Every time Ive made an appt with a specific provider I never see that provider. I had to ask for an OB referral TWICE. I went in at 4 months pregnant and they tried to tell me I was 5 weeks. 3 months ago I had asked for a referral to a psychiatrist to deal with my depression, mind you my mental health is severe and important to maintain.... they NEVER to this day sent in a referral for me. My OB had to do the referral for me. The last and final time I gave them a chance I needed a celiac test for a worsening gluten sensitivity, this greatly affects the stress on my unborn baby when I can’t stop throwing up. For specific reasons I’m not going to list I need it to be part of my medical record the issues I have with gluten, they let me sit there for almost an hour, never came to get me... when I went up to the counter they asked me if I even checked in... YES I CHECKED IN. This establishment has no business being a primary care provider. This is actually the worst health care I’ve ever had. The supervisor did call me after I left and asked me to come back and they would take me right away but after almost an hour I had to get on with my other obligations of the day. If I wanted my appt at 12pm instead of 11am I would have scheduled it at 12pm.

This is the greatest place! Dr. Lovato cares about his patients and has always made sure he addressed any concerns I had or questions I needed answered. He is such a kind man. His staff is great also!!!

Mr Lovato Is the best provider I have ever seen. I have to say hands down gives the best care . He truly listen to my medical concern and made me feel much better. I will make sure that I let everyone know to come see him if they want the best care out there.

What a great provider. He has been my doctor for years and i have followed him were ever he goes. I am so happy he finally opened his own office in Jacksonville called star medical clinic. If you are looking for the best care in town go see him. They are wonderful and truly care about you.

I was seen at this office a few times, The first time I was seen was for a urgent care visit and I was so happy with the way Mr Lovato handled my care and really listen to my needs. I felt very safe with him . I have since been back as a Primary care patient and love it. I have made Mr Lovato My PCM. I would highly recommend him.

Mr Lovato has been my pcm for years and I have followed him from every office he has worked . I am so glad he has his own office in jacksonville and am very happy with the level of care that I get from him and the staff. Myself and all my family go to him for our medical care needs.
