Overall experience //I had an absolutely amazing experience at this location, Meagan and Dr. Amanda were a delight to talk to and made the experience so much better! Everyone here was so welcoming and sweet as can be, lots of laugh while I was here and everyone was informative always willing to assist me in any way possible. I would definitely come back here again!If you’re having any second guesses about this location or the people, don’t! I highly recommend it, I will happily tell my friends and family about this location and the amazing people here!

This was my first time ever going to the eye doctor and it was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had! Dr. Brown is great. She was very thorough and explained everything she was going to do. She did her very best to make me comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone in need of eye care!

Dr. Brown was phenomenal. Getting an eye exam is not the most enjoyable experience to begin with but Dr. Brown did everything in her power to make the the appointment go smooth and problem free. I cannot recommend her enough, and I know she will be the best doctor for your next visit.

Dr. Brown and the staff are excellent at their job. I have no vision insurance and was able to afford the thorough exam easily. Although I didnt buy glasses yet, the frame selection is great!

Dr Brown is very nice. But I feel like a 75 dollar charge for a fifteen minute eye exam is a bit much. Aidan is 12 years old. I was told for his very minimal eye correction (+.25 in one eye) lens and frames would be over 200 dollars. Absolutely ridiculous.

The exam was thorough but she came across as condescending and rude. We likely won’t return with the rest of the family once we pick up our daughters glasses.

Great visit! Awesome team!! I had a great experience from start to finish. Check-in was quick, my exam was thorough, and all of my questions were answered. Once my exam was over, Pat took great care in helping me find the perfect frames for not only my prescription but my face. Pat was very patient with me, addressed all of my concerns, and made sure I knew of all discounts available. She explained the differences from my last prescription to my latest and made sure I was comfortable. Everyone here is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend the entire team! Well done!

I called the office at 12 pm with an eye emergency and they got me into see the dr in 2 hours of my call .

I took my six year old, who has never had a formal eye exam and is skiddish when trying new things, to this location. The doctor seemed easily annoyed, not extremely patient and not very kid friendly. Given the store and location, I was expecting better service. On a side note, the young girl who checked us in was pleasant. I wish the doctor had been the same.

She did not take the time to explain what the outcome of my exam was to me. I had to ask many questions about what my results were and why they differed from what I was experiencing with my vision. She was just gonna hand me the prescription paper and said pick a frame. Made me feel my questions were dumb.
