One of the worse experience of my life. Staff started out kind and helpful but after 1st visit, they were ill, short tempered and not pleasant at all, as if any thing I asked made them mad. I dropped in to have blood drawn for first patient visit, even tho I had already been seen b4 this date, I was there over 2 hours, I politely ask if they knew the time I would be done, nurse said YOU CAN LEAVE NOW! I explained I had to be at work in 10 mins. She and another person came in the room, nurse saying nothing, jammed the needle in my arm, it hurt so bad my legs jumped. Yes I have bad terrible veins but this was uncalled for. Had a knot and bruise for over a month. I tried on several occasions to speak to the doctor but all I was told was he was aware. So needless to say, to this day I assume the doc has no ideal about my terrible experience. Theres more to the story but Ive written enough
