Practitioner and hygienist were first rate. I will say it is very disappointing to go to a medical office and have the front desk lady be a passive aggressive Anti masker. If you aren’t going to wear it just take it off instead of hanging it under your chin. Even when she pulled it up it never covered her nose. If you’re going to work in health care I don’t understand not following common sense guidelines. People are dying. Take it seriously.

We have been going to this dentist for about 4 years. We love the friendly staff and what’s really appealing is they let you know if you need anything done, but are not pushy to have the procedure. The work we have had done has been of excellent quality and the dentist takes time to discuss your needs in plain language.

Gladys is the best hygienist by far that I’ve ever been to💥Never had a cleaning even close to this in my entire life and I am 67 years old!I’m almost afraid to recommend her because there’s libel to be a long line and I’ll never get another appointment.Thank you so much Gladys! I appreciated the fast courteous help I was given. In the night I broke a molar and didnt realize it until morning. The office got me in right away and when they were unable to do the work there they were able to find help at another one of there offices and that office got me right in and did the oral surgery. Doctor Stout has a great staff of professionals. I went in for my regular cleaning today and Kelli, the hygienist did an amazing job. It was a great experience. She has worked with me for several years and always does a thorough evaluation and cleaning. My dental health has improved steadily with each visit. I also worked with Lisa today to complete my payment through my HSA. Over the years the staff has advised me on the best dental insurance plans and they have saved me a lot of money for me and my family.

Im so happy with the service and the atmosphere at the dentist office. From the time I walk in till I leave Im treated so well. The whole office staff does a superior job taking care of your needs, may it be scheduling appointments, greeting you, walking you back to your room, getting you comfortable ( ahhhh yes TV while getting your teeth worked on!) Dealing with my insurance. The most important is the frequent reminders that I have an upcoming appointment!! In a fast paced life I sometimes forget, but they have done an excellent job on keeping the calls coming or the texts. This is much appreciated, and lastly have to thank my hygentist Kelli and Dr Stout, you two have taken care of me for years now, thank you.

I grew up with the same dentist until he retired a few years ago and I had no idea where to go next. My husband and I have had nothing but the best service from Family First Dental. Everyone from the front office gals, to the hygienists and the doctors, we couldn’t have asked for better service and care.

After feeling like I’d never trust a dentist or a dental office ever again, Dr. Stout and Jackie his assistant were truly the best dental professionals I’ve ever had the privilege of interacting with. Because of Dr. Stout I was able to have an acid reflux issue diagnosed and that was just by examining my teeth. He saved me the possibility of having life threatening damage in the long term. Jackie took the extra step of talking to me and reassuring me that everything would be ok. It’s easy to do a job.. but to do it with passion is rare. AND THEY HAVE PASSION FOR WHAT THEY DO. !!!Won’t ever visit another Dentist.

I am a fairly new patient and love all the latest equipment being used. No more lead aprons for the bite wing x rays and a machine that took a picture of my whole mouth, roots and sinuses in less than 30 seconds! I also had a crown done in one day, which for someone driving an hour to get there, is a huge convenience. The staff keeps you informed every step of the way and the hygienist was gentle, but thorough. Dr. Stout, on my recent exam, discussed what to expect in the future with my older fillings. He may also be able to help with my snoring issues after my sleep study is completed. More than I expected from a dentist!

Dr Stout is concerned, caring, gentle and innovative. We have been going to him for over 10 years. He is easy to talk to and the staff works with him very well. Cant find a better dentist!

I have a patient of Dr Stout for a long time at the Deschute Kennewick Family First Dental. My crown broke at lunch on a Friday. They did not have an opening to get me in there but they called the office on Hwy 395 and it just so happen that had someone cancelled. I got in with Dr. Whitson right away. He got me all fixed and ready for the weekend. Dr Whitson and the staff was just a friendly as at the Deschutes office. The crown was just past warranty and my husband was between jobs. They worked out things so I could cover the cost. Thank you Family FIrst Dental!
