I had a lot of expectation since I had read the comments about this place. The success was at 6 am very early but the girl at the reception was very nice and friendly. I do not speak English and that worried me but we talked to each other and we were able to communicate The medical assistant was very attentive and efficient then I was more than half an hour waiting for the dr but it was worth a very nice dr, she treated me super well, she took care of my case, she explained everything, she checked me, she sent my documents well, I can only say that she is great, very concerned for her patients I recommend her 100%

If I could zero stars this doctor.. I would! Had a virtual appointment with her today and was on hold waiting for her SO LONG, that the call ended. I called to see what was going on, and the receptionist, Evelyn, was unhelpful. She seemed to be confused as what I was requesting. How hard is it to ask the doctor or someone for an update on how long the wait is going to be, since when I asked her, she clearly didnt know. Oh well, we can reschedule. She is just running late. Do you want me to reschedule? Um.. WHY WOULD I DO THAT? If this doctor is NEVER showing up to her meetings in a timely manner, why would I want to see this woman? If youre going to be late, give an update. Have someone check in and let me know, Sorry for the wait.. its going to be a few more minutes. Not leave me waiting since 6:53am when my appointment was at 7:00am, for me to call at 8:04 to ask you.. whats the hold up? UNACCEPTABLE. As someone who is very fortunate to have a job during a pandemic, I WILL NOT sacrifice being late to work, because this doctor is taking forever! She is only going to be in that call with me like 5-10 mins most, anyway, as most doctors are.. and you want me to wait over an hour with no updates, then the call drops? I think not. Look elsewhere.. this is a waste of time!Update: Had the receptionist Tierra call to tell me that Im next in line. AFTER I TOLD EVELYN that i wanted to cancel because I have no desire to see this doctor, if she couldnt bother to actually show up to her appointments. Its the lack of communication for me. So not only do you guys.. not bother to check in with your patients to make sure they arent growing impatient because they have to like.. idk.. do other important things! But you dont even communicate with your staff about cancellations or irritation caused by the situation? Its the way she was like, you disconnected the call? Um.. NO it hung up, but I do not desire to see a doctor.. when at 8:28 is when you call me to tell me Im next. Please guys.. RUN FOR THE HILLS! I wouldnt have minded waiting, if Tierra picked up the phone back at 8:04 and told me, we apologize for the wait, the doctor will be here shortly. We appreciate your patience.. SOMETHING... CUSTOMER SERVICE people. I now at work, and can not even be bothered to see this doctor. Hour 30 mins.. What a waste. And to think.. I was early to my appointment ._.

I’m a nurse, work with Docs all day everyday so I like to think I know a good one...she’s a good one. Listens carefully, respects her patients and their concerns. Love my Doctor!!

I just cussed this doctor out for being sarcastic. I wanted to confirm that she was the doctor and she was like I said that already. The issue is you arent doing your job thoroughly of course Im frustrated because my child isnt well. And I have seen you recently and talked to you already and my daughter had the same issue. Not a place for children take your child to a REAL doctor/pediatrician.

Great dr just very busy. She actually cares about her patients your not just another number.
