Worst home health agency in Jax! They mistreat their nurses, NEVER tell you when theyre sending out a different nurse. Never update the new nurses of preferred time of day, no call the night before! Give your home address out to strangers. Office staff extremely sarcastic and condescending! Steer clear of this place!
