Very Professional, wonderful staff, very polite. The Doctor Mr. Haga is very professional and is outgoing to see that you r doing well in all walks of life and ur well being. The staff keeps the office sanitize all the time.

He helped me with my ailments and I am pleased that he is now, my General Practitioner! Since pediatrics on Camp Lejeune is currently not doing sports physicals I called here to make an appointment. The gentleman on the phone that made the appointment for me was super pleasant. I was able to have my daughter seen in two days. Check in was a breeze, and the staff was very friendly!

I was assigned here by TriCare a little over a year ago. I found out I was pregnant and they tried to schedule my appointment a month and a half out to confirm so I could see an OB. When I finally got seen, I gave them a week to send my referral and when it didnt go through I called and asked about and they said I was waiting on TriCare. I called TriCare and they never received the referral. So I called MedFirst back and she said she already sent it. I ended up asking for a copy and went to Staples and sent it myself. It went through within 24hrs. They almost never answer the phone and, when I leave a voicemail, they almost never return my call. I called about a month ago to get a referral to a GI specialist and it just went through a week ago. I called again today to schedule a sick appointment and no one answered the phone, again.The people working there have always been nice to me but Im tired of never being able to actually get someone to answer the phone or send a referral in a timely manner.

I went there with no appointment, having troubled walking due to being dizziness. They check with the doctor if I could be seen. Within a few minutes, I was check-in and seen. The sweet nurse told me I could hold unto her if it would make things better so I did. She made sure I was always safe. After the examination, they even walk me to my car.

Ill begin by saying I had an appointment so I called the morning of to confirm the time of the scheduled appointment and the guy I spoke to said that the doctor was out on vacation. He asked me if anyone had called me and I said NO! So he rescheduled the appointment for yesterday on 8/24 at 430. I leave work at 400 so I got there at 410, a little early. I sat for about 20 minutes then they put me in a room so now I see that its 500 so I opened the door to ask why was it taking so long. The lady told me that the doctor was in another room with another patient and there were twoore people ahead of me. So at that point I just walked out and left. Another issue I have is that when you call, no one will ever answer the phone so you are forced to leave message and then no one calls you back. This place is sloppy and Im not going back. The man doctor is awesome but hes not there every day so its hard to get an appointment with him. The lady doctor is who I was scheduled with and every time Ive had a bad experience so this morning I changed my primary doctor and Im already scheduled some where else.

I did not have to wait long for them to take me back. The Doctor and his Staff are always nice every time i come in to their office. They took care of all my needs. Outstanding job! Thank you.

The Nurse was friendly and knowledgeable. We always have good experience with Dr Haga and the staff. Small disappointment; was there for blood drawing and saw the Doctor instead. Small communication error. Other than that I appreciate their services. We were able to reschedule to get blood work done. Thanks you.

Impossible to get anyone here to answer the phone. Theres a very long hold message that says that due to the pandemic they are experiencing very long wait times. And then it just kicks you off the line without speaking to a human. I got there, not only could they not see me in urgent care even though this is supposed to be an urgent care, every single staff member I saw had their mask under their chin or wasnt wearing one at all. They dont require the patients to wear them in the waiting room either. Knowing how low vaccination rates are in this county and that the Delta variant is a serious concern, I was very worried while I sat here last week.Which is it? Can you not answer the phone and provide a full range of services because of the pandemic? Or Is the pandemic the complete non issue now, and precautions are no longer necessary? It cant be both.

The staff is great! front desk, lab technicians are some of the friendliest people I’ve met, I’m very uncomfortable around needles but they’re always amazing and I don’t mind getting blood work here (well mostly anyways!) The nurses are extremely nice and right to the point.Dr. Haga is amazing and I drive almost two hours to come here because of him. He really makes doctors visits seem like a great thing and I genuinely look forward to my visits!

The Doctors care is great. Dr. Haga is a wonderful Doctor. But they are very forgetful and just right out drop the ball on calling your scripts to your Drug Store. I can never get anyone on the phone either. They could use a lot of improvement on the point. I do have life threatening conditions that requires me to take my meds regularly. I cant hardly take them if I dont have them.

Don’t go here. I was sick with an ear infection and possibly the flu or Covid and they said sorry we can’t see you please leave. This place claims to be an urgent care but there is nothing urgent immediate or caring about that place. Don’t waste your time or money.

