I would like to start off by saying, I feel bad to post anything negative about my experience as the staff was overly welcoming. Extremely sweet and the salon is beautiful and very tidy. I cannot stress enough how sweet everyone is. However, this was a very unfortunate night for us. We were accidentally triple booked and I felt so bad, we called early that morning to see if they had one more spot available and they squeezed me in. (There was a slight scheduling mix up and that made her triple booked) I went with my sister and mother. My sister was told her hair would be 150 dollars and was charged 50 additional dollars for toner without being told and 45 for maybe a 1/3 inch cut my sister didn’t ask for as in the beginning she specified she was unsure if she wanted a cut but, Adrienne just started cutting my sisters hair without asking. My sister was originally told 150 and wound up floored when she was told her total was 250 dollars. She was promised a balayage and received simple highlights which she explicitly explained she did not want, they look extremely lazy and streaky...my nanny said they look like they’ve been grown out for 3 months....its almost disgusting how outrageously overpriced and completely unlike the pictures my sister had shown Adrienne. My mother had gone in for a nanoplasty and was told mid-session she could not wash it for 5 days or dye it for 1 week. Knowing this prior my mom absolutely would NOT have gotten this procedure done, as she likes her hair in a particular way for her job. This seems like something important to mention prior to an appointment so the client could prepare themselves properly. She was frustrated and left with her hair flat and with an orange cast (her hair is naturally black).The women was VERY heavy handed and pulled on her hair with the flat iron and unfortunately burned the ends of her hair. She and my sister are now crying and out 550 dollars (total). My hair was a homemade mess I needed fixed. I have a lot of hair and I understand she was very busy but I only re-colored 1/3 of my hair (underlights/peekaboo highlights) It was a swamp green from at home dye and the bleach could not lift it I wanted it blue and it became a a bright teal which looks fine. However, I am not a hair expert but the hair is 3 different colors at the roots and now i’m too upset to put my hair up.... My roots are blonde, brown and green not even blue....She also neglected to show me my roots so i was surprised when i went home and put my hair up. I genuinely would rather be told something cannot be done with my hair in 1 appointment than pay 200 dollars for 1/3 of my hair dyed 3 colors. I was told my hair would cost 150 dollars as well and I believe I was charged for a blow dry which she did not tell me was extra. I hope I save you all some time and money with my honest review....I wish I had seen an honest review before my family left with ruined hair and out nearly 1000 dollars. Overall, it was a night to remember....in a very unpleasant way. I do not say that lightly.**REFUND/CUSTOMER SERVICE***We reached out with a neutral party (my godmother) for any kind of compensation and she was told to leave her name and number as she would receive a call back from the owner. We have waited nearly a full week for some type of response after being told we would receive a call back from Adrienne herself which we never received. I cannot say i’m shocked as Adrienne has handled this whole situation very unprofessionally and this to me speaks high volumes about her level of customer service and what matters most to her which is not customer satisfaction. Something else important to note is that her salon is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau.

It was amazing! Everyone was very kind and took amazing care of us. They were very informative and just very pleasurable to be around. Service was 10 stars!!

Adrienne and her staff are very sweet and friendly, but I had a very poor experience with the salon. I showed Adrienne the hair I desired which was a balayage ombré. I also discussed the price range and she said it would be 150 dollars for the whole thing. She dyed my hair and i was unsure if I wanted a trim but she started cutting anyways. After the process was done I looked the same with 5 random blonde streaks in my dark brown hair. The “balayage” looked like she slapped dye in my hair without looking. My hair didn’t even slightly resemble the picture. Furthermore, when I got to the register she said my total would be 250 dollars. I was so infuriated she charged me 50 dollars for a two second trim and 50 dollars toning without asking if I was okay with the up charge. My sister also came along and got the bottom layer of her hair dyed and she charged her 200 dollars. I now have to get my hair redone because of the terrible job Adrienne did. This was my first time ever going to a salon and this made me never want to go again. If you want beautiful hair like your reference photo do not come to this salon. Overall, I’m disgusted with the sloppy and unprofessional results and the OUTRAGEOUS price. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to my worst enemy.

I’ve been a customer of Adrienne Michelle’s since they opened. I’ve followed Adrienne to 2 locations and my family comes from Orange Park because she’s just that good. She always knows just what color/cut/product I need. It’s not just a place to get hair love, it’s a place to relax and catch up with extended family. If you haven’t tried it, treat yourself to a spa day.

My girlfriend came here and is devastated over her hair. She was overcharged 100 dollars and has to get her hair redone because these hair dressers ruined her hair. Whoever works there does not know what they’re doing. I’ve never seen my girlfriend so upset.

Best massage I’ve ever received if you are judging on therapeutic affect after one massage! Ashley should be labeled as a healer. She worked on both my daughter and myself recently and quite frankly can’t say enough about her.

