Beth was my dental hygienist today. She is absolutely Fabulous and such a sweetheart!! I have known Beth for years and she very professional, caring and skilled. She knows I have much sensitivity in my gum area and eased my fears & made my experience comfortable and reassured me through the process. She gently reminded me of taking care of my dental hygiene, as well as my health. She always leaves me feeling hopeful and encouraged. I adore you Beth & wish you continued success in your career. I recently had such a Wonderful experience at Joplin Family Dental. Starting with the Warm Welcome when I entered the office. The Gentleness & Sweetness from the Hygienist was so very Pleasant. The Dentist, Dr. Kirk even took the time to Personalize the visit.(Which is so Rare these days!) Not only did he go over X-rays, ect.. He aslo told me bit about himself & I got to share some about myself. I Greatly Appreciated that!

After having dental problems for 3 months, Joplin Family Dental was recommended to me. I was able to get in quickly and had a procedure the next week. What an amazing experience! Nobody loves going to the dentist but my experience was so phenomenal I wouldnt hesitate to go back. Dr Fitterling and his assistant Susan Conley made me feel at home. They made sure I was comfortable and listened and then acted upon my concerns. Highly recommend.

I have always had a great experience here. I have never had good teeth. I started going to Joplin Family Dental about a year and a half ago and this dental practice has never made me feel insecure or less than. Dr Fitterling is really awesome & knows his stuff. Susan Conley is a great Dental Assistant and will put you at ease & make sure you are comfortable. Karen is a really friendly receptionist & Beth is a fabulous hygienist. I know the whole team is great & they all make you feel like family.

Every time I go to Joplin Family Dental I’m greeted with a friendly smile. My hygienist, Becky, always makes my teeth feel super sparkly clean. Dr. Fitterling and his assistant, Susan, always do an excellent job of making sure I’m comfortable during any procedure and of course they do excellent work!

I have been a patient of Joplin Family Dental more than 10 years. I have TMJ so I need to wear a dental appliance at night. It needs adjusted regularly, so I see Susan quite often. I have over the years had a few people adjust my mouth guard but Susan’s work is far superior. She takes the amount of time she needs to get a comfortable fit. I greatly appreciate the understanding she brings to my visit and always makes sure the mouth guard is comfortable before I leave their office. She truly is superior at this job!

The office was very clean and all of the staff members were very helpful. Beckie, my hygienist was very sweet and did a great job cleaning my teeth. The Doctors explain everything very thoroughly, answered all questions and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fitterlings for 42 years. I have always received excellent care & friendly service by Dr. Fitterling & his staff. Several times they have gone out of their way to provide help for an un-anticipated dental issue. They are very thorough & make sure everything is correct before I leave the building by rechecking until my dentures are comfortable & fit properly. Susan & Becky have always done a great job with my x-rays, cleaning, & other services. My mouth is unusually small for an adult, so they use smaller slides for my x-rays. One does not usually consider a dentists bedside manner, but it truly does make a difference with a patient when the dentist & hygienists take time to politely listen & show they care about the person, not just their teeth. Many people suffer anxiety when going to the dentist. Professionalism & friendliness help calm the patient, so they leave feeling they have had a good experience.

I went in today to get my front 4 teeth reshaped. I could not be happier with the results! Dr. Fitterling and Susan made sure I was comfortable the entire appt., well-informed of the process and completely happy with the end results. I would highly recommend this dental office.I also get my teeth cleaned by Julie, she’s very friendly and never rushes to get me out of her chair. I always leave knowing my teeth are cleaned well! So I’ve been coming here since I was like 6. When I tell you this isn’t just a business it’s more like a family I actually mean it. Today I was in for my regular cleaning. I had to reschedule at the last minute due to my work schedule changing. (Mind you I live 4 hours away and come back for my appointments). They worked with me to find an opening and were super accommodating! Lisa my dental hygienist was so friendly and we had a blast talking throughout my cleaning. When I mentioned I was flossing Beth came into the room and was so proud! She came and talked to me and we caught up. Beckie came in and we talked too! It was awesome getting caught up with all these amazing ladies. Julie also stopped by! Overall it was quite the social event and these ladies made going to get my teeth cleaned way more fun! Lisa, Beth, Beckie, and Julie, you are a huge part of why I’ve been coming here and will continue to come back for years!

