I received a hydration facial for the second time by Holly and am in LOVE! Holly is so funny and kind and truly makes the experience what it is. I always make sure to make a stop to see Holly when I am in town and will definitely be back in the future.

I had a very relaxing manicure by Holly. She was very accommodating as I had to reschedule my 1st appointment. It was nice to go to salon where it isn’t overly loud and people just talking over each other. I enjoyed my hand massage and appreciated she wasn’t overly rough on my cuticles and my paint job was great too!

I recently had the pleasure of receiving a pedicure from Holly. It was very relaxing and the massage was wonderful with just the right pressure. She really took her time in helping me pick out a color that suited my skin tone and made sure my polish was applied to my satisfaction. Im a diabetic and she was very careful with my feet and really knows her stuff! She is very personable and a pleasure to chat with. The staff was also very welcoming and the spa was quaint and clean. I will definitely be back for more services!

Karen & Holly were the two I first connected with, their full of smiles, great conversation & it was no wait!! I LOVE this local salon! Candy is phenomenal at hair and can whip up whatever crazy style/cut/color I come at her with! And best of all, she doesn’t break the bank! I drive 25minutes, past soooo many other salons for this excellent experience and hair!

This review has been a long time coming. I bought a gift certificate for my GF at the time. She got her hair, nails, toes, and a massage for a very reasonable price. She looked stunning when we went out that night and she raved about the spa treatment I got for her. So great job ladies! I will be coming in soon for a spa treatment for my best friend. Shes never had a spa treatment so I want her 1st time to be just as awesome. See you soon.

Great Salon & Spa! They are all Amazing & offer a large list of services!! Very relaxing, comfortable environment!! Ive been getting my hair colored, highlighted, cut & styled for a few years now there with Candy, she is the best at what she does. It took me years of not being happy from salon to salon, always looking for that place that could finally get it perfect & I finally found it at Pampered & Polished.. I always leave with a smile on my face and feeling and looking my best!!

I just started coming here 4Q 2016, and Serena is helping me go all gray as my roots are growing out. Other Hair Stylists were not even willing to help me with this! Ive also had a wonderful facial here and Serena does a great job on hair cuts/styles, too. Plus, its an adorable house that has been reconfigured into a salon! Try them!

Francine is my hair stylist. I started using her services when she was at A Head of Hair and have been with her ever since. She just did a new hair cut for me and I love it. I have gotten tons of compliments. The cut is just right for my thinning hair. It looks like I have thicker hair than I really do. I would recommend the spa to anyone.

Thank you Candy for a beautiful new style. Quite a change cutting 7-8 inches and adding a bit of color. I love the new look.😊

The person that attempted to do my pedicure did not know what a pink and white french was. I shouldve walked out then. She didnt trim my nails and when she filed into the skin of my big toe and saw blood she didnt touch the other foot. She then proceeded with the pumice bar....spending more time on the top and sides of my foot and the arch than on the calloused parts. I stopped her and asked her just to put on the polish. Its not pretty. The front desk person said she had no authority to adjust the price but that she would call the owner who would certainly call me and make it right. 24 hours later and still no call. I would give zero stars if I could. I dont blame the person who did this. She obviously hasnt gone to school for this. I blame the owner.

Dont waste your money! I went here a few months back for a few services and was very disappointed. For the massage the lady was very nice but made small talk with me the ENTIRE massage. Not very relaxing or a good time to think of random small talk. I got a manicure and pedicure here but they didnt have a real nail salon worker. I think they randomly selected a hair dresser to have to do it. I wanted a french but she said she didnt know how to do it and when it was done it looked worse than if I had done it myself. They dont cut cuticles or anything. I had to go to my normal nail salon after to get it done right. It was also obvious that she did NOT want to be doing which made me feel uncomfortable and I just wanted to leave the entire time. WAY overpriced for the horrible services. Will not return or recommend to anyone.

There is really no point in leaving a review because the owner doesn’t reply to bad reviews only 5 stars, but trust me it’s a waste of money and I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I thoroughly enjoy every minute that I spend in Pampered and Polished Spa during every visit with Julia, Karen and Serena. My husband even enjoys it while reading his book. Patty

Great First Experience!!! I recently had my first appointment with Serena at Pampered and Polished. I am always nervous going to someone new. She knew exactly what I was asking her to do with my hair. Loved it!!!I took the salon s card so that I could take it to my mom because I wanted her to have the same salon experience as I did. Low and behold, she already goes there and has been for a long time. Cant wait for my next appointment!!

I have been going to Serena at Pampered & Polished Spa for approximately 4 years, I have always walked out completed satisfied. My thin, kinky hair is not the easiest to manage, Serena knows what to do and has managed to make it easy for me. Recommending the blow-out treatment that has made my morning less stressful and quicker! She has mastered my color combo to mask my wisdom silver :) She took my damaged, over processed hair in the beginning (4 years ago) and brought it back to healthy shiny hair that on most days I LOVE! AND, Pampered & Polished Spa is truly a hidden gem in Arlington! I live on the Southside, and drive 20 minutes for my hair, they are the only place that I will let touch my eyebrows....looking for a fantastic facial, yep! Its amazing here!! And the massages will leave you wanting more. This is your 1 stop shop for pampering, make it a couples day....surprise your honey, you wont regret it. I just encourage you to have an appointment, walk-ins are getting few and far in between at this gem!! __

I bought a package of 4 Parafango Wraps with light therapy right before my cousins wedding. At the wedding i was getting compliments left and right on how slim I looked! It really works! And the staff is so friendly and nice, I look forward to getting pampered more in the future!!

Overall good. I was not expecting the location to be what it was. My manicure was not worth it. I could have gotten french gels with spa mani from the little asian lady up the street. However I loved my facial! Im moving but if I wasnt I would totally go back again

Needed a day of relaxation and pampering... the website for this place looked very promising but boy was i wrong. Went in for a mani & pedi... from the looks of this place they focus on hair and threw in other services on a whim... the nail room consisted of two manicure tables... the manicure was mediocre at best... the pedicure was ridiculous... instead of relaxing and pampered it was a wicker chair with warm water in a plastic tubn(the kind of at-home pedicure tub you buy for $20 at walmart) that quickly turned cold. how relaxed can you be with your butt getting numb from sitting in a hard chair with your feet propped awkwardly on the uncomfortable edge of a plastic tub. i even had to hold my legs up in the air for the heel scrub because there was no where to prop my legs up... and to top it all off... as soon as she was done she tried to shoo me out the door... i told her my toes were not anywhere near dry and her response was oh well they take a long time to dry soo.... i mean if you arent going to have any UV drying stations the least you can do is let me wait until theyre dry before putting my shoes back on. i would have been better off at the nail place next to the grocery store.this place is trying very hard to be something they just arent. Costs way too much for what you get. i feel like i wasted my money. i most certainly wont be back.