Doctors are good front desk folks are nice BUT I’m sorry if you need them to do ANY kind of paper work for you especially if you are a VETERAN PLEASE stay on top of them about it. They will tell you not to worry about it that they got it when in reality it’s NOT taken care of with no follow ups. I had a lot of confidence in them because I enjoyed going here and never had a problem. I am speaking from experience and got screwed over BIG TIME After going there numerous times about a situation very respectful and nice. Some how they LOST very important documents that were needed for us Vets to be seen. We get it people make mistakes but to pay the price for someone else’s fault when it comes to medical is just wrong. Oh not to mention, I got turned away from my appointment and denied care because of it. I will not be returning because of this even though it doesn’t matter. Good luck

The second I walk in I get a great big hello from Sam Richardson and Irene. If I have questions they are more than happy to answer them. Im 68 and have seen many doctors and this office is definitely the most patient friendly I have been to.Daniella Hayes is very patient friendly and knowledgeable. I am very happy I picked this office.

This place is the definition of medical neglect. Poor communication amongst staff and with patients.The doctor will listen to your complaints, do nothing, and send you on your way. There is zero consideration for the patients personal schedule or the arrangements they have to make ahead of time in order to be at scheduled appointments.Do not bother going here if you have serious health concerns, autoimmune issues, or anything that cant be diagnosed after 3 visits.

Amazing staff, I have never felt like a number when Ive gone in. They all treat me as if they are excited to see me every time.The care that Doctor Haga shows is awesome, he shows high quality care with a back home kind of feeling, he shows he really cares about his patients.Other doctors offices can make you feel like cattle, hurrying you in and out, I have never ever had that kind of treatment here. The absolute best in Jacksonville.

Was told the tb test would be 20 dollars when scheduling the appointment then showed up and payed 45 dollars. very displeased.

I came for a rapid test before I flew back to NY and it was fast and easy. The 2 people who came out to the car was not only professional but very nice. If I ever need anything when I’m down here I would definitely come to it.

Dr. Haga is my Primary Caregiver at PIC. He is caring, thorough and efficient. He completed extra paperwork I requested for the FAA quickly and correctly. I never feel like he is rushing to his next appointment. I always have his complete attention until all of my concerns are answered. Courtney at the front desk and Erica at reservations are always ready to help, reschedule or complete my extra requirements. They embody excellent Customer Service. I recommend everyone to this superb medical facility. Their Urgent Care is also well-run.

Staff and Doctors are polite and kind. Appointments are always timely and staff takes the time to listen to your needs. However this office is always busy. It is very difficult to get through and speak to a live person. I notice at appointments there is not enough staff to take care of patients and handle a very busy phone. Of course they take care of the patients first, however it is very frustrating to try and get through when you need something, example medication, even when going through the portal as well. They need staff to answer the phones. Driving to get medication refills or calling other offices to get through should not have to be the case. As they put on site patients first as it should be, they need the support for the patients trying to get through. Again love the staff and doctors but need more support.

I have used this Clinic when not feeling well and front office very nice and the Dr. too! I was in Medical so I know how it goes. No long wait and you are taken care of.

Transferred to this facility, from the Southwest Clinic when Dr. Richardson the retired. Saw Dr. Haga six months ago and he told me that HE wanted to see me back in six months. Before I left the building, I make the ha appointment to see Dr. Haga in (this December) only to find out that I had been turfed to another provider whom I had not seen before. When I questioned this, the clerk I was talking to had no explanation, I think she was new. The other clerk chimed in and stated that they don’t have the providers schedule six months out. When I asked why they booked an appointment when they don’t have the doctors schedule, this clerk just rolled her eyes and continued doing what she was doing. I told the clerk, with whom I was conversing, to cancel the appointment, the other clerk once again chimed in and stated “if I cancel this appointment, the soonest I can see Dr. Haga would be in March 2021. I told that snotty clerk that I can find a new Primary Care Manager before March, which is what I intend to do.Also, this facility NEVER answers their phone; when you leave a message, you never get a call back.Very unprofessional and not worth my time or money.

MedFirst Statesville literally the worst. Would not recommend. Called them over 20 times for the results of Rapid COVID test I took 3 hours prior. Was told it would take 20 minutes then 45 minutes went past and I was told I could leave and I would be called with my results shortly.

