Im new to the area and am a little hard of hearing (30% deaf in both ears, VA disability). I got run over by a car a few years ago and it hurt my back and massage helps. Some days Im in a lot of pain, like today.I called and asked if they had any openings today and a female said something I didnt understand. So I said I was hard of hearing and asked if she would repeat it.SHE SIGHED LOUDLY AND HUNG UP!!!!So Im going to drive to another city and use a different massage therapist.I dont care how good a therapist or how close you are to my home... If youre this rude you will never get my business.

Ive actually been here before and the lady is super nice the problem is its literally one person working there from what I seen she tries her best to keep the job going yall just have to be patient shes doing all she can to work with everyone

Went in for a 30 min massage and she stepped out of the room 3 times and even though she did that and I ended up with about a 20 min massage I still tipped this woman 5 dollars 50 total on 20ish minutes and she had the audacity to say really thats it I almost lost my sh*t

One of the best massages I have ever gotten. Very good communication to make sure I, the customer, was comfortable. Very clean environment and with flu season and covid around thats a very big thing that Im glad theyre taking all precautions.
