First and foremost is the complete lack of understanding the manner or approach on how to work with an individual. Communication is awful, the inside looks awful, all that a person would require to manage each day is AWFUL.I believe you have an idea now. AWFUL

They fired a pregnant cna because she turned in a light duty paper after a resident attacked her. They neglect their patients and only show they care when family or the state show up. Dont send your family here

They treat your family member awful. The “food” they serve I wouldn’t even feed my dog, there’s no nutritional value. If there was an accident their button to call them they don’t answer, my grandpa slipped and hit the button... An hour and half later they come. What if it was an emergency? Their bedside manner is terrible, they have no respect. They don’t check on the patient, help them with their needs, and if the patient takes medication the staff won’t give them the medication on time or at all. If the patient is getting discharged they don’t give you a heads up. On top of all this, this facility is dirty, dusty, and smells. 10/10 would NOT recommend sending anyone here. Even if it was someone you strongly dislike.

Tracy is rude and cold. We wonder why the nursing home will hire such a rude person. She is like a cold statuary and lack of sympathy.

Smells like poop has set for ever sour poop smell and doesnt look very clean but the stuff is very nice
