My eyes checked by Dr. Nazreen Esack. Excellent doctor. Jose at front desk was friendly and efficient.Rachel took good care of me with frames selection and lenses. Fairly good selection of frames.Dr. Esack referred me to an ophthalmologist for cataract review as well.Overall excellent experience .

I was double charged. When I informed their office Thursday following my appointment , I was told that one of the charges was voided and would not process. I called my bank and they said that neither appeared to be voided, but that I could have them send an email so that the charge so that at the very least I could have access to those funds. I called the very next day and was informed by the gentleman manning the phone that no one there could help as they were all “off”. I checked my statement again Saturday morning and sure enough both transactions were processed and deducted from my bank account. I called their office again and again I was told that I would have to wait until Monday for them to contact their bank as they would have to “contact their bank”, to verify I’m assuming. So that’s 5 days that I’ll have to wait due to someone else’s error that could’ve been fixed the very day that it happened. There was no urgency to fix anything. This was handled in the least professional way.

I highly recommend this doctors office for your vision care. The staff genuinely cares and are very knowlegible and helpful! I appreciate their professionalism and kindness!!

Be sure when you make an appt at this place that the retailer up front takes the insurance you have. The doctor took the insurance but the retailer in front did not so I had to go to a different place to order the glasses. Which most retailers do not like to do. Luckily one retailer helped me out. I will not go back to this place and duo not recommend it.

I wish I could give less. I scheduled an appointment almost a week in advance only to be told my insurance doesnt cover something and I had to pay $60 to $80 out of pocket or schedule somewhere else after I waste my time, money, and energy to come up there to my appointment. Like no one thought to contact me before hand. I think I want my gas money and time back in the form of cash app😒. Will not return

Went to this location for annual exam, since left voice message earlier to set up appointment, since seen at this location last year, no one returned my call. Miranda at front desk was rude and had no customer services skills when asked to schedule appointment for exam, asked if I could be seen today, said for a walk in would have to be afternoon, doctor Patel that was seated at front desk was of no help either they both had this nonchalant dismissive attitude. Will never use this location again.

Very Unprofessional staff, Very Unorganized. I took my son in for his Eye exam appointment and was told we called you to let you know we couldnt keep your appointment. Now this is the second time they do this. I have 2 very young girls and one older lady sitting up front. The older lady and one of the girls give a look to each other and start rolling their eyes with a smirk on their face. Not the best way to treat an upset patient. Needless to say, I will NEVER EVER bring my son to this place again.
