I highly recommend Care Spot on Cesery. They meet my needs.. most recently I suffered a knee injury. They worked me in and provided:On line booking. Capable staff. Caring staff. Clean facilities. Good lighting. Xray capabilities.On site doctor and nurse provided tender care and informational feedback regarding at-home care.

I made an appointment for 12:30 pm. Arrived at 12:15 and its now 1:30 and I still have not been seen. I am very sick and this is quite disturbing. Not at all pleased with this experience.

I highly recommend this CareSpot location. Arrived without an appointment and they worked me in within 30 minutes. Provider promptly and accurately diagnosed me after a misdiagnosis in the ER the day prior. She got me started on the road to recovery and I cannot thank her enough for actually listening to my concerns. Thank you!!!

Fast and great care! very nice doctors! didnt too much care for the an at the front desk, he was very rude to me when i came in for my son appointment, he was mad it was around his closing time and try to tell me he had one person coming in but that one person was me!

Very clean place and the receptionist, Marcus, is such a nice guy. The Nurse practitioner is also very thorough and makes you feel understood. An appointment is preferred but they also take walk-ins, although you may have to wait a little while if you just walk in. Again, Marcus took great care of me and scheduled an appointment for me so I wouldnt have to wait in the lobby for two hours. I also did not feel rushed by the nurse practitioner, she took very good care of me!

I was just not seeing having an obvious incapacitating back pain, because i listed the back pain as a work injury. I work as a delivery driver carrying heavy boxes and it is obviously work related. At front desk they said i needed authorization from my boss, I don’t have time for that i need help, so i told them change it to a back pain i need to be seen and they would not change anything at all. They would not change it or see me, i can’t even walk with this pain, thank you so much for being careless, inhumane and not care about your patients.

My friend, who was allergic to bees, got stung by bees stirred up close to our driveway. My wife took him to Care Spot on Cesery Blvd. They saw him in a timely fashion but they kicked my wife of the waiting room out to her car. Prior to this my wife was initially asked to wear a mask. She did. I guess they changed their minds. This despite my wife being double vaccinated and had her paperwork with her. I dont understand why they had to he so rude to do so.

Dont advertise as a walk-in clinic, you are not!!! Hurt my finger and could not get treated because we are fully schedule today

I had no problem getting my appointment for a covid test , for work. Even though every carespot this week is booked they managed to fit me in to their busy sheduals. They were fast and informative about the process i Recommend all to the carespot in arlington on cesary rd! Thanks guys

Candyce (sp?) has been incredibly helpful and patient with me as I try to get all the paperwork, shots, etc. to go to school in the fall. She didn’t make me feel rushed and went out of her way to make the process easier for me and it is much appreciated!

Everyone professional and friendly.A sign stating ID is required on building and website would be helpful. It would be nice to have an email /phone number /website for follow ups, billing issues/ FAQs. I was to receive an email about my blood work, and I am not certain if I was to come back for a follow up?

The staff was friendly & professional. They were thorough and relatively quick. They also had the waiting room set up where the chairs were spread apart from one another due to Covid regulations, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a truly pleasant experience. I have no complaints.

The staff is super professional, my appointment was timely, and the facility was very clean. My husband and I got some really exciting news during my visit and the staff was very congratulatory and supportive. I had an extremely wonderful visit. I would definitely recommend coming here for urgent care or other minor medical needs.

Making the appointment online was simple, despite the lateness of the day it was needed. The entire staff was professional, courteous and made the entire process comfortable, almost like you were being treated by a friend.

My provider, Karen Stover APRN, was WONDERFUL. She was very reassuring and calmed me down and made me feel heard. She ran all the tests necessary to give me peace of mind and was very educating and insightful. I havent ever had an experience at CareSpot, or any urgent care facility/ER as pleasant as the one I had on Sunday. I was called back at my appointment time and treated very well by all staff members.

I was trying to get my 6 year old seen last night at about 630 pm and was told they couldnt see her due to her not having an appointment. Thought this is an urgent care place not an actual doctors office and you didnt need an appointment to be seen.

The staff and my overall experience was wonderful. They attended to my needs ASAP and was genuinely concerned about my well being.

The time factor is outstanding, the staff (from Reception to Nurses to PA) were warm and caring, and the outcome was PERFECT. Highly recommend. I definitely recommend appointments if you are able, but I was NOT able to given my circumstance and I STILL had an outstanding experience.

