Cannot get over how good this massage was. I get massages somewhat regularly in many different areas (I travel for work) and this was the best one Ive gotten. Shawn is super personable, definitely an expert in his field, and plays great music. Covid-wise I felt very safe. He has an air filter system right underneath the table, he wears a mask, and I wore a mask only when faced up on the table. I got a sports massage which is slightly more active - he talks you through trigger points / breathing, stretches you, and even iced my neck at the end. Cant recommend this business enough!!

I can’t say enough good things about Crystal - she is INCREDIBLE. I stopped in with some serious lower back and hip pain (something of a chronic issue for me), and honestly I wasn’t expecting a massage to do very much good…but Crystal was able to lessen my pain and increase my mobility in just ONE half hour session! Needless to say, I, a changed woman, immediately booked a full hour for two days later.I’m not sure how she does it, but during those massages I somehow was in excruciating pain (gotta happen to get at those knotted up muscles) but also so relaxed I almost fell asleep. She is a Goddess sent from the beyond to use her magic to heal us mortals, as far as I’m concerned. Trust me, and book an appointment with her IMMEDIATELY. Thank you again, Crystal!!

A-MAZ-ING!!! I have known Shawn and Crystal for years. MIS is without a doubt, the place you need to be when you are having, let me just say it like this, pain ALL over! I recommend them highly! I would also like to mention that they also provide hand and foot massages. I suffer from arthritis in my feet. I cannot tell you about the amazing relief that I experience afterwards. I am having an osteotomy in the next few weeks, and decided that I wanted my healing to be at an optimal before surgery with the hope of having a speedy recovery. At my first appointment, I walked in and was barely able to move. The muscles in my back and legs were extremely tight. Trace did an excellent job. I felt like I had been beat up the day of, but the days following my appointment I began to move much better and with less pain. I have been going weekly now, and each time new knots are found (thanks partially to my career choice as a nurse). She starts off by asking where I’m hurting the most, and she works that area. After each appointment, she recommends ways to help the muscles recover (and they work). Shawn is awesome sauce!!! He is very effective in working out the kinks and problematic areas that are over used and/or strained from playing sports or just from working out. He applies firm pressure while focusing on muscles and tissue deep tissue. He also incorporates stretching and will target specific areas that require more attention and therapy. I walk in feeling like a balled up wad of paper...just totally uncomfortable in my own skin. And I walk out feeling like my body is a miracle machine that can and will do whatever I ask of it: from exercise to the physical requirements of my job. I’m pretty certain the care I get here has prevented multiple repetitive stress injuries.

Just finished a massage and was VERY satisfied. I didnt even know I had soreness in my calves, but I did and now I dont. Well worth the visit, fair price but I felt the need to tip well, it was that good.

Im so thankful that I found Shawn! I initially went to him because I had thrown out my back a few months before (at age 28 no less) and it just wasnt healing, and someone I knew recommended I found someone who knew trigger point therapy.
