Everyone at this Care Center is helpful, warm, and genuinely caring. They had me checked in promptly and my Physician Dr. Hunt, is straight forward and interested in what I had concerns about my care. Not dismissive as some Doctors can be! Dr. Hunt is my primary, but when I was experiencing Vertigo and an ear ache I saw Dr. Shindler, and she was amazing too!I will always return there with any medical needs!!! Love this family care center!

This was our first visit to the Family Care Partners in Arlington as new patients and it was very encouraging. We were very impressed with the personnel and the environment. The receptionist, doctors assistant and the doctor all made us fell very welcome. For a first contact, we were pleased that time was taken to establish medical history and concerns in an unhurried atmosphere. We look forward to the continuing relationship.

I have been going here for over a year. Clean environment, amazing staff, and I am treated like family instead of a patient. I am always shown compassion, respect, and greeted with a smile. If I am crying, someone is always there beside me to show they careI came in yesterday for a set of shots and I saw a nurse there that has treated me before. She stopped, spoke, she said she saw my name and wanted to see how I was doing, and even talked about something that made me more comfortable. I have fell in love with Family Care Partners and all its staff. Just wonderful people!

I want to make you aware of what my family has went through while my Mothers health declines. Her doctor is Dr. S Saul and I have called his office and spoke with a very nice person on two different occasions concerning my Mothers problem each time I was reassured that the message would get to his assistant which I believe did. We were told she would have to be seen before prescribing medication yet she was seen about a week ago.She is unable to stand or walk at this point due to the cancer returning and her inability to eat or drink anything. I think its truly a shame after using this office for over 20 years for a patient to spend there last days in pain and with no concern from her primary care physician.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Saul takes his time to listen, explain, and answer questions about your appointment.

The wait time is the worst after waiting 3 weeks for an Appointment. had a 10:15am appointment and 12:15 pm still waiting to see the doctor. the front desk is no help all they say is you are next.

The staff, called ahead & confirmed, then the nurse called & did the initial pre-Dr questions, then The Dr & I did the video call. (Which was very easy) He took his time, asked questions that I hadnt even thought of, very thorough. Offered additional supportive advice. Honestly cared about not just my symptoms & my recovery, but also about our family as a whole unit. He was patient & experienced. Overall very please with my telehealth visit. Im looking for a different Primary Care Dr. Ive had some very bad experiences at this office. Long waits either in office or before you go back to see Dr. Once you get back youre waiting again. On this trip I could here the nurses out in the hall having personal conversations. Laughing and chit-chating. I feel they should use this time to get their patients taken care of in a timely manner. I told one nurses I was about to leave, she went in the hall and heard them say shell be alright.I had an assistant help me that had no idea what she was doing. Also personal hygiene was not good. Polish chipped on nails, underarm odor. I thought they are too use gloves. Just not someplace Ill be going again

Dr Hunt is a great addition to the care team; he has the personality and approach that allows for patients to be comfortable. He really listens and very knowledgeable. He reminds me of Dr Alpa Patel.

I have been a patient here for years and my check in was the worst I’ve ever had! The young lady was very rude to me. My experience with PA Kameron Mullaney was very pleasant as well as his nurse and my check out was very friendly but the front check in lady needs to have a class in friendliness.

I went through a virtual visit using video chat. It worked better than I thought. Hopefully Ill hear something back soon about how to finish getting my meds. I believe Im waiting on a call. Well, once its all done it worked out well.

This office has REALLY went down... When it comes to Doctors... I have been a Patient for 26 years.... I RARELY Ever come to the Doctor... I felt a lump in my Breast... And I have gotten the BIGGEST Run around.... I had a Telephone visit... That did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for me.... I havent been seen for Myself for over a year... When I FINALLY have an Issue with my Body... The Next available appointment is in 3weeks.... Why do I have a PRIMARY... If I got to keep going to the ER to get RESULTS..

On August 24th, 2021, I was verbally and psychologically ABUSED, and threatened with withholding of care, by Dr. ALLEN OAKIE. Family Care Partners investigated the incident and DID NOTHING!!! THEY ARE KNOWINGLY ALLOWING AN ABUSIVE HEALTH CARE PRACTIONER TO CONTINUE SEEING PATIENTS!!!

Everything went well other than not being seen. There was about an hour wait in the back and my children got so restless I knew I wouldn’t be able to get through appt. I’m a single mom with no help or family here so I’m not able to move as freely… hopefully I’ll be seen somewhere soon smh.

I saw Dr Okie for the first time. He was attentive and addressed all my concerns with detailed answers. Id definitely see him again.

