Everyone was friendly, courteous and concerned with my needs. Staff was informative, listened to what I wanted, didnt try to sell me what was convenient. Overall experience was very positive.

I went here back in 2018 and I still have my soft dentures was told I paid for both soft and hard dentures! I only received my soft and no relining on my soft or the waxing or hard dentures. Someone said I dont deserve my hard dentures that I have recently went in for after 3 years since they never gave them to me I figured it was time that I did receive them. Even though someone told me to make an appointment since I did pay for them now 2 times almost 3 times. Some of the staff members was so kind and only a few was rude.

I was pleasantly surprised. When I was called in the dental tech was nice and went right to work doing my teeth x-rays and explaining who I would see next which was the dental hygienist who rated the health of my teeth with her special tool and she she was gentle and quick. I didnt know there was different levels of cleaning teeth but there are and I really like the way she explained mine. She was so nice and professional and gave me instructions on how to keep my teeth really clean since I have a pocket in my upper jaw area. Then the dentist came in and reviewed the x-rays with me and suggested an antibiotic and pain medicine for my broken tooth and he also recommended a partial for my lower teeth since I hardly have any teeth on that side.I was sooooo impressed that they took care every aspect of my visit including sitting down with the case worker to discus different payment plans and scheduling all my appointments of: taking my antibiotics, pulling my tooth, having a mold made for my partial and last, being fitted with my partial.They were totally awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!And I really appreciated their concern for my well being.

I only get a little over $700 a month which makes it very hard to live and take care of dental health as well. I found the prices to be the best around. And the staff were all so extremely pleasant making it a great experience even under the circumstances of teeth pain lol.

The first visit with a ton of x-rays including a 3-D mapping a consultation with a hygienist and the doctor cost me nothing!!!! Then they took me back and explained all the cost how I could break up the visits and I was even given some credit. The staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Im going to get all my dental work done with them and would highly recommend them for your dental needs.

Their customer service was excellent. Being a walk-in, I was surprised by how fast I was seen. They talked to me about everything from X-ray to billing.

Made appointment for 2:15pm. Didn’t see doctor till after 5pm. Lost a filling and tooth was broken. Best option was to pull tooth. Have to wait over 3 weeks to get an appointment to have extraction. Really?

Friendly, they dont treat ya as a dollor sign. They let ya know up front what they can do for ya and if yer ins only pays a certain amount they work whats in yer budget. I love these people and they will always be my dentist.

I started with them a couple years ago when I had an abscessed tooth. I scheduled an appointment to have it pulled. When I got there they convinced me to save the tooth. I am so glad they did! Life got crazy and I got a root canal and never got my crown put on. I recently went back to get my crown back on. Dr. Derek is amazing. So so friendly and down to earth. Probably my favorite dentist to date. Thank you so much for making me feel comfortable and answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns!!

I had a wonderful experience. I went in due to some wisdom tooth pain. While they couldnt take it out (it has to be surgically removed) they did clean my teeth, something that I hadnt had done it quite awhile. I have not taken very good care of my teeth, but they did not crucify me. They were helpful, reassuring, and are helping me get my oral hygiene back on track. I specifically appreciate Heathers help and communication. She made my experience exceptional.

The Doc and pulling my tooth was good. They did everything to get tooth extracted on emergency. TYBut the post op bed manner needs worked on. Always treat a customer like they are intelligent until you have evidence theyre not! I understand Doc having a surgery and wont be available for 2 hrs. I dont understand a hygienist not being able to LOOK at a socket and tell if it is dry or not. I guess not part of education and only Docs know. And with a family in dentistry, cant believe I was asked if I wanted to choose another day to come back, as if dry sockets waited for convenience. At that point all I could do was laugh and leave, gotcha! Knowing how painful dry socket can be should be enough for some bedside manner, since not all get it from lack of responsibility. I certainly didnt come in cause I wanted a prescription(I didnt want a prescription of anything)for IB when I been taking IB and Acet for pain for 12 yrs, it works, except when something is really wrong. And Dentist only prescribe this now! Sorry for being such a pain in your butt!! I wont be back to bother you again.

The last time I ever want to a Dental place they didnt treat me good at all..so I hope and prayed for a new one and God took me to Aspen Dental place and they are so polite I couldnt of find a better place for me..... Called for appointment for a severe emergency and was told 2 months from now. May be a good place but I’ll never know because they have a computer answering the phone and no human to understand emergency situations!

