The dynamic crew of Jakob, Zak, Mandi and Kyle is an unstoppable force that makes me smile every single time I walk in there. I love going to therapy and feeling so very positive just by walking in. But they truly bring the best ideas and creativity. Love this spot!!

I meant to write a review a while back but forgot to. But I had a very good experience with them. My progress was always consistent and always improved. Everyone is super nice and chill to be around. The ladies at the front desk are so welcoming and sweet and the trainers always make sure that the patient is comfortable. If I had to do therapy again I’d choose this place any day.

I love my therapy sessions here at CORA Physical Therapy West. They are very friendly, considerate, compassionate, and professional. From the moment I walked in I felt a warm welcome and like it was family. Come here for your therapy, they will have you moving, jamming, and laughing every time. I strongly recommend them. Staff at the front desk are very polite, professional and knowledgeable, Jasmine and Denise are the ladies who usually check me in. As for the PT staff. Very knowledgeable and patient. My personal experience is with Kyle, Jacob and student Stacy. The other PTs are very friendly. Stephanie and Zak to name a couple I have dealt with. I rate this facility 5 stars.

This clinic is has such an inviting vibe that makes me excited to come to therapy! They listen to me, help me focus on achieving MY goals and allow me to have a little fun on the process! I am grateful to this staff for giving me my life back!

I have seen great results with CORA physical therapy. I was able to do my therapy through Telehealth because I couldn’t leave my house after surgery and I am back to doing everything I want to do!

I love cora westside. The staff there are amazing. Ms. Kristi a very good therapist and so are the others. I no longer have trouble going up my stairs at home since going to therapy at westside. The ladies at the front desk are great Jasmine and Marianne.

Dr. Kristi Link is the current Clinic Manager at Cora Physical Therapy. Since I started PT in February of 2021, my pain tolerance has reduced and the skill aqusition level of each staff Ive encountered has been a welcoming, professional. Dr. Kristi has been diligent into ensuring my needs are met. This place offers a culture that is worth experiencing and the goals are realistic. Additionally I would recommend more Workers Compensation programs contract with the provider. Lastly the staff are accommodating and easy to work with.

As before, the facility is always clean and tidy. Fitness machines sanitized and marked. staff always friendly and respectful and courteous.Last week, staff was holding a meeting with personnel. My particular p/t was handing 4 people. I will say he did a fantastic job!. Sorry for him for all the paperwork to follow. Another interestingly good experience

I’ve been having elbow pain for about two years now and Kyle did ASTYM and it was 75% better after one visit! Cannot wait to see what a few more visits do!

I love the environment from day one of walking there the door. The facility and staff are clean and tidy, with our safety and phsical health being top priority. My P/T is a Rockstar, she does it all, shes so upbeat, always smiling, always engaged with her staff and their patients as well as her own.

This was my first time participating in physical therapy and I wasnt sure what to expect. I was in a car accident in August and worked with the team at Cora Westside until March. It was a long journey, and I put in the work and am proud to say Im doing much better then when I first walked in the door. The team listened to me and met me where I was at everyday. I had good day and bad days, but the team was willing to make accommodations. They showed their support when I was having struggles in my personal life, and their goal was to see me functioning and healthy. Im going to miss working with this team. We laughed together and made it through the pain. I also listened to how the team spoke to each other. They kept detailed notes, asked each other for help, and I believe there is genuine respect in the work place. The receptionists Jenny and Jordan were also great, they always welcomed me in the door by name and with a smile. They were on top of the paperwork, and helped me with my questions. Overall, i would recommend this clinic to those who are ready to tackle their goals!