Went here after needing a much needed massage and decided to go ahead and get a hair cut. Its been very hard to find someone to cut my hair right. I dont ask for much but lots of layers so I can style it. I even bring pictures. Instead I left looking like I did when I came in. No layers what so ever and you couldnt even tell it was cut at all. I was never even shown the back of my head or if it looked right. I knew something was off when I didnt even get a style. I was so upset that I didnt say much as I think I spoke enough during the entire hair cut on how I like a lot of layers because my hair is so thick and long and I wanted to be able to style it. Well Ill never get a hair cut from there again. I was charged 55 for nothing. As for the massage, it was amazing. I may or may not be back for another massage. I drove pretty far to go to this place and to leave really disappointed just makes me not want to make the drive again. I also did not like that when I tipped I was not able to put who got what. So I assume the tip was split.

You guys, I cannot say enough good things about Adrienne and her salon! I am new to Jacksonville and have had a lot going on in my personal life since moving here. I needed a drastic change, so of course I decided that change would start with my hair. I wasn’t sure where to turn and I was desperate to have my hair done. I called Adrienne’s salon and she had an opening the same day. I came in and she made sure that I left looking and feeling amazing! I absolutely love my new hair. This experience was nothing short of God’s goodness in my life and I am happy to say that I will now call this salon my home. Thank you so much, Adrienne! Friendly, welcoming salon. It has the cutest set up. You can tell Adrienne really loves what she does! I also had the pleasure of having her as my stylist. She did a wonderful job on my hair and made me feel comfortable with the drastic change I went with (I had 12 inches cut off!). She wanted to make sure I truly loved my cut, and when I got home, my boyfriend said he absolutely loved my hair--so, all in all, Im quite satisfied and will definitely be back :) Thanks, Adrienne!

Coco and Adrienne are AWESOME! I took my 7 yr old granddaughter and myself there arriving at almost 5pm. Adrienne cut my granddaughters hair and it is gorgeous. My granddaughter also had a manicure and a ped icure and the entire staff treated her like a princess. They provided her with hot chocolate and a cupcake and was so very patient answering the very many questions of a busy 7 yr.old. Coco took fantastic care of me. I believe she worked a miracle. I had my hair cut, colored, highlighted,and styled, as well as getting a manicure myself. They closed at 7pm but, Coco did not rush or push me out the door. She took her time and took great care of me. I also noticed that they carried and sold some extremely cute clothing as well as jewelry, and hand lotions,bath bombs etc. All of which were very reasonably priced. My granddaughter is ready to go back today. lol However, we will be returning when the time arrives for our next hair appointment. As far as Im concerned this is THE ONLY place in Jacksonville. They are simply THAT GOOD!!! Thank you Coco and Adrienne for the fabulous new looks and for all you did! :)

I called and was able to book an appointment same day!! My manicurist was very knowledgeable. She made excellent suggestions and made me feel confident in her service. She was also very accommodating; jet lag set in and she was able to switch my pedicure appointment to the following day. My manicure came out great. I will definitely return. Great service and conversation!!

Maddie is amazing! Before my haircut, she Showed me around the salon and spa and let me know about the other services they provide. She knew exactly what I wanted to do with my hair and was very focused and efficient but also very personable. She made sure I was comfortable during the cut & pleased with my haircut afterwards.

It looked like my 8 year old did my hair. Was charged twice the estimate.

My best friend and I did a spa day here. We got one hour Swedish massages, gel manicures, and pedicures. The environment was my favorite part about this spa, it was so cute and cozy! I thought the prices were super reasonable and the services were good.

Adrienne has been cutting my hair for 15 plus years and I will not let anyone else touch my hair. I will go without a hair cut first, lol.On a serious note, overall the salon is extremely well kept and spacious. Of course, I get my hair cut by Adrienne but have also had fantastic pedicures by Heather. As well as wonderful massages by both Ashley and Noel. The rest of the staff is super friendly as well!Adrienne Michelle’s Salon & Spa is definitely a Great true full service salon - a real “one stop shop”!!

First I’d like to start with I have never written an online review , but felt like my experience needed to be heard . For the positives , the salon is very beautiful and well maintained and supposedly “ Christian “ and I had a wonderful massage with absolutely no complaints about that service - she was kind , professional and good at what she does . For the negatives , my pedicure was the worst pedicure I ever had in my life. I asked multiple times for warmer water of which she kept trying to adjust and it was still cold - luke warm . She did not get my cuticles well and had to have another nail tech come and help . She barely spent 1 minute scrubbing and massaging my legs and feet , and when finished the hair stylist asked if I had “ been painting “ because she left behind white scrub all over the back of my leg . I also noticed my heal was all ripped apart which was not like that prior to this service . For my nails the lady was very kind but my gel nails were chipping a lot in 4 days . I went back in the store to talk with the manager who said she doesn’t do any refunds and would only offer me a “ nail polish change “ for my pedicure . For my nails she rescheduled me for a week later , but I had an unexpected add on at work of which I had to cancel my appointment. She said I could not get a refund and would not re schedule me . As I understand I didn’t give much warning to cancelling my second apt , but I have a job where sometimes I couldn’t get out of work . I work at cancer center that gets add on patients . I felt like the manager was very unkind and not understanding at all . I wanted to fall in love with this salon , but sadly was left very disappointed ( and it was for my birthday 😢)