They never answer the phone, nor do call backs. The front desk doesn’t understand how tricare SELECT works. Under staffed. And I found what looked like month old rice on the table in the back where you sit, along with trash or some kind of nasty bug trap looking thing in the middle of the floor. I’d post pictures if google allowed, since everyone is Supposed to be super clean for the quarantine. And old receipts(from patients) stuck to chairs in the waiting area that’s supposed to be cleaned.

My husband waited an entire month just to be seen by his doctor. When he went he wasn’t even seen by his doctor But instead by the doctors assistant and was treated poorly. They dismissed his concerns entirely. He won’t be going back to this practice as they clearly don’t make time for their patients.

Very professional, friendly and attentive. No long waits in the waiting area. I appreciate feeling like a person not a dollar sign. I recommend to everyone looking for a family practice.

So the wait was minimal. The staff was super nice and helpful. Everything went smooth and i was there for bad shoulder pain from bone spurs. The nurse was so helpful with information and polite. This has been one of the best urgent care clinics I have been too. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

Care was fast once I got to a room. I didnt have to wait too long past my appointment time. They were very busy that day and worked me in at the last minute. I seen Danielle Hayes and she was wonderful. Very caring and compassionate. I would recommend to family and friends.

Completely unprofessional, they left me waiting well past my scheduled appointment without explanation while staff stood outside my door chatting. When I asked if they forgot about me they were rude and acted as if was my fault stating there was an emergency. I asked to reschedule and they refused. I insisted, when the gave in, it was for the farthest date out.I understand emergencies happen, but there is a total lack of disregard for peoples time and disrespect of people, in general, at this office.

Dr. Haga is my primary care physician. He is down to earth and treats you as a person. Takes the time to listen too you and he truly gets to know you. He always does what is in your best interest. I just hope he is not one that is just passing through.

My experience from my first visit was wonderful other then not being able to get anyone on the phone most of the time otherwise I cant find anything negative to say at this point i was asked to arrive about 30 to 40 minutes sooner then I did gratefully they didnt make me reschedule also when I spoke with the doctor she focused on my concerns instead of my smoking habbit it was a nice experience from the usual beating a smoker can expect anywhere else thank you

Sent my ex-wife in with our son who was sick for a few days, the dr was in for less than 30 seconds and diagnosed bronchitis. This was the second visit in less than 10 days. A week later, 3rd visit, my son is still hacking and congested. I tried to get an appointment and they told me I could wait in the office for an hour and a half while they were out to lunch but if I left, they wouldn’t see him. So we left and went to the one that had walk-ins available. After waiting and hour or so, they told us we couldn’t be seen until we paid another $110. They didn’t resolve the issue the first 2 times and expected me to pay a 3rd time! Then blamed it on the insurance as to why. We won’t be going back.

Dr.Haga is a very caring doctor. He takes his time and never makes me feel like he is in a hurry to get me out of the office. He so reminds me of doctors from many years ago, like Dr. Gerock.

Everyone from the front desk, nurse, and doctor was outstanding. Everyone was professional, friendly, and caring. I went in as a walk in and the woman at the front desk told me it would be awhile cause they were short staffed and appointments take priority. I was totally fine with this since I was a walk in, but I was in and out in 1 hour! This was the best experience I’ve ever had with an urgent care. The nurse even apologized when she brought me back and said she was the only nurse on staff. Even on an understaffed day they still all did a great job!

Unfortunately, I had a little accident at home and sliced my finger with a ceramic knife. I came in & talked with the receptionist & they put me into a room immediately. Dr. Haga and his entire staff were absolutely wonderful through the entire experience. I did have to get a few stitches & have it cleaned up. This place is amazing and I recommend them to anyone needing “urgent care.” Thank you guys so much!

Dr. Haga is a wonderful doctor. I’ve been seeing him for ten months for my migraines and I pay out of pocket, which is a lot, yes but it’s worth it because he listens to me and doesn’t just assume I’m after the drugs like every other doctor I’ve seen. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Daigle is fantastic! He actually cares and works hard to find the best, most affordable Rx for uninsured people. He is appreciative of his patients business and truly seems to care. The nurse was wonderful as well. Only 4 stars because the receptionists could benefit from more training in professionalism. Id go back for future medical needs.

I love this place ! Coming from a small town where I had the same doctor my whole life I was so nervous about going to see anyone else , but Dr Haga is amazing . I had a terrible kidney infection a couple weeks ago , they gave me medicine and he asked me to come back a few days later just to make sure I was feeling better . Feels great to have found a doctor that I’m comfortable with and one that really cares about his patients ! The nurses are great also. Highly recommended this place for whatever you need !

