The staff were friendly and the waiting room had been configured so that there was enough spacing due to COVID. My doctor explained the results and answered all of the questions that I asked.

They nurse was very understanding and very polite and was not alone wait. I was in and out in no time. And my problem was solved.

I have been seeing Dr.Cabi for several years. He listened to everything I had to say about my medical conditions. He always has good advice on how to live with my condition. I went to the VA before finding him and I had a terrible experience with them. I will always go to the Borland Grover to my stomach issues.

Had a test which required checks several times an hour. Atmosphere is nice, staff is polite, however I sat in a small room for a couple hours and I did not have anything with me so a tv would have been great as the wall could only stare back. Everything else was good. Be prepared to pay for parking a heads up would have been nice but may be the norm in this area as I’m from out of state.

As always my visit at Borland Groover was exceptional and very helpful in understanding my health issues. Dr. Patel and ARNP Jennifer Marzoug are in my eyes excellent physicians and I am so glad Borland Groover is there for me and my family.

I was taken back to the exam room early, seen by my doctor 5 minutes before my appointment time, and on my way home with a treatment plan fully outlined within 30 minutes of my appointment time. The way you hope your doctor appointment will go!

I truly enjoy my visits to Borland and Groover each and every time because my doctors assistant is very friendly along with the rest of the staff. But the doctor is very strait up which I love that but he has Absolutely no bed side manner at all he is not friendly he doesn’t waste one word! I wish he would/ could be more down to earth. Exceptional experience! Had to get test results from Dr Lankarani and I was very nervous. Because I arrived early, I should have had to wait but it didn’t take long before Sara (Doc’s nurse) called my name and took me back to a room. When asked how I was doing, I could barely speak. I was having a panic attack. Sara was able to recognize it and help me “down”.What I find exceptional is that Dr Lankarani makes sure all your questions are answered and that “you” are in charge of your healthcare decisions. I did not at any time feel a hard sell for one procedure over another!Thank you!

I see and have seen Dr. Maniotis for the last 3+ years since I moved back to Jacksonville and he is amazing, as is his Medical Assistant, Corey. I had a consultation with Dr. Andrew Brown for a colonoscopy pre-CERT. The staff in the office were really nice and efficient. The facilities are in decent shape and Dr. Brown was very personable and down to earth. He listened to my worries and concerns and gave me some great information on the latest genetic testing based on my family medical history which made me feel great because I didn’t know it was such an affordable option. He is and was extremely knowledgeable. I actually received way more information than I had planned for. I’m used to the basic perfunctory questions with very little enhancement. This was different. I actually came away feeling empowered about my health. The appointment was quick and easy I would recommend Borland Groover. Especially Dr. Brown.

Dr M Akin Cabi has been treating my whole family forever! We love this doctor and this office. I got super sick and the on call physician, Dr Lankarani, was so kind and caring when he called me back. He spent at least 25 minutes on the phone with me. This office has bettered my whole family’s quality of life and extended 2 members’ life expectancy by decades! I can’t recommend this office highly enough. The only drawback is the parking garage has a flat rate $3 fee and the office isn’t able to validate anymore because they are out sourced but that’s not Borland Groover fault.

Dr Lankerani is a wonderful physician. Takes the time to listen to patient and goes above and beyond to help. He keeps up with all the latest technology. I credit him for giving me my life back! On a 1 to 5 scale I give him a solid 10.

On my first visit, (It was inside the Dillion Building at St. Vincents Riverside) the staff was very friendly and things were good until I met with the doctor. He was speaking so fast that I couldnt understand him, and when I asked him any questions he took deep breaths, as if I should have understood him the first time he rushed through the information or as if I should have already been familiar with procedures that Id never heard of before. I need a doctor who will actually want to interact with real human beings who happen to not have degrees in medicine. We are called patients, a lot of us arent familiar with what you specialize in nor have we heard of all these foreign sounding tests and procedures that you tell us about. Understanding each other is needed and patience is the key.

My experience was exceptional. Dr. Cooper and his MA, Heather are the best! I couldnt afford the Clense kit and Heather went out of her way to locate one for me. Dr. Cooper has the best bedside manner and my Endoscopy and Colonoscopy were a breeze. I would definitely recommend this office 100%.

I have been to the Dillon office for several visits, as well as the Borland Groover center for endoscopy for a panendoscopy procedure. I must say my initial visit to the Dillon office was very frustrating due to my doctor not listening to a single word I was saying. He kept asking questions, and I couldnt get a vowel out without being immediately cut off. I was two seconds from literally requesting a different doctor so I didnt blow a gasket on the one I was assigned to initially! When youre hurting badly and desperately seeking answers, you want to be heard so you can be treated with utmost care, as well as respect! By the end of the appointment, I at least left with a procedure scheduled for the next day. Because of that, I didnt request a different doctor, despite still leaving quite angry and frustrated! The saving grace was the wonderful front desk staff each time I visited, as well as the stellar guiding nurse and anesthesiologist during my procedure. Dr. Stephen Kuehn came into my procedure a totally different man the next day! He was genuinely caring and concerned, which I definitely appreciated! He is very direct and to the point, which I very much want at all times! Genuine care and respect is also very important at all times, so I appreciated the added self change. I had a follow-up visit today with his APRN, Shenelle Paulson; ALL AROUND AMAZING, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND VERY THOROUGH! I could not be more pleased to have her as part of my care team! She made me feel super comfortable, and I know without a doubt she cares about my health and wellness! She went above and beyond to ensure my visit was all about me getting everything I needed to get better. Caregivers like her are amazingly rare, so I am definitely a blessed man to have her as one of mine! I greatly look forward to seeing her for my next follow-up in six weeks, as I know that no matter what, we will get to the root of my issues. Thank you, Dr. Kuehn, huge thank you, APRN Paulson, and thank you, Borland Groover staff!

My natural anxiety in anticipation of my first visit to Borland was eased each step along the way beginning with my initial call to schedule an appointment. Pre-checkin made for a swift checkin followed by an almost immediate callback by Heather who was amazingly proficient and disarming. Then, Dr Cooper arrived before I could finish reviewing the diagram on the wall. He arrested any residual anxieties that remained with his examination and walk-thru of the pending procedure. I feel like I am in very capable hands.