Sometimes therapists need therapy too! Due to my gym being closed for the past 2 months, I had to change my work outs to include long rides on my bike. Two days ago I developed excruciating pain in my right leg and hip making it difficult to sleep, walk, and drive. I knew my sciatic nerve was irritated due to the location of the pain. Kristi, our orthopedic board certified physical therapist and clinic manager, assessed me and immediately knew what was wrong! In less than 10 minutes, she fixed the alignment of my pelvis and sacrum and showed me the stretches and strengthening exercises to do. She took me from a sharp pain in the 8-9 range to little to no pain at all! I am happy to be back on the road driving without pain and doing my job of supporting and appreciating all of our therapists and employees! Thanks again, Kristi! You and your team ROCK!!

I was in a accident, hurt my neck, back, left side and right shoulder, first went to them for my neck but then had surgery on my right shoulder, so they wound up doing therapy for both my neck and shoulder at the same time, they were being so careful about how they did everything and thinking about my pain. And doing a wonderful job so far, and make people laugh and smile when theyre there

Update 6/16: Today is my last day of prescribed rehab. Ive reach all my goals with the 103rd Cora Team including my confidence. I am so pleased with their care, friendliness and professionalism. I am going to miss seeing everyone. Certainly a place Id return to just to drop by and say hello. I feel extremely connected to Kristi and her staff. 😭😭😭. I would encourage anyone to get their rehab or therapy done here!First Post: I love it there! Kristi and her staff are amazing. I am enthusiastic about completing my rehab with them. Their attitude and passion for their work and the clients are phenomenal!

I have been to numerous places for physical therapy before but none of them took the time or worked as hard to get me back on track better than the crew at this office. I came here for my knee first and then after shoulder surgery when they asked where I wanted to go I had to pick here. Adrian, Ada and Alyssa are amazing. They really care about getting you better and will always do their best to challenge you and push you to be your best. I would recommend this office to anyone who wants excellent results.

Excellent people to work with. I had a bad fall two times and hurt my shoulder. They made me an action plan and showed me different things to do to strengthen my shoulder to ease the pain. I feel great after 1 month of physical therapy. I truly recommend them they are unique, friendly, and courteous. I now can sleep with no issues. Love this company but mostly the people working there. They will make you get back to normalcy. I really value them for everything they have done for me. The best customer experience ever. I love the CORA team.

The staff and therapists at Cora Physical Therapy have been wonderful to work with. This is my first time at physical therapy so I had no idea what to expect. I know now that they definitely work together with you to help strengthen your weaknesses and fix your pain issues with specified therapy exercises which has worked perfect for me to continue to do at home on my own so the problem doesnt happen again or get worse than it already is.

CORA IS THE BEST!!!!!!Every time I walk in the door I am welcomed with a smile by Sonya the receptionist. If she gets too busy Kyle is always there to help her out (always polite and smiling as well) Very respectful!!! When I first starting going to therapy the manager(Brian) was so nice, helpful and would answer any questions/concerns I had. Unfortunately he was transferred to another CORA location. Which I wish him the best. The therapists(Louis) and other students I have worked with there are very good at what they do but MORE IMPORTANTLY they care about you and truly want you to get healthy. They always go the extra mile to make you feel better. I would highly recommend anyone needing therapy to go to CORA. A very friendly, caring, helpful and most out going staff!!! 5 star rating!!

Top notch individuals all the way! I will miss all of them. They helped me recover faster and gave me lots of great and wonderful advice in how to manage my type of rare injury even after my visits were over. I recommend them highly and have complete confidence in their abilities. A most friendly environment.

They are so kind and helpful. I did my undergrad student observation hours at the Westside location and I learned so much. I can tell the patients make so much progress and they get stronger with less pain. Highly recommend getting physical therapy here.

I was there for recovery from rotator cuff surgery and it was a wonderful experience. They treated me really great. It was a lot of hard work but was well worth it in the end. I would recommend Cora to anyone who needs therapy.

Great facility with amazing people. Adrian And Ada Both help me gain Motivation to walk and get better. The staff at this facility will work with you and really try to get you back to your way of life before the injure you had or will help you to become a more Healthier Person with the tips and Exercises That they show you. I cannnot show enough gratitude towards the staff that they help me recover during my process at Cora. I would definitely recommend coming here if you have any pain from your injury work related or other wise or if you are trying to become a healthier person.

