The Sports Recovery Annex is truly a must visit for any level of athlete looking to continue or better their craft. I personally started running a few years ago and didn’t know why I was feeling pain and discomfort while doing said activity. On my first trip in they went over stretching, foam rolling and other various recovery methods with me. I’m currently getting ready to now run my fifth marathon, and visit at least once per week. Couldn’t ask for a more knowledgeable or friendly staff.

The trainers at the sports recovery annex are amazing. The have they been able to have me ready for my races big or small. But more importantly they have help me recovery from all my injuries major and minor. One of the best decisions I made was walking through those sport recovery annex doors.

They’ve helped me strengthen my hamstrings and have prepared me for college soccer. I love coming to hangout at the annex and they give me free chocolate milk. The staff is super knowledgeable and I highly recommend it!

I am convinced there is nothing these professionals cant do - making the recovery process a pleasure not a pain! They offer everything under the sun including my favorite - Normatec boots! They even offer recovery treats - locally made protein packed cake pops - to munch on before, during or after a treatment. Doesnt get much better than that! This is the go to place for athletes in Jacksonville. They have all of the best therapists and techniques to get you and keep you in the game. Amber is a very highly skilled massage therapist and she always keeps me in top shape!

Sports Recovery Annex helped me get back to running. I had an IT Band syndrome sustained from running and I was limping and in pain for weeks after a half marathon race. So, I decided to come to this place to recover and now I am pain free and running again. Thanks to Cath and the whole team. They are all awesome!

This place is the best! It has a relaxed and comfortable environment. My athletic trainer, Bryce, was very personable, and knowledgeable. Along with that, the process was very personalized and effective. After two years of tendonitis and multiple consultations at other places, Im now back on a regular workout routine, with significantly less pain, and its only getting better. If Im in Jax, I wont go anywhere but here.

They are amazing here! I’ve fought little nagging injuries that made running difficult for several months. Within just a few visits, I was back to full speed and knocking out PRs on race day. After my Spartan Sprint and Super weekend, I came in and they helped speed up the recovery process so I could get right back to training.It’s awesome to have a multi-discipline trainer that can effectively utilize a variety of techniques to help you heal and ultimately perform better. No more guessing what I need and trying to find different facilities to get treatment.

I did the cryotherapy and absolutely loved it. The cold is complete bearable and the workers are very friendly and I had a great time. I also did the cupping therapy and it was cool.

I was extremely nervous about my first cryotherapy session but thanks to Ashley she made the experience so easy. Ashley was super nice, explained everything, and kept me calm through the entire session just by talking to me about whatever. I felt immediate relief of tight and sore muscles- it really works! I cant wait to go back- Im hooked.

Have had elbow pain for little over 3 years now. Have been doing cryotherapy and just had my second dry needling session. Haven’t felt this good since the injury occurred. Highly recommend!!

The experience was excellent. I had some pain in my knee from my lacrosse season and the cupping really helped along with the massaging. The cryotherapy also helped a lot and targetted the areas that i felt the most pain in. Amazing facility and the customer service is also excellent! Definitely coming back!

Everything about SRA was wonderful. The staff was amazing, the facility was clean and they were extremely helpful when we had questions. I went to the Sports Recovery Annex today to help recover from recently doing a full Ironman. The experience I had there was amazing, and I can’t wait to go back! Ashley and Katherine were extremely knowledgeable and caring, and they made me feel instantly comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. The facility was spotlessly clean and the services provided were fantastic (I did cryotherapy and Normatec boots/arms). I hobbled in with my whole body sore, and I walked out of the door feeling like a totally new person!! The Sports Recovery Annex is an incredible asset to our community, and I look forward to continuing to use it for all of my athletic recovery needs.

My experience with Sports Recovery Annex has been UNREAL. I have had constant upper back pain for over 5 years, and wasted thousands of dollars at chiropractic offices with NO LUCK. I thought I was going to be doomed with back pain forever, until I decided to give Sports Recovery Annex a try. They provided many different options to help me relieve my back pain, including cryotherapy, grassten, dry needling and chiropractic care. I found the dry needling to be incredibly effective and has practically fixed my back pain for good. The staff is amazing and their process is SUPER EASY. You dont need to go anywhere else. I cannot thank them enough!!!

I’ve been going to this place almost a year and have tried out a variety of their services such as cryogenics, normatec, game ready, graston, and cupping. My body has greatly benifitted from all of these sevices. I usually go to Sports Annex for aid in recovery but I have also been seen for two injuries. The girls there are very knowledgeable and professional. They do a thorough evaluation of your injuries and then make recommendations on how to treat. I am currently being seen for plantar fascitis in both my feet and after two sessions of a combination of laser, graston, cupping and massaging, I can already see improvement. I highly recommend people to check out this place and try out their services regardless of having an injury. I mainly go to do normatec or game ready, which are really good for getting your legs or arms fresh for a big race or game.

I absolutely love it here. If you have never tried cryotherapy do yourself a big favor and make an appointment today. The benefits are plentiful but what I like is how if I do it after a long run I never get sore. I had cryotherapy here after a 5k Saturday and a half marathon Sunday and was shocked that I was ready to get back at it on Monday! No soreness.

The staff here was very accommodating by having our team come through and try everything out, including the cryo tank, for a minimal price. Will definitely be bringing everyone back again.

Sports Recovery Annex has been an exceptional help in my recovery to get back to my training in running, I recent had a fall and hurt my knees and the cryotherapy and normatrac has help me tremendously. This past Saturday, my husband and I stopped by the grand opening of the Sports Recovery Annex and thoroughly enjoyed our visit! Dr. Iselborne and his staff welcomed us like we were family. Our family enjoys being active, but running has always been our passion. Get in the miles was always our mantra for longer distance races. Unfortunately, proper recovery has never been a main focus. With some lingering soreness, we were encouraged to experience Normatec, a recovery system that uses dynamic compression to recover and rehab. After the 10 minute trial session on my legs, I felt like I had been to the spa, my legs were loose and relaxed. I am looking forward to adding Normatec into my future training.

Cryotherapy is a life saver! Instead of taking an ice bath and getting wet for 15 minutes, you can do cryo for 3 minutes and stay dry the whole time. Thanks sports recovery annex

Dr Iselborn has yet to pay me my check, pay day was May 15th It is the 20th & I have yet to receive what I worked for. Very upsetting w/ him being associated with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Who doesnt pay their employees.