I love this clinic , have been going to this clinic since the year 2000 I have watch the change locations many times and added many physicians. I have seen doctors come and go and by far Dr. Haga is the most caring and professional doctor I have come across in many many years , and that says something coming from a 17 year retired RN . However the new system of making appointments leaves a lot to be desired . They are excellent when it comes to staying open for very long hours to squeeze in as many patients as possible that need to be seen however , The walk-in welcome needs to be removed . I have not said anything until now but I have had many issues with walking in and not being able to be seen . Their front office staff is pretty good except for a few days here and there when theyre in bad moods and incorrectly answer questions with a bad attitude . I realize when dealing with patients and appointments it can be difficult especially if that patient is not feeling well and can be a little demanding and rude . But there is a proper response that the front office needs to learn when replying to someone regarding why they cannot be seen when they are definitely not feeling very well by their own doctor . I know there are a lot of sick people and I am not complaining about not being able to be seen after a bad weekend Ive been extremely sick . I shouldve went on to the ER instead of waiting to see my doctor . When I tried to call to get an appointment I was told there was an emergency and he would not be in until after one today and could not even see me until after six . You can imagine how unhappy I was after suffering all weekend praying I would be able to see him first thing this morning to find out what is wrong with me without having to go to a strange doctor at the ER . I realize I am not his only patient and I can deal with that but what I have a hard time dealing with is the front office staff telling me it is not their fault he had an emergency and theres nothing they can do but try and schedule me after 6 PM WITH SMART Attitude . As I said there is a proper way to respond to a patient when they are unhappy that they cannot be seen as needed . And today that was not it ! I have been with this clinic a long time and have raved about it many times over the years but the new system needs tweaking and the office staff needs to be reminded of their professional status and that they are the face the patient sees before they see the doctor and that can make all the difference in the world . Everybody has a bad day even me , though I am not perfect however the attitude I got this morning was not that of a professional medical staff and needs to be corrected .

I just moved here from Chicago and this place was my first choice doctor. They got me in right away, for an established visit before I could get some things done for my new job. They were polite, cordial and seem like they really do care about their patients. 😊 I was happy to see I got something that was so welcoming.

I have always been treated very well at this establishment. The staff and nurses as well as Doctors have always been helpful when I have been sick so much so I have changed them to my primary care physicians.The establishment is also kept clean and sanitary conditions are great. The front office staff is also really nice and helpful.

Absolutely wonderful doctors office! My fiancée went to hospital after hospital and got no help but we walked into the office and immediately received great care!!! I would recommend this doctor to anyone, especially if you are having a hard time finding someone who takes your insurance plan! Very thorough, short wait time! Ashley and Lakeisha(not sure on the spelling) were absolutely wonderful!!!

Physician Immediate Care for me has been a good match, have been with them for several years now. The Nurses Aide/receptionist are courteous and respectful when you come to the office for appointment, the wait time in the lobby is a short one before they take you in the waiting room to get your vitals. The wait time before the doctor see you is about 10 to 15 minutes. The doctors that Ive seen have been caring as well as Direct depending on your issues to ensure best results.

Very professional, caring and personable doctor. He was patient enough to listen to me and not rush through my appointments. I had pneumonia and he needed to re-check me for my progress in getting better. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Haga to anyone.

Physicians Immediate Care of Jacksonville provided saw me immediately as a walk in. This impressed me as other urgent cares typically have a 2 hour wait. Once I went back the great service continued. I was in and out with both flu & strep test in under 45 mins. The team that saw me was very thorough. I will be going back to Physicians Immediate Care of Jacksonville again.

Called today because my daughter was having side pain and it hurt when she went to the bathroom. Was told to go to the ER from the front desk because imaging might be needed. After 6 hours in the ER, she has a UTI. Which could have been diagnosed at this clinic in less than half of that time. Used to,love this clinic, not so sure about it anymore.

Was in and out with stitches in 30 minutes. Office staff was friendly, nurses were great and Dr. Haga was super nice and caring. He is so thoughtful. He even mailed a hand written note thanking me for choosing Physicians Immediate Care! Definitely recommend over the emergency room!

Dr. Haga is the most genuine doctor I have ever seen. You can tell he really cares about his patients. Scheduling appointments within recommended time frames can be a little rough, but overall I would recommend this practice to anyone.
