Loud! Next to the kids play area and train station and no doors so you can hear the mall the entire time.The soak isnt worth it.The lady I had was pretty terrible, but my husbands was good.

David was great! I think the best massages are done in the back. Leg massages are more relaxing than helpful on the muscles and feet. Definitely go for the chair massage guys!

Ive been getting several massages a year for 20+ years at various massage places, and I just had the best massage of my life! I love that I dont need an appointment here, too. I just walk in and say I want a 60 minute table massage. Dont have time for 60, no problem. Even their 10 minute chair massages are great. Fantastic place!

Ive been going to Body & Sole for about six years, I have had chair massages, full body massages, hot stone massages, and foot massages and I have never been disappointed. I love you can walk in, when I need a massage dont want to wait a couple days, Ive never had to wait. Everytime I have a massage it has been excellent! I will be relocating to another state and I will miss this place.

I have never in my life had this type of experience at a massage facility. The setting was nice, but the service was unsatisfactory. I was visiting Florida with a few relatives, and we decided to treat ourselves to a nice massage. To my surprise, I received a dry knuckle foot scrub. It was clear the person whom selected me did not know what she was doing, as she was trying to mimick the lady next to her. She scrubbed the sides of my foot with her knuckles constantly, the top of my foot where my veins are, and up the middle of my leg. She barely touched my soles, but yet focused on my bones. I tried to be nice and not offend her, but the more I did the more I got upset. I came in excited but left out in discomfort. To make matters worse, after enduring 20 minutes of discomfort, I paid with my card and signed the receipt. The lady had the nerve to look at the receipt and hand back to me saying, “You no tip”. I looked at her, reminded myself I’m on vacation and to not get out of character, and informed her that I was aware of that. I gave her a cash tip when I didn’t think she deserved that. I’ve never in my 34 years of life had this type of experience. I recommend going to a nail shop if this is the service you’re looking for. At least you get polish and foot soak. Take some classes and perfect your craft!!!

Ive been here three times and the other comments make no sense to me personally, I think if your going to get a massage theyre supposed to relax every part of your body. Me and my boyfriend come here all the time and are super relaxed every time we leave, this is a great place to get a massage and they actually focus on your muscles that are stressed as aposed to a place like massage envy. Anyways over all this is a fantastic place to get a massage and very efficient money wise

We had numerous massages at this place and it was always very pleasant. Even just a foot massage is so relaxing. We tried many places and this is one of the best in town, very friendly and not too expensive.

The foot massage was great until I started experiencing pain in my left foot a day after my massage. I now have nerve damage in my left foot. because of that massage

I received a full body massage here with my boyfriend for Valentines day. I have come here once before and the gentleman who took care of me was very great. He did not once make me feel uncomfortable. A younger gentleman took care of my massage today and I very much regret it. He immediately started on my butt. I didnt think much of it at first yet he started to get too touchy. When he went to pull my towel down to massage my back he tucked the towel into my underwear and pulled it down a bit too far. I had stopped and pulled the towel back up. I thought he had got the hint. He then told me to turn over to my back with the the towel over my body. He mainly tried to massage my inner thighs and I had kept pushing his hands away. I finally made it obvious and it ended the massage. I would hate for this to happen to anyone else. I will never be going back.

I was a subscriber to a chain store and stopped. Body and Sole is fantastic! They focus on the difficult spots and I always leave feeling recharged and relaxed. They are professional and work magic!!

My girlfriend and I received massages here for Valentines day and afterwards, she looked a bit upset. I asked her what was wrong and she said that she felt the man giving her the massage was inappropriately massaging her inner thigh and buttocks. She said he spent a good majority of the time constantly massaging her inner thigh even after she made attempts to move his hand away. This is unacceptable and I hope this review can cause the owners to rethink their techniques.

At body and sole at orange park mall now. They r horrible ..i go to school for massage therapy and there is no way they had proper training. 1st of all I had my baby in which there was another adult present with me so I had someone to watch her. The guy stand behind me and go to rubbing not petrissage r nothing just rubbing. So I say arent I suppose to b on the chair he said no no the same. So of course I stated my peace. They suck I asked him to stop touching me n walked off of course rmm