I have been in therapy since January and am fully recovered. They have amazing therapists, if it wasnt for Aaron, Adrian and Ada, I dont think I would have done so well. They give good skilled quality physical therapy and Im ready to go back to the gym!

The staff is great. Even the phone call I got from them initially to setup an appointment for my evaluation I felt welcomed. The entire staff always seems to be in great spirits, smiles all around all the time. Nobody ever seems to have a bad day which makes going enjoyable and it shows because the other injured people receiving therapy around me are also smiling. Its comforting, people doing important work and being enthusiastic about it goes a long way when dealing with serious injurys, I stop being consumed with thoughts like Will I ever be able to run, jump or ride bikes the way I used to and I start focusing on progress. I have yet to learn everyones names but Tiffany at reception, Alyssa did my initial evaluation and Aaron who has worked with me the most are all great and take pride in their work. From what I can observe everyone else here does too. Despite having no personal ties to me I truly feel they care about me getting back to having a fully functional ankle again as much as I do and thats all I really need to feel about such an important part of my recovery. Cant wait to start bearing weight and get to the fun stuff!

My daughter has been a patient at CORA since July 27th after ACL and Posterior Meniscus surgery. The staff at this site is absolutely outstanding. It almost feels like family. We look forward to sessions every week. They work her hard, encourage her, and give her rest when needed. I would recommend this crew to every one.

From the moment you walk through the door at CORA you are greeted by the friendly ladies at the reception desk, then greeted by your therapist and asked how things are going and how you are feeling.I started at CORA after shoulder surgery at the end of January, I wasnt able to do anything but pendulum swings. It took a lot of hard work, and dedication to get to where I am today. I can finally say I have graduated from Physical Therapy and all weight restrictions from the Dr. I am able to return back to work full duty, with no pain and no issues thanks to CORA. The therapists at CORA actually care about you and your progress. I am extremely happy that I went to CORA for my physical therapy, I dont think I would be able to say that after 3 month of PT Im graduated if I went somewhere else.Thank you to everyone at CORA for getting me to where I need to be today. You all are amazing people. :-)

Great group of people. I had a fractured humerus and torn UCL, and it was a complete turn around in 7 weeks! Started off very humbling due to me being an active/athletic guy, but by the end of it, my strength was returning and felt much better/stronger. They listened and genuinely seemed concerned with getting me back to ME.

Ive never written a negative review before. I sorta feel bad for writing a negative one now, but I feel that I owe it to potential customers. Please save yourself the trouble and do not go here for physical therapy. Their exercises gave me radiating pain down my leg, for several days. After seeing Cora for +2 weeks, I reported back to my spine surgeon on my progress. He was confused and frustrated with the hyperextension exercises they had me doing, and he told me to immediately stop doing them, because its only putting more stress on my back, and its making the symptoms worse. My last visit at Cora was nearly humiliating. They literally had me standing in a corner, because the goal is for me to stand for long periods of time. Are you kidding me? Thats supposed to magically put my herniated discs back into place? Im on my feet for 8hr shifts, and I drove out of my way to go stand in a corner? No thanks.Note: I will add that the female receptionist was amazing and she had excellent customer service.

The customer service and expertise of the STAFF MEMBERS were superior. I never been treated this well for pt. Keep the GREAT WORK UP GUYS!!!!!

I could not have had a Better Experience!!!!! The Emplyees at Cora Westside are an Incredible group of people. The level of Dignity and Respect they show their clients are Amazing!!! A Nurse working at an Orthopedic Specialist refered me to this location and told me that many of their patients Loved the phacility. . . And it turned out to be Better then I expected.Each client are respectfully addressed as Mr and Miss. The Atmosphere are relaxed and fun!!!!This is a place you would feel comfortable sending anyone you Love to.Most importantly I walked away feeling that they truly cared about my recovery and did everything that they could to help me get Better!!!
