Wanted to love this place…the lady who did my pedicure was so sweet. She took her time and did a great job with the scrub, leg massage, and exfoliating. But when I left, I noticed all my toenails were jagged and crooked, and the polish was lumpy. For a $60 price tag, I expected more. Highly disappointed that the most expensive pedicure I’ve ever gotten was also one of the worst.

I just moved to key west and I’m starting my new job tomorrow. My nails were awful. Wandered in super close to their closing time and these gals could not have been more gracious and welcoming. Honestly they stayed late and helped me with colors and helped talk me through my new place jitters. So patient. So kind. And on top of that my nails look like a billion bucks. National debt/10.

A friend referred us to this MUST VISIT Salon! The entire experience was 1st class all the way! We booked our appointments prior to our vacation, and found Cissy to be very accommodating! My wife and I were married in Key West this past January, we visited Nailtini twice on our trip, both visits were great. Allie did both of our pedicures, we really enjoyed the conversation and the mimosas were pretty good too. Second time, we had Deb and Diane for manicures. Absolutely rude when calling to make an appointment. I basically got a scolding after agreeing to all their terms like charging my credit card if I don’t show which I get and happily agreed to the lady didn’t seem satisfied and continued the bashing over the phone as if I had not shown up previously. Sorry a business that treats you like this does not get my money

From Tippy, who did an amazing pedicure, to the owner Cissy, who graciously welcomed me into her salon and offered me delicious drinks, and Marilyn who offered me more (not complaining!) delicious drinks and was very attentive, I’d recommend Nailtini to anyone who wants to experience an enjoyable mani or pedi. Me and my friends tried coming in here to book an appointment for a simple set of nails and the ladies were extremely unhelpful and unclear on how understaffed they are and ended up being completely rude and condensing when we tried scheduling appointments in person AND over the phone. Obviously these women need to humble themselves and work on their customer service skills because it’s incredibly unprofessional and I hope their nail services are better than their attuitudes and communication skills.

I came in her with my grandma a few weeks ago and they made her cry!! We overheard two ladies talking about how my grandmas “weave was crooked” or something. This is obviously very disappointing. I am extremely neurotic about my nails. I was in Key West for an extended time and was in desperate need of nail therapy. After internet research, I called Nailtini and the owner, Cissy (I am sorry if I spell your name wrong) answered. She was great ... reassuring and worked with my neurosis quite impressively. I am so pleased with my nails and grateful for Nailtini! I cant wait to come back!

An absolute treat! The salon is intimate, well decorated, the people are knowledgeable, friendly and thoughtful. My boyfriend and I enjoyed a complimentary cocktail during our mani and pedi. They also welcomed an elderly man in a wheelchair and took SUCH good care of everyone. Nice humans. It means a lot to me.Acrylic full set was also perfect. She does forms instead of fake tips, which are better but take a lot more skill and time. Attention to detail was exceptional, even with the shape.Highly recommend.

Hi ! so the environment of this place was really cool but def overpriced for not the best job. really disappointed with the final result of my pedi as im sure the pictures show. some of the workers seemed super nice but the lady i had was very intense and wouldnt stop talking and trying to sell us on stuff lol definitely wont come again but i did like the products and the cool animal cruelty free stuff, maybe the lady was just having an off day or something idk.

This place is so wonderful! Its a perfect spot to get your girl time in. They are so friendly and welcoming!! I took my 6 yr old daughter with me and the ladies were so nice to her. I will definitely be back on our next stay to key west!

The nail tech was great. I did not have antibacterial/fungal put in my pedicure bowl. (Usually the blue stuff). Not sure if this is normal down in Key West. I’m used to salons that open new tools/files/sanders for each client. This was not the case here. Again, might just be a difference in location. The pedicure was expensive, but hey welcome to Key West. Overrall, it was a decent experience. I just don’t plan on coming back due to the lack of mask wearing by employees, and it was more on the pricey side for not appearing to have the most sanitizing practices.

My first encounter was in October 2020 when I moved to Key West. I made an appointment for a manicure, which had to be booked on a specific day because there was only one nail tech that could do the type of manicure I requested.On the day of the appointment, the nail tech didnt have the tools/ equipment because she had left them at home. Instead of leaving, I opted to go ahead with the type manicure they had available.My second encounter was in January 2021. I made an appointment for a mani/pedi. During the pedicure, I became very uncomfortable due to a very loud political conversation the owner was having with another customer. The topic was something that is very dear to me. She was not knowledgeable on the subject, but spoke with bravado about how she handled the situation. It was apparent to me she would be unreasonable and demand more attention to make her point if she was contradicted.The nail tech that did my mani/pedi was very pleasant and I was pleased with the results.Within 24 hours, my gel polish mani had bubbled, cracked, and chipped. I returned the next day and spoke with the owner. She agreed to re-do the manicure and she scheduled an appointment for me. She even offered to fit me in that same afternoon. I had to set the appointment at another day and time.Due to my work, I had to call and cancel the appointment. I recognized the owners voice and as soon as said I had to cancel, she stated Got it and hung up. I wasnt given the chance to reschedule.I prefer not to return there as I have been more disappointed than satisfied with the service on two occasions. However, there are many good reviews for this business and I encourage others to form their own opinion.

My wife was ok with it. Lady still got in to big of hurry. And wasnt how wife wanted.

