Beautiful office, friendly and knowledgeable staff, Sandra in the front was extremely welcoming, answered all my questions with patience, And worked so well with my schedule. So thankful they take their last appointment at 6pm a couple days a week for the working folk like me. The hygienist (Katie in this case) thoroughly reviewed my x rays with me, answered questions. I’ve never experienced this kind of education at a dental office. 5 stars!

I have to admit that I am afraid of needles, but Katy cleaned my teeth and then numbed me prior to my procedure. I literally never felt the needle! The numbing agent was the ONLY thing felt and I couldn’t be more happy with this dentist visit! Thanks, Katy for being gentle and understanding. You obviously love what you do and have an amazing group of professionals that you work with!

I had the most amazing experience here! After calling all over yakima sunnyside and Ellensburg to have an oral surgeon remove a wisdom tooth Noone could help me and I called tricity dental care for help and the receptionist was super sweet and got me in the next morning ! After arriving to facility I was greeted by the kind dental assistant who made sure I was comfortable and made conversations with me which made me feel relaxed. Dr was amazing! Made sure I understood the procedure and felt good about it.They took xrays and numbed me very well and within minutes my tooth that was causing swelling pain and limited jaw movements was OUT! I am forever thankful for this clinic I will be returning with my husband and child ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I just had my first appt. and was impressed! Dr Lopez and all his staff were amazing and professional including front staff! I usually get extremely anxious and did not feel like that after a few mins. As they were measuring my teeth they were super gentle, I was in aww! I also loved the fact that Dr Lopez took the time to explaing services and the outcomes. Will definately recommend this place!

Dr. Lopez did a phenomenal job on talking me through and reconstruction my teeth. I found him to be patient and caring about my dental health. He provided a bridge and several crowns. The procedure was long and slightly painful. I was impressed the good Doctor contacted a few times after the procedure to see if I was ok. I have never had a Dentist follow up. I highly recommend Dr. Lopez and his staff for your Dental needs

What an enjoyable experience I had going to see Dr. Lopez. I got in quickly and they got right to work. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Lopez took the time to sit with me and discuss any questions I had and also provided me with very valuable information on keeping my teeth healthy for a very long time.The experience itself was amazing as they had the massage chair going while I was getting my teeth cleaned. They also have Bose headphones so you can listen to the television and paraffin wax for your hands if you want - had more a feel of being in a Spa rather than the dentist.Highly recommended!! I GOT TO ENJOY THE FIREWORKS, BECAUSE DR. LOPEZ PUT THE SPARKLE BACK INTO MY SMILE! Dr. Lopez was able to fit me into his schedule for an emergency root canal, on July 3rd - a day he had planned to be off and enjoying the festivities. He expertly advised me of what had happened and why, provided some preventative dental health tips, gave recommendations for additional treatment, addressed the infection (that was causing extreme pain) and let me know I had a few rough days ahead, but that it should only get better! Thanks so much for your understanding, that I wanted to have it taken care of ASAP, a and not making me wait through the holiday and have a Happy Independence Day.

My wife needed a emergency root canal and they took her in right away, she is 8 months pregnant with a fear of being at the dentist, they made her feel super comfortable and safe. They were very patient, kind and caring. I would recomend this dentist office to anyone.

Ive never experienced a better dental visit than when I went to see Dr. Lopez. The whole visit was a spa like experience infused with top notch dentistry. Ive never felt more at ease in a dentist chair than when I had my teeth worked on here. I was treated with aromatherapy, a paraffin hand wax treatment, and a massage chair! I just moved over to the tri-cities and I was looking for a good dentist to go to. After reading these reviews, I figured I’d give it a shot and I’m super glad that I did. Everyone was really nice and friendly and I felt comfortable asking questions. I never post reviews on anything but this one definitely deserved it for being amazing. I got to watch my favorite show on Netflix during my cleaning while sitting on a massage chair and having a spa treatment all at the same time. I was definitely surprised with their service. Had the opportunity to visit this place for a routine cleaning, and believe it or not, I felt right at home. Not only did they do an amazing job, but their whole staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was able to listen to my music of choice, and almost dozed off. That says a lot about a dental experience. Dr. Lopez is easy to talk to and he relates and explains things very well. Have already scheduled another appointment for future work. Will not dread going to the dentist no more!

Everyone was SO friendly! I hadnt been to the dentist in a long time (life happened) and I was prepared for sass for that and there was no judgement at all! They were kind and helpful and, even though it was late, they answered every single question I had about future treatments. They also offer paraffin wax, aromatherapy and a massage chair! My husband had the kids so it felt like a little mini vacation! Will definitely continue going-Just sad I have to wait another 6 months 😉
