Dr. Haga is amazing and you can tell he truly cares.The lab staff is absolutely incredible and nice, I hate needles and they make it so I don’t even think about it.The nurses are all super nice as well and thorough, other than one visit I would be in and out in a breeze!Unfortunately the last year has been a pretty bad experience, I asked for a letter for my SSDI lawyer exactly 40 days ago. FORTY days, the first request was never answered, the second request was acknowledged, I then asked for an update about 30? Days ago and I was told that they are “understaffed” I get it, I really do but when I asked for an update again last week, I didn’t get a response at all. I get being understaffed but 40 days for a letter?

Dr. Haga is great and so are the Nurses. That being said dont ever expect to get a call back in the same week if you have to leave a message, Ive found that its better to just go in and tell them what you need done that way you have a chance that someone will eventually do it.

Never follows up and does not return calls. - very unprofessional

Dr. Haga is the One the Best Doctors that I have been to in my life time. Friendly, Caring and Very Good at What He Does. So he has made me feel Good about my health at this point in my life!

Dr. Haga is the best Dr. ever, he takes his time and dont rush me out the door like some Drs do. I wish I can give him10 stars!!!!The staff is wonderful and the wait is not long at all. I truly love them all💞

Overall very friendly and fast, Ive been there three times. Only thing I found us they can be a little judgmental of people with anxiety. I am aware of my anxiety around new people and just go with the flow. Had a nurse ask me if I was on any medications, I said no and she went Wow, really

Doctor Haga always takes his time to provide me and my family with the best medical care. I have been going to this primary care/Urgent care for a few years and since Dr Haga came I have not been happier. He is amazing!!

He is a complete idiot in regards to treating thyroid issues. Not only did he do the wrong testing and flat out deny my request for a non synthetic thyroid medication, he overdosed me with synthetic thyroid medication (which I wasnt doing well on to begin with) and then blamed HIS error on a provider who had switched practices months prior.

Dr Haga is absolutely wonderful! I was nervous with what I had going on and he made me feel at ease and was wonderful with answering questions.

They never answer the phone!!!