This dental facility is amazing! Everyone is fantastic. The front desk is so personable and welcoming, the nurse techs, especially Susan, are so sweet! The Doctors are equally as great and very professional. I love coming here just to talk with everyone. Highly recommend if you need a dentist!!

So I go day one thinking this going to be fantastic. I got recommended to a pharmacy that doesnt exist for medications.. I got plenty of attitude from the receptionist about rescheduling a 4 hour appointment for a day not after my 12 hour graveyard shift and after asking three times for a specific date (a long time, July, July 20th) I asked if they had sent my xrays out to the surgeon they referred me to. Got a sure thing well get right on that. Get a letter saying they dont want me as a patient. Was told it was because I had canceled 3 nonexistent appointments (between my first visit and follow up (one for my wife). No xrays yet for the surgeon. This place is a joke.

Wonderful staff. Every time I come in for an appointment I can tell that everyone is happy, very knowledgeable, and enjoy what they do. Nice office, friendly staff, and very punctual appointment scheduling in my experience. Sedation dentistry made my wisdom teeth removal very seamless and and alot more comfortable from what I can imagine but I cant remember anything lol

Susan did a fantastic job with my daughters first time invisiline care today, including this mothers after care questions. We both left feeling confident & secure with our newly acquired invisiline paraphernalia!

Experience here is over all the best care! I had one bad appt with dental when I was younger and said I would never go back for any. Well here we are years later due to Joplin Family Dental changing my out look on it and it’s the best! All of our family goes here all the way down to our youngest who is 4.10 out 10! Joplin Family Dental and its associates are the best staffed in high quality dental care in the entire 4- state community, by far than any other Dentist that have treated my needs in my dental history. My first cavity (ever) was filled today at Joplin family dental. I was so anxious. I kept asking questions. This was the most invasive thing ever done to me. Im 28. Jennifer was incredibly kind and patient with me, she thoroughly explained what they were going to do, and Gave me some medicine for pain prior. I tell you what, this was a walk in the park! Doctor and staff assisting were incredible! Had no clue they gave me any shots. I didnt feel ANYTHING and before you knew it, it was over! If you can follow basic instructions, open and close your mouth, do this or that, keep still, tie your shoes, then you will be just fine!! I love this place.

The staff were so amazing here at Joplin Family Dental! From the lady who answered the phone, the lady that greeted me when I walked in, the lady who performed the exam and did my cleaning and Dr. Fitterling himself. I am impressed with the warm sense of family along with the amount of knowledge. I am actually excites to come to my next visit!

Staff is absolutly fantastic, from the wonderfully pleasant receptionists and scheduling assistants to the actual dental staff. Each employee seems to not only care about your appointment but they also show an fantastic effort in carrying about you as a person as well. My wife and I have been going to this office since we came to the Joplin area several years ago and will undeniably be one of the few things missed if and when we ever decide to leave the area. Simply put if there were 10 stars I would have given them 10 because 5/5 simply doesnt seem to say enough when representing how passionate and wonderful this office and its employees are.

Everyone is so kind and accommodating with my many questions. I just had some fillings done and will be going back for a wisdom teeth removal. I also recieved texts to remind me of my appointment which helped out considering my busy college schedule. I was in good hands!

The staff is so friendly and helpful. Lisa is my hygienist and she does a wonderful job. She is prompt and gentle and easy to talk to. Dr Fitterling does excellent quality work and cares so much for his patients.

Called the office at 7:30am and they were able to get me in that morning and they did an amazing job, the dentist actually called me and gave me his person cell if i had any problems, Ill definitely be going back to them everytime!

Had my first appointment here this morning. Very friendly staff. Staff took time to introduce themselves and tell a little about them as well as to get to know about you, including doctor Fitterling. It is very nice to have that instead of the usual get the patient in and out as fast as possible. I was also seen within a few minutes of my appointment.