Brought my daughter here as a new patient and the staff was so friendly. We were in and out. Very efficient service. Dr.Steelman is a sweetheart! My daughter dont trust people easily to care for her but she loved Dr.steelman. Dr.steelman gave some helpful tips. I am a new mom so I had alot of questions but Dr.steelman made me more confident to care for my daughter. I look forward to making this facility my new primary care for me and my daughter.

These have been my doctors for over 25 years, and they are always available, they always listen, and are concerned not only with my physical health but my mental health also. They answer questions over and over again until I understand and I am comfortable with their answers.

I had a 2:00 appointment. Arrived 20 minutes early. I was never seen by Dr Saul after a 1-1/2 hour wait past 2:00. Before leaving, I rescheduled my appointment for another day. Driving from Fernandina to Arlington and back home was a wasted 4 hours!

For over 50 years with Dr. Bork who retired and now I see Dr. Hunt and as much as I miss Dr. Bork, I am very pleased with Dr. Hunt. I would recommend Family Care to all my Friends and Family!

I’ve been waiting on Lab results for quite a while, I was contacted about the results of my annual a week later after being contacted originally saying the results were back an I was fine. I was then contacted a second time that the results for cancer were inconclusive not sure why, but that now I would need to come in and redo my annual or I could be referred out. My doctor is no longer with the practice so I tried someone new. I’m starting to understand why my physician left. The office couldn’t even set expectations as to when I should expect to hear back with my labs. Extremely unprofessional, an unsettling for patients.

My experience is always top notch with James Beatty and Lisa Fellis. The nurses and CNA’s are nice as well.

I chose Dr. Saul as my new doctor, as my other doctor retired and he is conveniently located close to my home. He was kind, attentive and really seemed to care about my health concerns. I also had the pleasure of having my blood work done there at the office and they too, were all kind and welcoming! The front desk staff got me checked in promptly and my wait time was minimal.

I have been with AFC since 1992 and until yesterday I had been extremely satisfied with all your services and the changes you have made to benefit your patients.I was devastated however to learn that my PCP since going to AFC has been gone from your practice for sometime and no one there took the time to notify me that I no longer had a PCP.I would have expected a courtesy card or call to notify me of the change with an offer of a new Dr. but received nothing. I felt like no one at AFC considered me to be very important to your practice, not a nice feeling at all after so many years of loyalty

The providers at FCP have helped me take care of my 97 yo g-mother for over 20 years. The convenient tele medicine visits are PERFECT! They have been good to us and help with the sometimes challenging task of caring for our loved one.

Dr. Egbujor is the best, she always takes her time and explains everything to you, and she addresses your every concern. I will definitely refer her to anyone that asks. 🙂😊☺

Just tried to call and make an appointment and received one the most rudest customer service experiences Ive ever had. Being a Healthcare professional and provider I cant imagine speaking to patients in the manner in which I just experienced.It enrages me to think that if Im being spoken to this way what sick and elderly patients are going through.No need to call and report to a manager because if she was this comfortable talking to me like she did.. I would have to guess that this type of behavior didnt just start.I hope more offices take the time to screen and hire more employees with a drive to provide better customer service.

Very short wait time, which I havent had that experience there with other physicians. Dr. Hunt was very kind and non judgemental. Thorough and concise in his explanations. I think I will make him my primary care physician!

I can say that they were timely and I did not have to wait long. However, I kind of felt rushed and like they were trying to probe me to a certain diagnosis. So far, I have seen Dr. Renee and Dr. Saul. They are pretty nice though.

Honestly we used to love this office and have been going there over 15 years. Weve had to change our Doctors too often because they abruptly leave (which includes the one we really enjoyed and our favorite who understandably retired some years ago now). The phone service is terrible, the doctors do not get back to you in a timely manner and we have had countless issues over the last two years. Every complaint about wait times is 💯 true and it has been like this for a few years now! The techs in the lab are great and it is their redeeming factor. It is just hard to find anything different right now due to the pandemic and we just wish they would get their act straight.

I met with Dr. Hunt on 8/9 for the 1st time, since Dr. Beatty relocated. I really liked Dr. Hunt. He was easy to talk to and asked relevant questions to my health and listened to my concerns. I am very happy to have been placed with Dr. Hunt. Look forward to future consultations as needed with him.Dr. Beatty always listens to my needs and works with me well on my health and well being. He seems to want the best for my care and always provides sound advice and suggestions for self help as well.Wait time is always extended, but I understand.

I had continuing sinus/ear issues that first round of antibiotic did not help..called FCP..they got me a telehealth video appt. The next morning and I got new meds called into pharmacy in an hour...appreciate this so much..doing so much better.

