This office lacks customer service and does not care about their patients. My father recently got out of the hospital and is using portable oxygen and after we asked about a virtual appointment and were told no, he arrives today to be turned away and told “Nevermind, we made you a virtual appointment”. He wasted his limited energy, his portable oxygen and about 3 hours of our time just to be told they made a mistake. And that they would not see him. Absolutely no compassion. We will not return to this office.

Dr. Khadour and the MHC staff in her office have been nothing less than great. They are very professional, upbeat and good with communication re: referrals, test results, impromptu UC visits.

I would strongly insist on not going here. I went to help manage a long term disorder in which I provided evidence of. Dr. Khadour refused to help without my previous records. So I had my previous doctor fax everything. It went through successfully twice, however the office never received them and did nothing to fix the issue. They wasted so much of my time and had zero interests in helping me from the start.

Can’t even get a shot record right. We have been trying to get my daughters shot record so she can start school. They gave us one and then the school sent us the following message “Unfortunately the physician did not complete Part A: DOE Code, and the health department will not allow us to accept the 680. In addition, the physician name is not filled in. Can you contact the physician and ask them to certify the shot record in FLSHOTS and then I could just print and add to the file.” When I explained this to the doctors aid or whatever she is well that what we give all the kids. I even told her and pointed out the fact school starts in less then a week and we need it corrected ASAP to finish her enrollment. The response we will call you when it’s ready. How hard is it to just do your job the first time. Once we get her records corrected we will be changing doctors and contacting Tricare to ban them from the list of doctors. Complete and total waste of a month trying to get my daughter taken care of. DO NOT GO TO THIS JOKE OF A PRACTICE!!!!!

I would definitely not provide even one star, I have issues with my menstrual cycle and explained that to Dr. Khadour upon my first visit. I called and requested a specific medicine be prescribed to me, since it was in the past. No one followed up with my request, and when I called back they stated the doctor chose not to prescribe it, I asked why and they said there wasn’t a specific reason. The lack of care/concern they have for their patients is horrible, I will not be returning...ever.

If I could give a zero rating I would. Never in my life have I been to such an incompetent practice. Not only does the provider not seem to care about any serious concerns. For over a month we have been back and forth with this office to have my daughters records transfer to FL shots. Not only do they not call back they also can not finish simple paperwork. They spelled my name completely wrong when it was clearly spelled on all of the new patient paperwork. My daughter can not start school on time due to there inability to fill out her shot record correctly, now can not get into an appointment with the health department to try and fix this issue of incorrect coding this tome around until Tuesday the first day of school. also the reason for visiting this office was because they were on Tricares list of top providers in the area. If your a military family coming from out of state and need to have quick results and responses I don’t suggest going to this office.Update: not only could my daughter not start on time but she also was unable to pick her classes due to the last min enrollment from late submission of shot records. In the first conversation with the office manager she told me they don’t fill out codes on shot records, and after telling her the county and the department of health said it is there responsibility to do so she demanded to know who told me that at the department of health. Second time around said these codes are new as of last year and it’s not there fault it’s the schools fault. Mind you there are two choices you pick from two codes one states the child it updated and one states there not. Being called ignorant and talked over louder and louder when not even listening to me was very unprofessional, Instead of trying to fix a problem the office created and let go she decided to be defensive and unprofessional.

So I became really ill, and was in A LOT of pain. I called on a Thursday to be seen and they had appts but wouldnt see me because I didnt have my co-pay. I told them I would get it Friday to which the lady responded by saying there was nothing in the books until Monday. So, fast forward to Sunday....I was rushed to the hospital in severe pain, vomiting and just not well. Turns out, I had a bacterial infection and kidney stones. So because I did not have the co pay at the time, I was refused services to get me better. I will NOT be coming back here and neither will my family, because Ive had issues as well with them over my special needs son. Not a very compassionate and caring bunch...its all about money to them and not the well being of someone ill.

I followed up with her after being released from the hospital. I am still in a lot of pain and feel like something just isnt right. I was given pain medication at the hospital and was sent home with some. I DID NOT ONCE ASK HER FOR PAIN MEDS. In fact, I told her I DONT want more meds I just want to figure out what is causing this. She ordered an xray which I immediately went and got done. She said the xray came back clear and refused to order any additional tests. I am now at the hospital where they did an xray which shows an INFECTION in my lungs. I will NEVER go back to this lady.

I had been a patient of Dr. Billingsley for 25 years so I was not looking forward to changing doctors. Dr. Khadour however has been an outstanding successor to Dr. Billingsley. She is thorough, takes good notes, and runs a good office.
