Wow! Great service great pricing! Very professional and accommodating. If you have to come to the airport early, anyway- let them do your nails, give you a chair massage etc.

I love the place but 8:00am is too late to open. People are at the airport at 6:30am. Maybe open at 7:00am.

Why do people leave bad reviews if they did not get any service done? In the airport it gets very busy when 1,000 of people are delayed. The other bad review was being hanged up because harassing, due to another Comfort spa? Only leave a review if you had been in location where you know the employees and spent any money, All the employees there are friendly and listen to your needs. Remember the airport is always busy everyday and that it air condition during this long hot summer / lots of security. Comfort spa gets a 5 star - due to how clean they keep the area and they do get inspected often from JIA / City / State.

My friends decided to take me out once I landed but I had a long layover here. No nail tech on duty BUT the receptionist helped me to the best of her ability. I’m so grateful!!!