Came in Monday so that I could get my mother checked out, the front desk lady that greeted us that day was very much helpful and told us that since it wasn’t Covid related we had to make an appointment which I understood and so she helped us and made the appointment with no problem. A few days pass and the appointment date arrives so we go back to the clinic, after it was our turn to check in, the other desk lady was very much rude. Note, I had to drive all the way from P.C to Jacksonville to take my mother there just to get turned away for not having a “Florida ID”. When they ask for an ID it’s either a drivers license or a passport since they need to identify that it’s you, which my mother handed her the passport so that she can show her and the desk lady didn’t even bother to take it from her and she automatically turned her away since it wasn’t a Florida ID. At the end of the day regardless a hospital should ALWAYS accept patients ESPECIALLY if it’s URGANT care and since she didn’t have insurance we were WILLING to pay but still got turned away anyways. I didn’t want to be disrespectful so I just said okay and left but truly that was very much rude. If you’re not willing to help people out why even be in the field, and if it wasn’t going to be possible in the first place, they should’ve notified us so I wouldn’t even bother to show my face.

Quick and attentive staff. Made an appointment for a TB test and they moved me right away. Was there for maybe 10 minutes tops. Rates are also very good compared to local medical offices that will run the bill up twice as high for same services. James is a great staff member as well whom gave me the shot. :)

The service was outstanding and professional.

The lady at the front desk told me they dont take any insurance. I find that hard to believe but ill never waste my time there again.

I was warmly greeted. But after sitting in the waiting room a few minutes my daughter started vomiting all over me, all over the floor, all the way to the bathroom. She proceeded to vomit all over the bathroom floor and all over the toilet. I had to clean it all up by myself and as far as I know they never disinfected the bathroom and another person went in and used it. The medical assistant and nurse practitioner there were both nice and we were seen quickly. If it werent for the vomit incident Id leave a higher review. I worked in medical customer service for years and I wouldve never left a patient to deal with that alone, especially when there only a couple of other people to be seen.

I was seen relatively quickly, everyone was very personable and made me feel feel safe.

The staff here has helped me through some very rough spots and i couldn’t thank them enough for their continuous patience and compassion

Urgent care is a misleading name for this establishment. I came in with a huge gash on my arm as well as many other injuries sustained from a car accident. I went directly from the crash to care spot. They refused to see me until I had a claim number, even though I was on the phone obtaining it. In the amount of time it took me to get the claim number, I left care spot, went to another urgent care and was seen (without a claim number). I overheard that they also refused to see the woman in line behind me, for who knows what reason. Apparently they turn people away left and right. I do not recommend this clinic if you need to be seen urgently. They do not care about you and will not hesitate to turn you away. Also, very rude at the front desk. I will never return.

It was amazing. From walking in the team was so professional, they worked well together, efficient, great communication to being called back minimal wait Glen in the labs did blood and a few other test( he really made a great experience .. he was so sincere, kind, and gentle with the needles, to the provider very nice again efficient, professional quick yet gave me the time that was needed not rushed. I am not from this side of town but my experience was so great I would be willing to go back to this clinic.! Great job staff!!

I visited care spot on ceasery. Glenn and ladies at front desk were very nice. Glenn Should be been doctor because when he checked my vitals he was very helpful thoughtful and gave me good information .When Dr. Robin came in very cold unconcern and disinterested in why I was there. She was ready to leave room in about a minute. I spent more time waiting and putting on clinic shorts than she was in room with me.I had to keep asking her questions to get other suggestions what I can do other than take antibiotics. Literally take two call me in morning mentality Dr . Robin had. I was not pleased with her quick fix attitude. I was worried and needed comfort about my situation. When she first came in room she stated I had swelling and I said no bump. So right off back she hasnt even looked to see why I was here. Do right off back I Knew she wasnt concerned.

VERY SLOW AND NONCHALANT. I HAD TWO SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS two days prior to the actual scheduled day/time. No one is in here. The staff are discussing military stories in the back.

I went here for a work clearance. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. No wait and fast service. The doctor was proficent and I highly recommend anyone to come in. The office was clean and everyone had a smile on their face even since working on a Sunday. Thank you all again!

I have visited here several times when my primary doctor could not work me in. The facility is very clean. The front staff is very nice, polite and considerate of your privacy. The doctors and nursing staff have always been professional and listened when I talked. I have recommended the CareSpot on Cesery to friends several times.

I liked that my visit was fast the staff was very friendly. The staff who took my back was very pleasant and knew what he was doing walking me through every step of my appointment with diligence and patience. He called another staff back to help with the blood draw and she was equally as friendly.

I am not happy Care Spot it’s really bad nurse!Last year is was everything okay insurance. Really bad they don’t tell me insurance not covet I pay cope $100 so my mail again pay $145.86. CareSpot Urgent Care no good they don’t tell me about cover insurance I was sick. No more for me CareSpot. I am very sad :(!!!!

