I already have a regular massage therapist that I have been going to for years, but I was so excited to learn that Annalisa is an expert at reflexology. Ive always loved my feet massaged, but never get the attention my feet deserve in a regular massage. My first foot reflexology with Annalisa was heavenly. You dont have to remove any clothes and she even has some booster pillows in case you prefer to sit up a bit on the table. I have been to two sessions so far and will soon be scheduling my third. My feet thank you, Annalisa!

I just left my second massage with Annalisa and I feel awesome! What a relaxing experience - I think I was snoring at the end. Annalisa is very well trained in your more standard therapeutic massage, but also has some unique offerings like reflexology and Thai massage. If you are in the Mandarin area or beyond, I recommend her for massage!

Amazing! I got a massage at the Mandarin Arts Festival and even 15 minutes was enough to leave me relaxed and much less tense. Such a nice lady as well :)

Also actually get the full time paid for from the therapist due to her running her own practice and not cutting the time it takes for intake and prep out of the time I get massaged.Also very knowledgeable about what areas cause various aches and pains and does a good job alleviating them.She also gives discounts if you want to pay ahead of time for several sessions.Get your massage from someone who you can build a rapport with.

Annalisa is VERY accommodating with her appointment times/days. She is one of the most helpful therapists I have worked with, because she gives techniques, pointers, and recommendations on tools to use AFTER and in-between appointments to maintain the results. Her office is conveniently located right off 295 in Mandarin and the massage area is quiet and relaxing. She has also recommended different types of massage to help with stress/tension (thai massage). Not only are you getting treatment, but education, as well!

Annalisa is a very skilled massage therapist. When Im in pain and I need help, shes my first call. Shes extremely accommodating. Also, I love the fact that she is constantly increasing her skills through continuing education; she knows her stuff. I highly recommend Annalisa as a therapist.

AnnaLisa is a highly skilled massage therapist. I have experienced the Thai massage and the traditional Swedish/deep tissue massage. I needed therapy to relieve neck pain and help me to relax. Every session has provided pain relief - and stress relief. She is professional, present and a lovely person.

I really enjoyed and liked my hand reflexology. The pain was removed and I didnt have that cramp feeling on my hands. My hands felt rejuvenated. I sit at a desk all day and I started to get hand cramps and the hand reflexologywas well needed. The only thing I wish was a more deeper pressure on my hands for my massage. Annalisa was patient and made sure I was comfortable. I would recommend her services. After a month of the massage, I didnt experience anymore hand cramps.

One of, if not the, best massage therapists I have ever had. She pays attention to my symptoms and her hand strength targets my trigger points for a thorough decompression.

I get many benefits from reflexology with Annalisa. Some are more prominent than others. I would have to say the number one is stress relief and all that goes along with that. I have fibromyalgia which deals with both physical and psychological pains and stresses. My reflexology sessions with Annalisa give me both the physical stress relief (i.e. pain relief, muscle & joint tension relaxation) and the psychological stress relief (i.e. feeling more relaxed, centered and balanced, less worried and less anxious), both of which trigger and/or exacerbate my fibro. Reflexology seems to calm the nerves so they dont fire as much, as long or as intense. Some of the other benefits include awesome feeling feet( happy feet!), having a safe place to relax for an hour or so, and learning how reflexology works first hand (or foot) (no pun intended….okay, maybe a little). I’ve tried all feet, all hands and a combination of both and it has always been beneficial. Unlike some practitioners, Annalisa listens to what you tell her and tailors the session to fit what is going on with you and your body. I highly recommend her.
