One of the best run dental offices I’ve ever been to, and they never waisted my time. Everyone is very friendly and the doctor is up front, honest and keeps you informed. I had a very successful experience!

The dentist herself and the dental staff are fantastic. Had a tooth pulled and it went great. Beautiful office, very clean. They were very skilled.The office staff, however, are not great. After paying a large amount out of pocket, the office staff claimed they didn’t know how to file a medical claim and threatened to just charge me instead of figuring it out.I had to go call both my medical and dental insurances and find the paperwork for them or get charged $200.Now they’ve sent me yet another bill, nearly six months after the procedure, claiming I owe them yet more money. Oh, and it’s over 90 days overdue even though it’s the first bill I’ve gotten since I figured out how to file insurance for them.Needless to say, I’m not pleased. I’d recommend the dentist and dental staff all day long, but their insurance and billing staff have made what should have been a simple quick procedure into a massive headache.

Education professionals insisted my 3 year old boy had a tongue and lip tie. I followed their guidance and went to a specialist inWichita where they agreed and wanted to do the procedures right away. I had a horrible feeling that that was the wrong decision and chose to seek other opinions. The staff at Joplin Periodontics was so welcoming and understanding and my little guy was extremely comfortable. The doctor explained her point of view and experience with ties and helped us make the decision to wait. We love this place!

I had Lanap. The office is clean, quiet and relaxing. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Habib is very good from start to finish. She explains what is wrong, what the cause could be, what needs to be done to fix it, after care, all in a patient and kind voice. She knows what shes doing and is excellent at doing it. I had some discomfort but no pain after the procedure.

Every one of the staff, that I had any amount of contact with, were extremely nice. Awesome customer service. My gum grafting procedure, although pretty extensive, left me with only mild-moderate pain after the first day. By the second day, I experienced only minimal pain. My ultimate results are nothing short of amazing. Dr. Habib is highly recommended by my referring dentist, I now know why. Highly recommend Dr. Habib.

I am impressed with all aspects of this office! The front office ladies were so friendly and patient when it came to filling out the new patient paperwork & insurance information. Dr Habib and her assistants were so informative and answered all my questions about the recommended treatment plan. I can say I am confident in this office & I am so excited to start treatment with this team!

I wish I could leave zero stars. The one thing they got is that they actually do okay work. Other than that, this place is horrible. Don’t go if you don’t absolutely have to.I went here instead of my (then) regular dentist for a simple deep clean. But Dr. Habib is about 90% salesperson and 10% dentist. She tried to keep me coming back for more procedures that I didn’t need. Very hegemonic, like the mafia.She’ll bleed you dry if you let her.Matt Heath

I have extreme dental anxiety due to bad experiences in the past but Dr. Habib and her staff were very comforting and told me exactly what to expect. They made sure I was comfortable before they started and during the procedure. My appointment went just as planned and the post operative care was exceptional! Andria called me right away once I posted this review, it was after hours and they still made sure to contact me once they know I was let down. She got me an appointment that worked for me and was extremely sweet and sincerely apologetic for my experience. I ended up having to reschedule twice now and both times I got to speak with a friendly understanding person. A bit of empathy and a listening ear can go a long way!! Thank you all for being so caring!When the front desk girl decides to finally open her window and speak to you she is rude. She made me feel like I was bothering her or wasting her time. As far as the Dr. Or the rest of the office I wouldnt know, how I was treated by the front desk girl was enough for me to leave without walking into the office. In case this business keeps up with these damn reviews, she had dark hair, wore glasses and had attitude to boot, good luck. FYI to the front desk girl, anyone in the waiting area can hear most of what you are sayingn even with your windows closed.

The experience was great! The ladies who cleaned and polished my teeth made them feel brand new! A friendly atmosphere and laid back environment.

I came in for a visit a few months ago...the staff was extremely professional and comforting! Dr. Habib and her staff let me know exactly what to expect and then exceeded all my expectations. The environment was relaxing and the procedure was flawless. 5 Stars for everyone.

Excellent! Dr Habib is a wonderful periodontist. She is a specialist in the pinhole technique. I chose that procedure over the grafting. My regular dentist is also pleased with results from her procedure.

I had 2 wisdom teeth that needed pulled because the pain was so bad i could hardly eat. And they got me in right away. They took care of the problem, i healed fast. The procedure wasnt very long either. I would recommend them to anyone rather than have someone wait weeks or months to get in for a consult at any other office.

The service is wonderful at this place, Dr. Habib is very kind. Every time I visit I feel welcomed and leave feeling well taken care of. This last visit was exceptional and I was surprised how knowledgeable and helpful the young lady was as she took care of my needs before and after Dr. Habib. Great office.

I was one who won the free dental cleaning, free exam, and 100.00 gift card to oasis. Went in for my exam today, they are the most friendliest staff, very thorough and makes you feel very comfortable. Nothing is worse than going to a rude dentist lol. I am terrified of the dentist and hate going but this place made me feel very relaxed and excited to come back. I will definately be paying this place in the future to get my teeth worked on. Very reasonable and and have great deals. I want to thank them again for me winning,it was such a blessing.

Absolutely amazing office and staff!! Dr. Habib is very educational through the whole process and her staff is so nice and knowledgeable. I expected to have so much pain with the removal of my tori with all of the research I had done, but with the technique Dr. Habib did I experienced very little to no pain during healing.