I was extremely impressed that their new patient exam was actually free - no catch. And I did not get the impression that I have gotten from some other dentists - that they were looking for the tiniest of flaws so that they could recommend a maybe not-so-necessary filling. I found them to be fast, friendly, professional, transparent about prices, and very affordable - even without insurance. Ill be coming back.

Scheduled a appointment for 9:15 in the morning.Was told to be 15 minutes early for paperwork.Drove an hour to there office. At 8:57 they called to cancel and reschedule my appointment. While im missing work drove and hour and sitting in there parking lot waiting for door to open.

I went in not long ago I was having problems with some of my teeth. Waited in the room for about thirty minutes before being seen then told I had two cavities at an upward coat of $600. Turns out the new dentist I went to said I just had a loose filling and not to worry about it. I called to get x-rays from the dentist, I was refused my own x-rays. Not to mention I was treated poorly. I would not and willNot recommended this place.

Overall experience was very good. Emergency services were provided in timely manner and staff was very compassionate with the cares provided.

I made an appointment over the phone to get a filling repaired/replaced as part of it fell out. They called to verify that I was going to show up in Ohio (I live in Oklahoma) and found the mistake. When I showed up to my appointment, there was no dentist on the property who could perform such work, as he is on a scheduled vacation, and they had me scheduled for a general check up. Total waste of a 65 mile trip and they do nothing to compensate me for the extreme inconvenience.

Also how I can pay for my balance was set and for all the work that I will be paying is surprising even with my insurance. I am extremely happy with Aspen Dental. I will tell others about them.

Absolutely love this place. They are all very kind and caring. I went in to have a wisdom tooth pulled it it was by far the cheapest. $154 compared to over $800 at other places. Their main concern was me and making sure I was comfortable. Anytime I needed a break they told me to just say the word and theyd stop. And surely they did! I will definitely be taking my family here from now on!

Awesome Dentist Office Very Clean 🧼 and everyone was masked up! All of my concerns where dealt with and I literally had little to no wait time. EVERYONE at this location was VERY helpful and friendly. The prices are VERY affordable and I do not have Dental Insurance. If you look online before you go you may be able to find a coupon to knock a little extra off. I called at least 8 different dentist in the area for pricing and they where all ridiculously priced. I’ll give an update after my next visit.

I broke a front tooth off on my top denture the week of Christmas. I called my dentist and was told I would have to wait until the following week to be seen and then she would have to send my denture off to be repaired. I would have to go without it for several days. I called Aspen and they got me in the same day, fixed the tooth within an hour and only charged $49.00. Everyone there was super friendly.

Switched Dentists and am happy I did. Have only been once so far, but I was happy with everything. Super nice staff made me feel very comfortable.

100% a winning team. I was in a lot of pain and yet I was laughing with each and everyone of them from beginning to end. I was well distracted from my pain and quickly set to ease. I am horrible with names so i hope they know who they are when i say thanks. Id pay THAT money, again ;)

I was nervous about going to Aspen Dental. It seemed kind of commercial and impersonal to me. However my experience was just the opposite. Everyone was real and genuine. They spoke to me and my husband like old friends. D.Schneickert was funny and kind. And the dental assistants were very considerate. We will continue to go to Aspen Dental in Joplin. It was actually fun.

The people are friendly and courteous. They just dont clarify costs very well till after services are rendered. Then the cost is jacked up so you have to decide what you can do after.

I drove 90 miles for nothing. I am not that type of person to raise a fuss, if my food is ordered incorrectly I typically just eat it without complaining. But I was so unsatisfied here I told the doctor Ive had enough Im ready to leave. I dont think Ive ever said that in a business.I had called to schedule my first appointment, and I made sure they offered 3D imaging (what I was being referred for from my dentist) I called the national aspen hotline and they directed me to joplin, where she also confirmed all the offices have 3D imaging. I was sat in a chair, several x-rays taken, and an x-ray that went 360° around my head (Im thinking its the 3D x-ray). Dr eventually looks at the x-rays and keeps telling me if we had 3D imaging it would help me understand better what were looking at but I just have no idea what Im looking at. So, TOTAL confusion. Whoever does the scheduling clearly does not know what the office has to offer. Staff members not wearing masks correctly, the x-ray tech grabbed my mask and glasses off my face after handling equipment proceeded to open my lips to inspect my teeth, all while not changing her gloves. I was grossed out. They were apologetic about the confusion, but I drove 90 miles for a waste.

I was waiting in the office after my exrays for 2 an a halph hrs.only to leave without a consultation with the dentist.or any plan of action experience. Was to say the least disappointing. Since never found solution to my tooth problem.

