I started seeing Dr Zoller in 2016. My wife had been seeing him many, many years before me. Now, my mom and my brother see him. We all love him. He is my forever Doctor.

New to the area needed to find a primary Dr. Google lead me to Dr Zoller, I was very pleased with my 1st visit. He was very friendly, listened attentively, I did not feel rushed and am very happy overall. Office staff was also very friendly.

Mark Zoller, MD has been providing me with excellent care the past 15 years. Recently, results of an ultrasound (US) were sent to his office with a write up as a mass 25 mm located in my lung. Being familiar with two previousUS’s in the same region, he questioned the write up and told me he was going to talk to the Dr evaluating the latest US. After conferring with that Dr, both concluded the image in question was congestion and not a mass. This involved reviewing three US films taken over a period of three years. But this would not have happened if Dr Zoller had not been familiar with my case over the years.Dr Zoller then called me personally to explain in detail his decision and plan of action in my case.He takes care of his patients, spends time with his patients; exactly what I want in a great primary care doctor.

Dr Zoller and staff and are always friendly and supportive of my health needs.

We have had the privilege of having Dr. Zoller as our PCP well over 20 years. My wife and I feel as though Dr. Z and Willa are family. The staff is great as well and always very helpful.

Dr Zoller was my primary psychcian for 20 years until I moved out of Jacksonville. I almost didnt move because I knew it would be impossible to find another doctor as good as he is. The care he gave me was more than excellent. Hes by far the best. I agree that sometimes the office help could be more efficient, but I go to see the doctor, not the receptionist. I highly recommend Dr Zoller.

I scheduled a physical exam at that office because my primary (within Ascension St. Vincent network) was on vacation and I needed to do it before the end of August. They called me 45 minutes before appointment and canceled it saying that I have to pay for regular visit first and then they’ll schedule a physical exam. The fact that I already have a primary physician with Ascension St. Vincent and was not trying to find a new doctor was simply ignored.

Dr. Z and staff have cared for my 84 year old parents for 30+ years. Highly recommend.

Dr. Zoeller is a very personable physician. He listens to and respects concerns of his patients and works to provide accurate diagnosis and treatment options. Willa Price assists and she is phenomenal. I strongly recommend this practice.

I wish I could give no stars. I do not recommend this practice. My mother called me crying after Dr. Zoller’s office refused to continue seeing her as a patient for diabetes treatment. She was a patient there for over 2 years. Her A1c levels were not going down. The diabetic medication prescribed caused my mother bad side effects such as intense bone pain & other issues. Her doctors made her feel like she was making up the side effects. They wanted her to take the medication regardless. A thorough practice would have tried to find other options to lower her A1c instead of hurting someone’s feelings and refusing service. Dr. Zoller’s office lacks compassion and failed to find a solution to help my mother. If you’re looking for a practice that cares, continue looking because this office doesn’t.

I highly recommend Dr.Zoller. He’s excellent in diagnosing problems as well as treatment. And the nurse practitioner, Willa Price, is top notch! I’ve had no problems with the staff. It is a busy office so sometimes Dr.Zoller is booked if I want a same day or next day appointment, but I’ve always been able to get in with Ms. Price who as far as I’m concerned is just as good as seeing a doctor.

Used to be able to get in to see the Nurse Practitioner for acute care but not any more. Also doesnt help that you have to deal with someone with a thick accent that you cannot understand on the phone. Its a shame because Dr Zoller and Willa Price are awesome but it looks like the office staff has taken a drastic leap off a cliff.

Dr. Zoller and his staff have been caring, compassionate and responsive to our family, calling during his personal time to coordinate our elderly parents care. I work in the medical field, and this is the type of physician you want in your corner. Kudos as well to his MA, Tameka, who is helpful, responsive and empathetic. Wish I could hire her.

I have been with Dr. Zoller for many many years. He is an amazing physician, compassionate and caring. He is a good communicator. I trust him with my life. I often see Willa Price as well and find her excellent. I enjoy her straight forward approach. There has been some staff problems ehich have been difficult because Dr. Zoller had little control. For the past year I have had no difficulty with anyone in the office. Highly recommend them

I stumbled upon these reviews, as I was looking up the office #s and wanted to give my perspective to those considering the office. Funny, as I have had nothing but positive experiences with this office. The medical assistants are always responsive and get on things right away. Tameka is a dear. Shes helped me numerous times and couldnt be nicer or more pleasant to talk to. Dr. Zoller is one of the few doctors left in the world who actually seems to listen and process and dig deeper when an issue comes up.

This is the worst office I have ever worked with, I’ve tried to get my prescriptions for 6months and every time I call into my pharmacy it says I don’t have any refills, I’ve also had to see three different doctors each time I visit because no one can seem to keep a job there ( or quits) I also have tried to get a doctor to call me on multiple occasions and they never do, if I could do a zero star rating I would because of how awful this business is. I will be cancelling my account first thing Monday morning because no one here knows how to do there job.

I have been going to Dr Zollers since 1995, no issues with the doctors nor the staff. Doctor Zoller is an excellent doctor imo and for past 23 years I have never had an issue with office staff, billing dept, blood draws, nor doctor assistants.

The staff is very incompetent. My last visit: I called that morning and the clerk said they would work me in at 10 am and to come in. When I arrived, they said I was not on the schedule. I called another time and made an appointment for the next day. I called after an hour and cancelled. The next day I received a call and an email that I had missed my appointment. My mistake was not getting the NAME of the clerk that answers the phone who does NOT follow up. I LOVE Dr. Zoller, but it is next to impossible to get an appointment with him.