Pros:- The staff was very nice.- The interior of the spa is beautiful.Cons:- I was told the appointment would take 1.5 hours max. I made the appointment with an hour between when it was to end, and the beginning of my next appointment. The appointment took 2 hours, and was rushed at the end to finish. The drive to my next appointment was 30 minutes, was 5 minutes late.- I went in for the collagen manicure. Its supposed to include a massage. The only massage I received is when she rubbed the organic scrub into my hands and arms. Not a massage.- The nail file, and other utensils used at the finger nail station were full of other peoples nail dust. They had not been cleaned or sanitized.- I got french nails with regular polish. I new it would only last a week or so if I didnt do anything. A quarter of it came off within 24 hours. I didnt cook or clean. All I did was take a shower.- I got the Brazilian pedicure. The reason I was late getting out was because she left me there with my feet to soak for way too long. It felt nice, but thats not the point.- No massage, again.- They advertise that with this you get a foot buffer from Brazil. It may have been purchased in Brazil, but it looked the same as any other manual buffer. She made three swipes across the bottom of each foot. Thats it.- A waste of money for $65. I do a better job when I do it myself at home.

This salon has surpassed all expectations! Adrienne was spectacular and delivered gorgeous results. The facility is completely renovated and offers a variety of services. Id recommend this gem to anyone looking to book their next salon appointment.

For my first time being there I was amazed! The setting of this salon/spa reminds me of really cute diy decorations with calming colors. The staff there was extremely friendly. I went in for a hot stone massage with Roxanne, and she was the nicest massage therapist Ive ever had :) Before the massage I was pretty exhausted, and afterward I swear it felt like I took a 4 hour nap! She was amazing, and I will recommend her services to anyone whose looking for a relaxing experience.

I was in desperate need of a massage today, I strained a muscle while working last week and it was so tight, I had to take off work. I called many of the chain massage spas to see if they had any openings today and most were closed or booked up because of the hurricane that had a lot of businesses closed the last few days. Luckily I was able to get in at Adriennes today with Ashley. OMG I am happy that everywhere else I called was not available. This was my first massage in a spa type of setting and mannn I dont think Ill be going back. Ashley has hands that are divinely guided! She knew exactly where to massage even though I only gave her a general idea of what my issue was. She even made it a lot less painful than I thought it would be and that Ive experienced with other therapists who has worked on the issue. I have to say her hands were like magic, her movements were so fluid that it never seemed like she stopped massaging me, not even to get more lotion. She even used some hot towels in the service in a way that Ive never experienced. I do have to say it was mind blowing. I felt a noticeable difference in my problem areas after the session and she released some knots that I didnt think could get released lol.I could go on and on but I would like to comment that the spa itself was super cute also and Ill definitely be returning.

I am new to this area and wanted a one stop shop salon for my family, while I was there one day the owner comes over very visibility upset about a schedule conflict. Needless to say stuff like this happens but the reaction of the owner is what made me give this place one star. Very rude and short, overbearing and just nasty to her staff in front of customers wonder how shes like when there arent customers around, Wont be returning, there are too many of these salons around for me to have to witness staff being barated like that. The funny thing is the place is loaded with inspirational quotes all over the place but judging by the owners behavior she does not practice what she preaches.

What a wonderful experience. So relaxing and peaceful. The staff treated us like queens. A perfect place for girls day out.

I will preface this review and say that the place was nice looking and the employee who performed my service was very nice. With that said, thats the only reason I gave 1 star. I asked for my eyebrows to be waxed and what I got was my brow ripped off. The wax was left on too long and when she pulled the wax strip off, most of my skin went with it. That is concerning considering the salon boasts skilled technicians and excellent results. No maam...getting half of your brow ripped off and then the tech entirely ignoring the fact of what she just did and then charging $15.00 is far from excellence. Maybe a recertification or retraining is needed and hopefully this disgrace wont happen to someone else.

Adrienne has been my barber for over a decade. Shes worked very hard to build up not only her clientele but that of her entire business. Her continued success is a testimony to her hard work and outstanding positive attitude!

I took my daughter here for a deep conditioning treatment and a manicure. The decor is so cute. The staff is super friendly. They did a great job on my 6 year olds crazy curly hair!

I love how my hair turned out.The place is very nice. Love the rustic feel and they play worship songs! I wish I found this place sooner.

Went in today 4/12 my husband got a mani and pedi i got a pedi and him and both got massages. Ashley the massage therapist was amazing perfect pressure great massage.
