I so far i give a 1 star due to we switched over companies because we were told they were fully staffed and so far EVERY week one of their nurses have called out , when we were told by Bryan the manager that they dont deal with multiple callouts , its very disappointing because the nurses that I brought with me have not called out once but there personal nurses are the ones that have called out on a weekly basis and now my husband will lose his job , you would think as a company you would throw consequences at the nurses that keep calling out, but no and thats why it is a ongoing issue , they also dont start looking for a nurse to cover the shift until 8am when they open which is crazy to when a wide text should be sent out to all active nurses to see who can cover at the time the nurse calls out. People work for a living but it seems this company thinks money must grow on trees. This company should not be allowed to take in more patients , they cant handle it due to they dont even have back up floating nurses when there is a call out, they have poor communication as well not just with their patients parents but with among one another in the office and to many errors .I WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR PRIVATE NURSING

They had an opening for CSR and I applied, but when I got there the lady interviewed me for a sales associate position and seemed to be completely unaware they had this listed as a customer service representative position. They looked at me sideways but maybe your recruiters should pay more attention to the apps they pull, huh?

I worked here at Maxim from 2015-2017, with kids in the home during rehab and other needs. - This staff & position was hands down the best job Ive ever had in Nursing. The office staff was extremely supportive, and the kids were all great. I feel that I had an excellent relationship with my schedulers and my Managers, all of whom really cared about their patients.Were I still in Florida, I would still be working for Maxim Healthcare in Jacksonville.If youre looking for a great place to work that actually cares about you and their clients, this is the place to go. 6/5 starsThanks guys for all the great memories and great people.

I Love working for Maxim. The staff is very supportive, easy to work with and takes care of their nurses.For example, I am a single mother with various schedule needs dueto Covid and school schedule. Maxim ensures my hours are met. Work schedule is extremely flexible. Needs are met for both the patients and nurses. I recommend Maxim to all of my nursing friends and anyone who is in need of a stress free job.

I am a Maxim Nurse. I do Peds home visits. I really enjoy working for Maxim as there is no shortage of assistance when I need it when I am on or away from the job and have a question. Everyone responds promptly to calls and emails. I really appreciate that. They will work with you in any way they can. This is a great company to work for!

The important factor I enjoy most with Maxim is the level of respect thats given. Maxim listens to their employees concerns ( if you should have any) and work hard to address the matter. I have worked for Maxim for several years. I started as a private duty nurse (PDN) and have transitioned to home health visits primarily doing wound care. The Maxim staff are friendly, helpful and supportive. The communication is excellent. Visit nursing gives me flexibility, a varied nursing experience, learning and skill growth, and work satisfaction. Maxim allows me to stay comfortable within my skill set and has never forced an assignment on me. There are twice yearly skill set fairs to learn nursing skills and demonstrate competency. Maxim supports shadowing so a nurse can watch and learn from a more experienced nurse for a particular method of care. The reality is nursing is constantly having to learn new techniques and new equipment for the best patient care. The ability to learn from more experienced nurses in a low stress environment is a true gift. Maxim has frequent in-service training.

We have had Maxim Home Healthcare Services for around 4 years now and we have stayed with them. We are so grateful for their nursing services and we have a great team now for my son Vinicio. Ebony is the best at her Job and David is also wonderful. We are pleased and I hope we can keep it this way. ;)

I recently, hesitantly returned to nursing after a 5 year break and I’m SO glad I chose Maxim. Everyone in the office is wonderful and supportive. They provided me with the time and resources I needed to confidently return to the field. They also REALLY listened to what I was looking for and placed me in an assignment that’s a perfect fit for me. The pay is great. I really couldn’t be happier.

This company has been nothing short of wonderful. All of the staff in the office are courteous and helpful when needed. They have made sure that I (an overnight employee) have cases that work with me and my families schedule. If I am unable to work a case (rare) they are understanding. There is always communication of new cases and if something is requested they follow through. 5 out of 5 stars, I highly recommend this company for future employees AS WELL as families!

Maxim has been great to work with and the 3 nurses we have had in our home have been top-notch. They have been accommodating to some schedule change requests we made shortly after starting with them and communication has been on point. Highly recommended for home nursing services.

I am so impressed with Maxim Healthcare Services and our nurse, Jeannine Strong, in particular. My son has an infusion monthly and this month we ran into some issues with his mediport. Not only was Jeannine thoroughly knowledgeable about other protocols, she was calm and comforting and extremely professional. Each month, she goes above and beyond by pre-ordering my sons IV meds and supplies so that there are no issues in ensuring that they are in place prior to the infusion.We are so grateful to have her as a nurse in our home.Maxim has also been so very helpful during this COVID-19 issue as well. They have provided telephone support and supplies throughout this time and have been very prompt in addressing any challenges with scheduling etc.I highly recommend this company.Michelle Smith

Great Company! Ive worked with Maxim for 3+ years now and were constantly striving to provide the most competitive and caring nursing services in Jacksonville. We provide tons of hands on training for our caregivers and require 1 year of working experience from all of our nurses before being hired. Ive enjoyed getting to know families and caregivers throughout my time with Maxim and Im always appreciative that they choose us to be their homecare provider.

Maxim is understaffed for CNA in-home services. Nice staff but not enough people available to reliably cover commitments. This company will not pay overtime so cant allow workers to work more than 40 hours. End result as a customer is that when a regularly scheduled person calls out sick etc. the staffing office cant find a replacement. I do not recommend contracting with this company for in-home services since the family is too often left holding the ball and realigning personal resources at the last minute to cover care needs for loved ones.

Maxim cares about their patients, caregivers and office employees. Ive worked for this company for 10 years and the dedication to the highest quality and compliance leads the industry.

Maxium has a friendly staff . you have to have patience with insurance company .

This company is under staffed due to a non caring attitude towards their employees. Who want to work for a company who cares nothing about you.
