Very friendly & helpful staff, with a very calm & relaxing environment.Had an issue with rescheduling & they got me back in the office the very next day.Dr. also made sure I left knowledgeable & informed about what was going on & what I’d need to do.

Amazing service and skill. I am horrified of the dentist because I have never been able to get completely numb when they had to drill. They were able to here and was able to prevent me from the root canal that I was scheduled for there. Afterwards I went to my normal dentist for a crown prep. They were not able to get my teeth numb again. The Doctor from show-Me Endodontics made an hour and a half drive to my dentist to show them Im not a normal case and numbed my teeth for me and then stayed till they finished the procedure. My normal dentist office is an amazing place, but the bedside manner and customer service he showed me just left me amazed.Thank you for the care he gives his patients.

Wow! Let me tell you Dr. Mulherin and his staff are #1. He discussed the plan for my root canal, he explained during the procedure what they were doing. I was completely at ease, I was extremely glad to find him. His team was professional and cared for me well. Took all the worry out of a complex dental procedure.

Dr Craig Mulherin has performed two root canals and a rather complex dental surgery over the last year and a half.I have appreciated his impressive skills leading to excellent outcomes for all three procedures. This would be good itself but his genuine caring and follow up are appreciated and are beyond anything I have experienced in my past dental care.

Dr Craig Mulherin was friendly and knowledgeable. He took every measure to ensure my comfort and ease by telling me what I could expect at each transition, playing music, and managing my pain completely. He answered every question, gave me his personal number in case of follow up, and checked in with me the next day. His staff was just as friendly and helpful.

I am scared to death of the dentist. It’s not that I’m afraid it’s going to hurt I’m just really nervous about going to the dentist. I felt so at ease at doctorMulherin office. His staff is very friendly and caring. Dr mulherin met all of my demands ! lol he made me feel very calm and answered any questions that I had. After my root canal I told him this was like a day at the spa. Relaxed soft music and not one bit of pain. I would write him higher than five if I could. All of Dr Mulherin’s team are excellent at what they do and help people feel comfortable. Dr. Mulherin is very gentle, a great communicator and has a calm manner. I could not have asked for a better experience. Also, I was in pain and they were kind to see me quickly.

Had to have a root canal for painful infected tooth that of course occurred on a weeked. Show Me Endodontics graciously made an appt for me ASAP when I called Monday and I was fixed and good to go that afternoon! Staff were wonderful and the Doctor was personable, efficient and I can honestly say kept me pain free during entire procedure! I cant praise their services enough.

I called Dr. Mulherin’s office on a Tuesday because I was feeling pain in a tooth that had been recently capped. I was given an appointment time within 4 days of my call. The office was welcoming and I had no wait to see the doctor. Dr. Mulherin was very professional, explained what was happening to my tooth and the procedure. During the procedure he continued to explain everything he was doing as he was doing it which made me feel very comfortable. He informed me that I had an unusual accessory canal that could have been easily missed. I believe his expertise and equipment facilitated the success of the procedure. There was absolutely no pain involved with the root canal or after. He has a very gentle and professional demeanor. Dr. Mulherin called me back that evening to check on me which reconfirmed my decision to use him. Overall a very easy process.

When it comes to your health, it is normal to be cautious to give a doctor who is new to the area a chance. I gave Dr. Craig Mulherin at Show-Me Endodontics a chance. I have been in so much pain for so long. I have been on cancellation lists to try to get my tooth fixed sooner, but it didnt happen.My dentist told me about Dr. Mulherin, so I gave him a call. I talked directly to Dr. Mulherin on the phone, and luckily, I was able to get in his chair that afternoon.He looked at my records from my dentist and talked in great detail about what he saw and what the process would be to fix my tooth. He was able to get me out of pain that day.He was so empathetic for my situation. He made the entire process so easy for me. He and his staff made sure that I was 100% comfortable, 100% of the time. He talked about how much he valued ensuring that his patients are comfortable the entire time. He talked to me and comforted me during the whole process.His staff is absolutely lovely. They are sweet and caring girls. He gives out his cell phone number for after-hour emergencies (which I think is a huge deal.) He called me, personally, the next day to check on how I was doing. He really, really cares about his patients, and that really shows through his words and actions.I took the chance on an unknown doctor in Joplin. I will scream his name from the rooftops for anyone who needs any specialized dental work. Go and visit Dr. Mulherin.I truly do not think you will regret it!

I was referred to Dr. Craig Mulherin for retreat of a root canal that had failed and was causing extreme pain. I was impressed by the fact that he had practiced as a general dentist for a period of time before deciding to further his expertise by entering an endodontic residency. My circumstances necessitated making an appointment on short notice and Dr. Mulherin didn’t hesitate shifting his hectic schedule to meet my needs. The roots were curved and difficult to access and the original core packing had greatly deteriorated, making the evacuation of the debris time-consuming and tedious. To compound the problem, the tooth had been crowned several years ago and I really wanted to preserve my crown. Additionally, as a slightly claustrophobic person, I was hesitant to have the protective isolation material placed around the affected tooth. So prior to the retreat, Dr. Mulherin ensured that I understood exactly what to expect and he put me completely at ease regarding all aspects of the procedure. At no time was I in any pain and I appreciated his explanations as he transitioned between instruments and angles. Dr. Mulherin’s clinical talent and professionalism throughout my two appointments instilled complete confidence in his ability to retreat the root canal and save my crown, both were successfully accomplished! I highly recommend Dr. Craig Mulherin as a caring and skilled endodontist.
