I went there on 8/17/21 which today and I was hurting so bad I injured my shoulders and lower back when I went in there I was functioning at 25% when I left I was 95% . They did me right, Erica the massage therapist was awesome between her and the Dr. Im happy with the care I got. The staff are so sweet you can bet on seeing me again.

Jacksonville Chiropractic & Rehabilitation has done a killer job on relieving my pain, and symptoms of a pinched nerve. I just finished my second session that involved stim, adjustment and a one hour massage. I feel amazing, and my pain level was at a 10 on my first visit. I highly recommend getting their bundle of you need more than one service done, it saves and you get more. The staff is extremely friendly, and accommodating on my needs, and making sure I’m comfortable.

After 8 months of lower back pain, one adjustment provided a ton of relief! They are always willing to try to squeeze us in for an adjustment or massage. Their prices are also great! Highly recommend checking them out!

Best chiropractor office I’ve been too. Dr. David, Briana, and team do a phenomenal job, and are very friendly, and professional. I have some mild scoliosis, and getting the adjustments make me feel so much better. You can get muscle e-stim which helps a lot with reducing tension around the muscles. They also have a massage therapist who does a phenomenal job, you can do before or after which I recommend.There are packages available in which you can get a discount if you buy in bulk which helps.Highly recommend! Probably been to about 5 different chiropractor’s and Dr. David is the best one I’ve been too!

Dr. Ullian is a talented Chiropractor. I started visiting his office in April 2020. I always feel better and have better movement in my neck and back when I leave his office. I had my first Adjustment with Dr. Ullian today. I was very thankful that they are open today being its a holiday and also during Covid finding a Chiro willing to do adjustments. I had an adjustment, therapy and a massage all in one appointment; my massage therapist was very nice and professional. I left felling much better and ecstatic to have foumd my new facility.

I work in a restaurant, I carry heavy things, and i have to manuver around people quickly. This resulted in me having a lot of upper body pain. I couldn’t sleep anymore raising my arms was painful. I went in to make an appointment and that same day I was seen by a doctor. 30 minutes and I was already feeling so much relief. The staff is so nice and the doctors are amazing! Price is also pretty good!

This place is amazing! Kind professional staff that listens to the patient. Their hands are from heaven! I suffer from major back and neck pain and have for many years. I have tried other chiropractors in the Jacksonville area over the years only to have to stop treatments because the techniques used only made me feel worse. My first visit to this place I knew I had found something different. I presented in major pain! After an hour of service I left feeling like I could make it. It was not to aggressive but designed for my specific needs. The services rendered is the only thing that gives me some relief. They have two location serving the Jacksonville area. I have been coming to Jacksonville Chiropractic and Rehabilitation for about a year for a weight lifting injury I suffered a while back in my chest. I had never been to a chiropractor before and didnt really know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised with how knowledgable and friendly Dr. Shadick was and how willing he was to listen to ideas i had about trying new things to help what I was being treated for. Samantha is always so friendly and positive and has a smile on her face at all times and is interested in getting to know each of the patients that come in. After suffering with the pain of a frozen shoulder for more than six months and getting little relief from traditional physical therapy, I decided to give Jacksonville Chiropractic and Rehabilitation a try. I am so glad I did! After six weeks of adjustments and therapy, I have much greater mobility and much less pain. I sincerely believe that I am well on my way to full mobility and zero pain. Dr. Cullum and his staff really treat you like you are part of their family; everyone is always so warm and pleasant.Although I am confident my shoulder issues will soon be resolved, I am sure I will continue to see Dr. Cullum and his therapists in order to keep my back, neck, and shoulder issues from flaring up again.

The staff, massage therapists and Dr are just as wonderful at this location as the one off Gate Pkwy. Very shady and money hungry. Ran up thousands of dollars in bills over what was covered by insurance while they were completely in control of the situation and referrals. Samantha, the front desk lady and CEO of the company contacted me about my issues and I was told they would be take care of and she acted clueless as to why any of that even happened and claimed there were no bills and they had my account reading 0. Said that they write off any balance not covered by the insurance. As they know the limits and current status. Swore she would take care of everything and apologized. That was the last time we spoke and parted ways on good terms. Now that they recieved my money as I had no choice but to have the bills paid they no longer respond to my calls, my messages or texts as Ive been trying to get ahold of her for over a month or so, and that includes me contacting her personal cellphone which she reached out and gave to me personally. Which when I was unknowingly running up a bill beyond my insurance they were never impossible to get ahold of. But now that they clearly wont be recieving anymore of my money and have been paid they are completely ignoring me. Not only do they ask their patients to leave a good review on google but she only attempted to fix my issues when I made my original review on here and pretty much wanted to fix things in return for me removing it. So I did. Now that Im being ignored and have been taken advantage of its back up. I was very polite and very professional about this. The staff was amazing. But this totally ruined any chance of me ever doing buisness with them ever again from me. And I feel bad for the employees possibly dealing with the same greed. Hopefully this steers others from being caught up in the same situation.