I enjoyed the professional staff. I felt very comfortable. The rest restrooms were very clean and the staff met my needs in a timely manner. They made me feel very comfortable. The Nurse practioner was really kind and she gave me good luck on my job endeavors.

This is a fast and convenient CareSpot. Very friendly atmosphere and clean. Went in the middle of flu season and only had a 20-minute wait. You can also make an appointment.

I went there with a swore throat. I had 12 people in a head of me. I was thinking to myself man Im going to be in here forever. I wasnt. I was in there less then a hour. Everyone was very nice. It ended up being a great experience. I will definitely go again and I will highly recommend it!

HORRIBLE!! I called to confirm appt. time and they immediately hung up phone on me. Then I called back and no answer. Horrible way to treat patients cant imagine how the P.A.s are, because you know there are no real doctors there.

I visited back in June and without calling ahead, I was seen in about 15 minutes, had xrays done just 5 minutes later and my results just a few minutes after that. Both the nurse and dr REALLY listened to my concerns and even provided me with information on a possible med interaction when I provided my list of meds I take regularly.They really took the time to explain what we found and instead of pushing me to see a specialist, they gave me honest advice, and at home drug free treatment information.Ive been suffering from what I think is just a bad cold since Friday. Its not getting better at all so I plan to visit this location after work today, even though other locations are closer to my office, I know Ill get great service at the ceserty location.

Short wait time first and foremost. I actually came to this Carespot in a hurry and mentioned this to Loni.(sc) She went out her way to get my testing done and out the door in a quick manner. Also, had a good conversation with her and made me feel comfortable. They were very friendly and treated me very quickly. I just moved to the Arlington area and this carespot is much better than the others Ive been to around jacksonville. The people greet you promptly and get you going right away. No long waits. The nurse and nurse practitioner were very friendly and did their job with care. No complaints at all and be back for sure at this location.

If all institutions had workers like Natalie Baker., life would be much easier and enjoyable. Natalie is very professional and good worker.

So I called about an hour before closing to find out the wait time and to confirm someone would be available to see me if I were to arrive before 7:00pm (closing time). I was told there was a 45 minute wait, and yes, if I arrive before closing they would see me. I even sent someone ahead of me to sign me in (which I thought was like the online check in option) but they would not let her put my name down to be seen even with my permission. No big deal...I was still set to make it on time, was just trying to save a few minutes. When I arrived, I was refused service and the waiting room was completely empty except for 3 front desk staff who didnt greet me, and were not very friendly and definitely not helpful. I asked why I was being refused service after being told on the phone that there was a 45 minute wait and that I could be seen after that...TECHNICALLY, it was not yet 7, and 45 minutes had just elapsed when I walked thru the door, so theoretically, I should be able to walk right in and see someone if no one else had arrived to push the wait back, right?Wrong. I was told the provider had left early for the day, and it was only AFTER I read some of the reviews on these centers that I realized this is a regular occurrence. Just because their hours say Open until 7, dont rely on getting service up to that time, because the doctors leave early without notice. The front desk people at this location were very rude and didnt even have the courtesy to refer me to another location which was open until 9 pm, which in my opinion wouldve been the LEAST THEY COULD DO given the circumstance. I found it on Google myself and Im glad I went to Perimeter Park location instead.They not only lied on the phone about me being able to be seen, but they were also lying when they said the practitioner was gone for the day. In my case, she was actually still in the building but decided she didnt want any more patients - THEN GET A PRIVATE PRACTICE FOR THAT KIND OF LIBERTY! BUT DONT TIE YOURSELF TO A REGIONAL OR NATIONAL MEDICAL FACILITY CHAIN THAT PROMISES THESE HOURS!!I literally watched her walk past me to her car and I was furious, but I kept it to myself, and decided to share my experience on here and I will also be notifying my insurance about this issue with their in network facility.

I would definitely recommend Care Spot on Cesery Blvd. in Arlington, but only if you schedule to see the lady doctor that is there during the day shift. Knowledgeable, competent, and considerate!

Care Spot is what we locals call a Doc in the Box- a small local emergency clinic...I didnt expect mush from them, but it was easier than the long ride to the hospital. I was very very impressed. The doctors and nurses were top-notch. One of the doctors had just returned from a tour of duty in Afghanistan, where he treated emergencies that (hopefully) we will never experience in this country. Since my first visit several years ago, I have minor family emergencies that bring me back several times a year, about every other month. They are great- always experienced- always trusted. Highly recommended.
