with Christine was perfect. I cant wait to go back and will ask for her again. What a nice break from the upper Duval Street hustle and bustle.

I am visiting and needed to start my Key West vacation off right.I had a appointment for a 80 minute Massage.I can just say it was Heaven .. Tracy and her staff are the very best.You will be Friends they are great soulsI would highly recommend that you take the time to make a appointment..it’s a must.Thank you for the best .See you every time I visit .I would give you 10 STARS. But They only let me give 5 .Happy 2018 🌹

This spa is so lovely and the owner Tracy is wonderful. She has put so much effort into making this the true treasure that it is. It is the coziest spa ever, with a great living room to wait and relax in before and after a massage, then she has an amazing steam room to enjoy before getting a facial or massage, then you even get a glass of wine if you like after your treatment. I had an amazing massage by a therapist named Dan, who also is into astrology and gave me a little reading, it was a great way to spend my morning.The location is perfect too...it is right on Duval St, but actually has complimentary parking and is super quiet when you are in the spa. There is also a yoga studio and green juice shop right next store which I love.Definitely check this place out...it is officially my favorite spa in Key West now.

Pleasant host greets you at arrival and on your exit. Nice place and tranquil atmosphere and the steam shower before massage is a nice touch. Unfortunately that was where the satisfaction ended. Its really unfortunate that a business goes to such efforts to create a high end experience, but completely missed the mark on the one thing that really matters. The massage therapist pretty much disregarded my request and did her own thing. I have never left a massage feeling so unsatisfied; as if I hadnt even had a massage. This was a very thoughtful gift and appreciated. However I do not see myself returning.

The entire staff is amazing. The owner from the second u step inside makes you feel like family! If you want to unwind an have a total body relaxing experience this is the place to go! They rock!

I had the pleasure of visiting this spa yesterday. It was amazing. When I arrived for my massage I was greeted by Tracy. She showed me to the steam room where I could get ready for my massage. After a few minutes in the steam room I was introduced to my therapist, Christine. Let me tell you... She was the best therapist I have ever had. She was strong and knew what she was doing. After the treatment I relaxed in the relaxation room while sipping on fruit infused water. It was exactly what I needed after a long day.

The staff at Anahara Spa are dedicated to making you as comfortable as possible and bringing some peace into your life! They were able to see me right away, which was important because I was on vacation and didnt have much time left when I decided I deserved some extra pampering. The facility was immaculately clean, yet decorated in a way that felt like you were comfortably at home. The sauna and cool rain shower were a perfect start to my massage. My 80 minute massage was done by Christine, who is also a physical therapist, and she massaged and stretched my muscles. It was by far, the best massage I have received to date. I highly recommend their establishment!

Tracy is our most favorite host. What an excellent retreat - and convenient to all that the City has to offer! A true sanctuary on the Island!

Total rip off! Was charged $600+ for a couples massage and spa including facials. The massage wasnt great and the facials? Well she didnt really use the blackhead remover, so not sure if thats what facials meant here. But I must say, the decor was great and the host welcomed us with a mimosa. In the end I think thats what really we paid so much for. Not the massage or facials.

My husband had shoulder injuries from a year ago and before he went in he couldn’t lift his arms up all the way— by the time we left he could move his arms in places he hadn’t been able to in a while. Very pleasant couple massage.

What an amazing experience!! Tracy accommodated me with a same day appointment. I loved the simple classic white decor, so relaxing. The holistic massage with reikki cured my headache and sore muscles but the BEST part was the steam shower beforehand. No other spa Ive been to had this and it was amazing. Im so happy I came here and would drive from ft lauderdale again!

Beautiful spa. Facial and massage were excellent. Way too expensive and they refused to honor a groupon. Left feeling disappointed and taken advantage of.

This place caused more stress than it relieved. I saw this salon on groupon.. 80 min massage for 2.. for 224.. after checkout.. they fail to tell you a 40 dollar gratuity TIP is then charged per person. Equaling 80 dollars more than the 224.... now making it over 300. We were accidently charged twice!! Over 600 dollars. When we realized.. tracy refunded the money buy it ruined our vacation to hold up so much money on the credit card for one 80 min massage! Never again. Just a bad experience for us. Still have yet to receive our refund