I broke a tooth and called for an appointment. The staff and Dentist were very kind. I was in and out quickly. More quickly than I expected with an extraction. Very good place to visit for all of my dental needs.

My visit was more than I expected. Everyone there was very professional. Each step of the process was carefully explained. The Dentist made sure I understood what he was telling me and answered all my questions. It was a very positive experience.

The staff was courteous enough but after my x-rays I was left sitting for about an hour before they came to take me to the next step. one of the staff admitted that they had forgotten about me. I found the quote for services rendered to be extraordinary high and there was no way I could even think about having the service is done.

For me, it was very much like shopping for a used car. I told them from the beginning my situation, on Medicare with dental insurance through Medicare. ( like having no insurance at all )! They did the exam, dentist came in and went over the treatment plan. Everyone was very nice right up until they sent me to the Finance Dept. You don’t put a person in a Rolls when they are on a bicycle budget!

This was my first time here. Everyone was really friendly. Did have to wait in my vehicle til they were ready for me to come in. Due to covid-19 but while in the room waiting on the dentist to come in the they turn on a tv for you. That was pretty cool I thought. Gave them a 4 out of 5 for I havent had anything really done yet. Just x-rays and impressions. I will rate again later when done with my treatment if asked.

I had my first visit with Aspen yesterday. It was the best dentist visit Ive ever had in my life. My childhood dentist helped create a fear of dentists by going at my mouth like a savage. Dr. Goodman, the hygienist, everyone was so nice and gentle I barely felt a thing. The service was very quick, didnt have to wait long at all in between steps. The office was emaculate and very comfortable. And unlike any other place Ive ever been, they offered me the best care and solutions. For the first time in my life Im actually going to get legitimate, amazing and thorough care. Also, their Treatment Plan Coordinator, Miguel, is an amazing man. He went above and beyond to help me get a plan together. Im very happy and pleased with their care and will always highly recommend them. I was referred to them myself and my friend wasnt kidding, theyre amazing people.

Waited for an hour+ to be seen. They do not work with all insurances, and their costs are higher than most.They try to convince you not to get dentures even when your teeth are rotting to the point of no return.They would rather you pay the most possible than actually help you with your mouth.

I was experiencing substantial pain on my first visit. The staff was friendly very helpful. The dentist was very competent, resolving issues that I wasnt even aware of.overall service exceeded my expectations and resolved my pain. I can highly recommend this location in Joplin Missouri.

The absolute best clinic Ive ever been to. Staff is great at this Joplin location and the dentist is very intelligent capable and had an excellent bed side manner. If they took my type of insurance I wouldnt go anywhere else for the rest of my life when I have more money I will gladly pay to have them take care of all my dental needs!!

Although everyone here was very nice, there was so much lacking on the day I visited.I went in for a dental abscess which is around my wisdom teeth. I was a new customer so I did the X-rays as well as speak to the dental hygienist. When the doctor comes in, he basically scrapes my teeth and says “you’ve got a cavity that needs filled”. Never checking my X-rays, or even noticing the very obvious swelling in my gums. In fact, he didn’t even read my file about why I came in! My insurance was thankfully able to cover all but around a hundred dollars for the extraction. I just don’t know if I can trust Aspen to do this procedure anymore.

Terrible service at the front desk. I am in my third trimester of pregnancy. I had a previous appointment and was denied treatment due to a paperwork issue. I had my Dr. send all required documents and called a week in advance to ask if Aspen had received them or if I need to fill out other forms and correct anything. Day before my second appointment after my first denial I call in order to confirm appointment and that all my papers and forms are correct because my schedule is tight and do not want to waste time. Day of my appointment everything is wrong and whoever ran front desk the day before failed to inform me that it was incorrect. Despite me asking the day before. I waited almost 2 hours after arriving 30 minutes early to my appointment. Still was denied for any official treatment despite the fact my dr said they gave all paperwork required. They finally worked me in for a basic oral exam and basically said to go somewhere else. Thankful they worked me in still despite the extreme time delay. But the service was beyond unsatisfactory.

The workers were nice and all. But I didnt seem like overall Aspen Dental wanted to help me as a patient. They wanted what was in my wallet. They werent worried about helping me, to the point they completely dismissed the chipped tooth I went in about. Instead they tried pressuring me into scheduling appointments for more expensive visits rather than helping with what I needed help with. Theyre more worried about the money they can squeeze out of you rather than helping you as a patient. Just like a pushy salesperson
