I felt at ease and relaxed even before the massage began by the beautiful waiting lounge at Zen Soma Massage and especially when I entered Kasey’s massage room. She addressed my areas of concern, and intuitively found problem areas I didn’t even know I had. Her technique of deep tissue/gentle touch, along with with cupping left me in happy dazed state.

Patti is an excellent massage therapist. I came in with several problem areas in my back and shoulders. Both deep tissue and cupping have been extremely helpful for me. Ive returned several times and plan to continue. She is friendly, professional, and flexible with scheduling!

I’ve been coming here often and the gentlemen that did my massages was at first very professional and kind. However 4/30/2020 that all changed. He put his hands in my underwear to “massage my behind”. I never gave permission for him to do this nor did he ask. When I then told the owner the next morning about this, she proceeded to “defend him” saying he may not have meant it, saying he wanted to massage the muscles there she my do that to her clients if she notices tension or whatever , when the point was I never gave permission for his hands to be in my underwear. Unacceptable behavior on both ends. I will never come back. Owner made it seem like it was a normal thing for them to put their hands down a clients underwear to massage the behind.lol and the owner believes I put words in her mouth. It’s unfortunate she doesn’t recall.

Words cannot describe how fantastic my experience has been at Soma Massage in Murray hill The atmosphere is relaxing, yet spiritually energizing and the therapists are some of the best in Jacksonville.Patti the owner specializes in yoga, Thai massage, and nutritional support. She also has an additional yoga studio and other therapist to help you with your overall wellness. I have been going to her now for about a year. Doctors have offered little help with pain management and she has done what they could not. Ive received hundreds of massages and varied techniques but I can honestly say that I had no idea what a CUSTOM massage was until I entered Soma Massage. What I appreciate is the amount of clinical knowledge they have of the structural make up of the body. They believe in new research and proven methods that support things like pain management, flexibility , relaxation and over all wellness and balance. I did not just find a clinic I found a friend and she is also involved in supporting her local community as well. Amazing. Really took the time to see what I needed as a client. and it was amazing. She took great care of me. I was no longer stuck with a sore neck and was mobile when I left. Patti was who worked on me.

Sally was great, I had come to the area for a cosmetic procedure and was in dire need of a lymphatic massage. She not only squeezed me in on short notice she also got me in late in the evening after hours to make sure I was able to get the fluid managed before flying back to New York. She went above and beyond in helping relieve some neck tension from having to sleep on my stomach only due to the procedure. Next time I’m in the area visiting family procedure or not, I will definitely be scheduling with her again.

I hadnt had a massage in over 15 years. I started running recently and decided it was time. I like to stay local when I can so I looked into this spa. I booked with Kevin and was very happy. He was very professional and gave a darn good massage. The atmosphere of the private massage room was really nice. Low key music and water sounds, dim lights and just the right temperature. I already booked my next massage with Kevin, looking forward to it.

Patti Moss provides a wonderful massage and bodywork, based on what your needs are. I have come in for both. The Thai massage was one of the best massages I ever had. I wanted to stay all day. I recently came in for shoulder and leg work. She did great work using a different method finding the trigger points to work with. Both my leg and shoulder feel so much better after being painful for quite some time. Thanks Patti! Ill be back!

Soma is the most tranquil wellness center Ive ever been to. From the moment you walk through the door youre swept away by the calming essential oils in the air and the soft music playing in the background. Ive never received a more relaxing massage. I love referring my friends to Patti. I love how she offers different styles of massage. The Thai massage is my favorite!

Kevin did my massage and he was amazing!!! The first place he massaged was my forehead over my eyebrows. AWESOME!!!! Ive had many massages but this one topped them all. I was referred by a friend and made an appointment with Patti. I have had headaches associated with shoulder and neck pain for a year and I have been feeling better than I have in a long time after 2 massages. Patti takes her time to figure out what you need and has a gift of working out trigger points! I used to work at a spa and have massages frequently and Pattis work is some of the best I have ever had. Patti is wonderfully intuitive about massage for the individual. Each time I go, she has really targeted trouble areas in unique ways - whether through myofascial release, a mix of stretch, pressure point , tai or even showing ureleaseseful yoga exercises to do at home for continued progress. As someone who has struggled with chronic pain, she has been great go to for me! Environment is quiet and calm, and she is flexible as well as easy to communicate with.

Ive been going to Patti for over 3 years now. I originally started seeing her for shoulder/neck pain from an accident. Even though the pain is gone, I have continued seeing Patti at least once a month. I originally started with her table massage and she eventually convinced me to try the Thai Yoga Massage. Talk about the most amazing deep tissue massage Ive ever had!! Its now my favorite. In addition, I just had a baby a month ago and saw Patti for prenatal massage throughout my entire pregnancy. It was a somewhat difficult pregnancy, and had it not been for Patti I wouldve been completely miserable and in horrible shape when it came time for the delivery. With pregnancy you end up with alot of back and hip issues towards the end because of carrying such a heavy load and Patti was able to help me get thru those last grudgingly sore months with her magic hands. Even when I didnt think I had alot going of issues going on, she would find the tight/ropey and sore spots and massage them out. Shes truly amazing at what she does. My mother and husband have both been to her and Im in the process of recruiting my mother in law and a friend of mine to see her for their aches/pains. Whether youre pregnant and looking for a good prenatal massage, injured/hurting and looking for relief, or just looking for an hour of relaxing bliss Patti is the bees knees :).