He is the best family doctor!

I like Dr. Zoller but the office is a different story. I was on deployment for a year, I was told I would be considered a new patient because of the time lapse and he is not accepting new patients. That issue was resolved but it still takes almost 3 weeks to get an appointment, good grief, I can understand taking a month to get an appointment with a military doctor because it is a form of socialist medicine. No wonder the emergency rooms get people with colds.

Five Stars for Dr. Zoller and Mrs. Price, but it is much too difficult to speak with the staff if there are any issues. They need more phone lines and more assistants, badly.

Freaking joke of a place. Their online system for making appointments is a joke, nothing available for months but when you call theres something for that afternoon.When you try and call and talk to billing they dont even answer the phone and they put you on hold without saying hello. Then you wait for 10 minutes on hold just to call back and them do it again.No one ever answers the appointment ext.They dont deal with car accidents and refuse to help you see a specialist when YOU NEED A REFERRAL TO BE SEEN BY THE SPECALIST!Waste of a building and everyone in it.

Everything is always such a mess at this office. Its a shame because Dr. Zoller is pretty awesome. But the staff, scheduling, wait times, communication and everything else is terrible. I cant get a call back after I continue to have issues with them and when I follow up, I get attitude from the staff. The staff is rude and when I ask to speak with the doctor about the medications Ive been prescribed (which they never took the time to call me about and explain) they talk to me like Im stupid. Everything is always a hassle with this office. Im pretty sure Dr. Zoller is the only person in the whole practice who actually genuinely cares abut the patients. Everyone else is there to make some money and go home. Dont expect them to do anything to help you when youre miserable. That takes too much effort and they dont get paid any extra for that. I cannot explain how frustrating it is to work with this office. I dont want to switch primary care offices because my family has a long history here. But ever since St. Vincents took over this place has gone to hell and I cant get any help anymore. Its infuriating.

I always have a good experience here, the staff treat you like a person and not another patient and are nice, professional and courteous. Dr Zoller is a competent and excellent MD. the office has an onsite phlebotomist which is a plus, you get your bloodwork results back faster and you dont have to drive somewhere else to get it done. The office is also very good at calling you as soon as your results are in.

We had the worst experience with Dr. Juliana Raymaker. She basically pushed the non-smoking drug, Chantix, onto my husband. Sure he should quit but can we focus on the issue at hand? She was clearly upset when her sales pitch was interrupted and we showed no interest. He was given a referral to a surgeon on Thursday this week but denied a note to cover absences between now and then. The best care provided at this facility is not even by a M.D. but ARNP (A is for awesome in this case) named Willa Price.

Terrible place!!! They always sent me the wrong bill. My prescriptions were never sent to pharmacy on time, and I have to wait for my refills. I had to wait a long time in the lobby even tough I had an appointment. The billing part for me was the most frustrating part. Very upset with this office.

St. Vincent on St Johns Bluff Rd, JAX,FL-32246 - Does not except patient if you were previously seeing other Doctors affiliated to St. Vincent - Reason - Doctors Conflict of Interest - A Policy that is no where posted, just word of mouth. Such a waste of Time.....Would not Recommend

I am a first time patient of Dr. Zoller and I have to say that my overall experience was fantastic from start to finish. This included the attention to detail and quick, professional response from his staff both before and after seeing the doctor. Sandra helped me navigate some insurance issues while setting up my appointment and then promptly sent me a link to their online registration so that I could skip filling out new patient paperwork at the clinic. At the office, Brittany and Cari answered all of my questions quickly and politely and helped me access records from a recent hospital stay. Then, as promised, Brittany phoned me the next day to secure specialist appointments. The staff were nothing but professional, courteous, competent and efficient. As was Dr. Zoller. He listened attentively to my medical history and offered several treatment options for moving forward. His demeanor was patient and measured, immediately putting me at ease. Knowing I am in such good, professional hands will certainly encourage me to return whenever I have future health issues. Based on my first visit, I highly recommend Dr. Zoller and his staff.As a side note: I learned that Dr. Zollers office is often used to train staff that eventually move on to other offices. This may be why some other commenters have had some less than positive experiences; perhaps they were working with a trainee. My suggestion would be that, if you have a negative experience, bring it to the attention of the office manager or the doctor and I feel certain that it will be addressed.

My doctor, Dr. Harris left so I had to choose between the 2 that were still there, I chose Willa Price, first thing she said to me upon meeting her was, you seem to me like a worrier okay, wow, in the first 5 mins.. I am a cancer survivor who was not suppose to see 30, Im 48 I didnt get here from worrying, I got here from avoiding doctors..she said this because I did not want to lower my medicine dose. So, just to be sure of her, I made an appointment with an endocrine doctor..when Mrs. Price went to tell the little girl at the back deck to print a referral to this doctor I could hear the little girl laughing and giggling...I could not see the look on Mrs. Prices face, but Im sure she must have been rolling her eyes to make that little girl laugh like that.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL staff..I do intend to find another primary..and the 2 people I referred to this place feel the same way I do and are also looking to go elsewhere..

Ive been going to Doctor Zoller for over 20 years. I get the feeling he really cares about his patients. His staff gets busy, but they will return your phone calls. Dr. Zollers office also maintains Saturday hours for emergencies.