The weekend PA was great. Straight to the point. Wrote prescription immediately for Everything I needed. Do not ask for maintenance changes. He is not going to help with that. Great service, weekend staff very friendly. In and out.

They have taken great care of my two girls and now I started going for myself. The nurses in the front are very nice and helpful always. The doctors have listened to my concerns and Ive always had a pleasant experience. Would recommend 👌

I have been going to family care partners for over 10 years and recently in the last 3 it has gone down tremendously Im currently looking for a new office my blood pressure was 164/100 I called the office for an appointment and was told we have no appointments because we have no doctors available go to the urgent care center. The urgent care center called the next day and they got me an appointment with a nurse practioner. All the doctors and nurse practioners that cared left this practice and I see why

I normally see the PA Kameron who is very kind, caring, helpful and good at his job. This most recent time I seen the PA Lisa. She was absolutely amazing as well and was able to help me in office and prevent an ER visit which I truly appreciate especially during these covid times. I highly recommend Dr. Hunt, Kameron or Lisa to anyone who is looking for compassionate healthcare. I had a little hiccup with my visit but once the right person seen it was immediately taken care of.

Their billing is a mess. My husband is continually sent bills for visits that never took place and when he calls to correct it they say there is no bill.... but like clockwork they come in the mail. They have said we may not be able to obtain my daughters immunization records because she has not had a physical with them since 2018.... we stopped seeing them in 2018 due to the weird billing. She has not needed immunizations since 2018 so I’m not sure how those are out of date. Stay far away if you can.

Having the ability to do Telehealth appointments with Sellers is great. Only improvement needed is the process time it takes from the appointment to a MA sending letters or pharmacy receiving prescriptions. Otherwise, service is great.

This is a wonderful place to go and get your GP on! In-house lab and connected to Akuman Imaging! You can get your mammograms there ultrasounds even MRIS Etc... Best general practitioner Ive ever been to and a wonderful understanding staff! No driving all over town to get your tests done!

I love this office. Everyone was so nice and helpful from the moment I walked in the door 😊. I must admit I was feeling very uneasy about finding another doctor. Dr. Saul was wonderful. He was very concerned about my health and asked a lot of questions to get to the root of the problem. The Maria was very nice she made me feel very comfortable. I like how everything (the lab, etc) is all in the same area. Im a new patient......Ive found my new doctors office 😊.

Theyre doing temperature checks as you enter which adds a safety measure. My wait time was less than 10min from my appointment time. Nice professional and courteous staff. Appts are easy to schedule. Overall great place.

I have been a patient at this location for the past 15 plus years. Yet here lately, they are usually late on appointments, the people who answer the phones or take messages act like they are in a hurry to get you off the phone. They talk so fast you cant get a word in. And when they tell you they will put orders in, you show up to appt.and find out they did not. People need more training obviously. They need to do their job right and be more considerate of their patients.

The day before my appointment 1 year ago, St Lawrence left. Now 1 year later, 2 days before my appointment, Gorospe is leaving. Why all the doctors leaving? Maybe I need to find another place to go.

My telehealth appt with Dr Schan was pleasant. Though even after telling two people where to send my prescription it ended up at the wrong place. I called FCP 3 times to have the prescription redirected and was told it had been done but I still ended up being on hold for 1 hour to speak to the wonderful CVS pharmacist who transferred it to the one near my house. On top of waiting 2 days for meds I was told on the day of my telehealth that I could pick up note from the front desk to take to my employer. Still no note 3 days later. It made my time being sick worse by being upset and frustrated. Im so disappointed.

I had an appointment yesterday for a preventative visit and I was kept waiting over an hour and a half. I only got called in after an hour because I complained. I was then put into a room and waited another 30 minutes to be seen by the provider. Today I went in to the same office for lab work. I was confused with another patient I was told I was scheduled for a Covid test which I did not request I had to insist their records were wrong. They finally realized they were looking at the wrong record. I finally got that straightened out. After 40 minutes of waiting to be called in I checked again and And after being pushy was told my appointment was put in for four hours later which was totally incorrect. They finally called me back and I got my blood taken and I was released. This was not a good experience to say the least.

Doctor Gorospe is amazing. He is very kind and knowledgeable. As a female, I usually prefer women doctors, but he made me feel comfortable. I have had decent encounters with the staff, but there is one receptionist who checked me in, she was very dry and rude. Other than that the facility is a lot older, I have been going here since I was a baby and not much has changed.

My doctors at family care partners or excellence very responsible they explain everything that needs to be explained how the medication works and if I have any questions to contact them and what I love most about them is they check up on their patients