Picked one color. Was almost dried out. I had to pick a different color for the manicure. Was also dried out. Not sure why those two bottles were on the shelf to begin with. The girl who did my nails had shaken hands. Poor technique. nails asymmetric. I had to foil them myself. Turned out smudgy and thick. They did not charge me for the pathetic manicure thanks god. But I would still not recommend as the price is very high for the poor service and It was a waste of my valuable limited vacation time. If I’m gonna pay 65 $ for a pedicure at least replace the dried up nail polish bottles on your shelves. Very disappointed.

I had a shellac manicure done at Nailtini last month just before leaving for 2 weeks in the British Virgin Islands. Two full weeks of sand, sun, pool and ocean water and my nails still look great! Great spot. I highly recommend!!!

The best nail salon on the island very friendly staff. They also have environmental friendly products for sale everything from lotion to reusable straws, the ocean bracelets, sunscreen that does not damage the reef. They have the best customer service.

I love this place! Weve been several times and had a great experience every single time. Laura was my tech today and she was so sweet and gentle. She even had a few suggestions for some at home treatments. They are all so awesome and such sweet girls! Always coming back here! Oh, and they give you drinks too!

Bad nails. poor quality.

Although I really liked the idea of the spa I was extremely disappointed with the facial we received as well as my manicure was subpar to say the least. I tried to email the owner about this before posting a review and received no response weeks later which is quite disappointing.The facial lacked any tonic, any masks, any extractions, essentially anything that is standard in any other cleansing facial. It felt as though it was moisturizer after moisturizer being lathered on and rinsed off. The final scrub was hardly removed from my face and I had to run back to the hotel to wash it off as there was an excessive amount of scrub all over my face. Not what I expected for the price we paid. The technician also chatted with me for the entirety of the service which maybe some ladies like but I was hoping to relax and unwind, not the biggest issue but it certainly added to how unimpressed I was.Tippy had done my nails so poorly that I ended up having them removed as soon as I got home, I realized if I wanted them fixed I should have said something in the salon however it was our last day in Key West and frank after the facial I just wanted to get out of there. I’ve attached a photo of my nails for reference, she went far too high onto the cuticle which made the edges bumpy, I also had to ask her to re-shape them multiple times because they were uneven. Could have done a better job myself.RESPONSE TO OWNER: Please see attached for proof that I did in fact send an email to the address listed on your website on January 3rd. My apologies for giving you time to respond and still being kind to the women at your salon and giving decent tip during the holidays. I understand things happen, however, I wanted to bring this to light and of course was somewhat frustrated when weeks later nobody had taken the time to respond to my private email, I understand how bad google reviews can affect a small business and tried to be respectful of that however do not appreciate the personal attack in your response.

The lemontini was not good.I asked for a spa menu and was told they didnt have one...The mani/pedi was European style - nothing extravagant - but cost $100.The girl that took care of me took a personal phone call during the manicure - that seemed strange because it clearly wasnt an emergency.Paying took over 20 minutes because their POS system seems to be too complicated - there is only one person that knows how to work it.

Visiting key west for a week and went to Nailtini to get my acrylics filled in and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Marisa and Cissy are SO welcoming and give the best conversation... and they kept the champagne flowing while I was there. Excellent experience!!!!

I am a snow bird and Nailtini (and Cissy) is my only location for balance of my nails and pedicure. I have been with them for over 5 years and have always had excellent service and experience I have pink and whites on my nails and have never chipped, broken, or had any problems with my nails. I highly recommend this business for all your nails/pedicure needs!!

The ladies at Nailtini couldnt be nicer and the salon is a great and fun environment to host your bridal party. We loved being able to drink cocktails and get our nails done at the same time! I had a few friends and family join me and unfortunately most of our nails didnt last more than a few days. I even got a shellac manicure and two fingers chipped a few days later so my only advice would be maybe some extra care when they are doing nails for an event because for the prices they charge you expect shellac to last a long time.

I love coming to this place! They are relatively new but not new to the nail industry. I love coming here and getting designs on my nails and Lee for sure knows how to do some gorgeous designs . I always get my pedicure from Thomas and he does a great job at massaging my legs. I always feel welcomed and have a great time talking with everyone there !

Nailtini was a fun and relaxing place for my sister and I to get pedicures at the start of our Key West vaca. As soon as we sat down we were given drink menus that included champagne and martinis. By the time we left we felt like the staff were our friends and the whole time we were there was full of laughter and conversation. We highly recommend this place!

I have visited Nailtini, seasonally over the previous 4-5 years. The staff is friendly and professional. The salon is clean and organized. I have had both manicures and pedicures and very pleased with results. Would recommend to all.

Would not recommend. I went to get my nails done for my wedding and she cut 4 our of 5 fingers on my ring hand and 2 on my right. They were all scabbed and I didnt even want my wedding photographer taking pictures of our rings...... also she was on the phone with family members amongst doing my nails, which wouldnt of bothered me if there wasnt so many mistakes. I never post negative reviews but I would hate to have another bride experience this!

Wow. Impeccable work, service and employees in general. I didnt have time to get my nails done before my honeymoon so I decided to treat myself my first day here in key west. The moment I walked in i was greeted warmly and the sweet woman working the desk offered me a drink. Sissy was so nice, knowledgable and we connected instantly talking about dogs. When my husband walked in to hang out Im used to techs giving me or him a dirty look and or telling him to sit in the waiting area- nope, not here. She joined him in the conversation like he was getting a $200 service also. The other nail tech (im guessing- she def worked there) joined in on our conversations and was great to talk to also.It was pricey- Im from NYC, pricey is my specialty, but this was with a capital P, but I got every single pennies worth out of it. That was the most thorough pedicure Ive ever had and most comfortable set of acrylic ever.
