The receptionist are cool.. Ms Sherry is cool.. The other doctor with the bald head, He’s a tall black guy he’s also cool (can’t think of his name) But Dr. Verma is the worse Doctor I ever dealt with in my life. He doesn’t care about his patients at all. I had to change my doctor because of him and his attitude, I couldn’t take any longer but the other staff members are usually nice. I’ve never really had any problems out of them.

This office has done a complete 360 in the past year. The staff is always smiling and compassionate. The physicians are quick and professional. The office manager, Joseph, is pleasant and friendly with any situation that arises. So glad for the new updates to make this place a welcoming doctors office.

I recently switched from Craft Behavioral Health (Dr. quack Farooque whom should lose his license) to Ace. They are ON THE BALL. they answer the phone. If I have to by chance leave a message they ALWAYS return my call within the hour. Their prices recently went up and I had only budgeted for the precious price so they allowed me to pay the amount I had and pay the remainder before my next appointment. The office in jax AND the office in St Augustine have friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and dedicated staff. Being an addict one gets used to the disgusted demeanor even from those meant to help us medically, this place doesnt treat you as if youre a criminal for having a disease. They are compassionate and overwhelmingly passionate about helping save lives through medically moderated addiction treatment. The previous 2 years I was at Farooque I never had so much as my temp taken, never my blood pressure, only urine to make sure I wasnt smoking herb (cause he sells cards so how dare you pop for marijuana if you havent paid him for a card) this place ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS physically, mentally, emotionally. Its a blessing. Saved my life more than likely. Thank you for doing what you do day in and day out!!!

I absolutely love Ace Medical. The staff and doctors are super friendly and actually listen to you!!!! Ive been on the Suboxome program for 2.5 years and they have been my favorite doctors office so far (Ive had 2 previous doc offices!)But make sure youre on top of your prior authorizations with insurance if you need one for meds or doctor visits, because they forget to do them AHEAD OF TIME, all of the time!

I STOPPED going to this office last year !!!!! The providers, staff, and office were absolutely a mess. I recently returned and wanted to share my experience. I was truly impressed with your updated facility and the caring staff and friendly can-do attitude and smiles. The multiple TV Monitors with a DVD playing on one screen and another playing health advice, kept me and my family entertained while waiting for our appointments. All of your providers are TRULY AMAZING (Manny is my favorite) as well as the front desk staff were incredible on all 6 visits we have made to your office. Plus the insurance lady was so helpful and able to verify they take my insurance while I was on the phone. All this adds up to patient service you rarely see these days! THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH!!! You have a patient for life.

I am writing to thank your entire staff for the excellent care received during my visit to your office in January. Entering Ace Medical that morning I was experiencing what was thought to be the flu for close to 6 days of our annual Myrtle Beach vacation. My wonderful wife of 36 years says it’s the sickest she’s ever seen me (sorry for shaving and wearing socks with my sandals!) Your diagnosis and treatment regimen for pneumonia enabled us to make our flight home the next day (which when walking into your office that morning seemed highly unlikely.Starting with the courteous receptionist when first walking in that day, each staff member (blood work nurse, doctor’s assistant, exit billing staff, and new manager) presented themselves in a positive, professional manner. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the waiting room and examination rooms. You all did a thorough job, and although I felt lousy at the time, it was apparent you all worked well together. A special thanks to the doctor for taking extra time to methodically and accurately diagnose the problem as pneumonia. I was feeling so much better within 24 hours taking the antibiotic!

I heard Dr Cordero opened her practice in Orange Park- I assume its the same doctor. Its a shame if shes no longer with Ace Medical- in my personal opinion as the Medical Director and Physician anyone who knows her has to admit that even tho shes not a conventional type of doctor, and yes her style is very unique and different- that lady TRULY cares for her patients- she will throw her employees under the bus before a patient- IN A HEART BEAT- Ive seen her travel to another county courthouse to help a patient retain their children due to the stigma on certain mental illnesses- WITHOUT GETTING PAID- I, in all of my 45 years of life, have yet to see another doctor do that. This doctor cares, and she goes above and beyond because her patients are truly her life. Thank you Doc! May God bless you!!!!!

This office has the most awesome staff! Especially Dr. Cordero! She has been so kind to me over the past 10 years. I dont know where I would be without her. There is frequently a wait, but she is worth it to me. She genuinely cares about her patients. She and her staff treat me like family. I really appreciate them.

Ive been going here for over a year now and I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a doctor that actually cares. I personally see Dr. Cordero and can say unequivocally that she is the best doctor that Ive ever had. Unlike most doctors she actually takes the time to talk to you and will go above and beyond to help you with any issues you have whether they are medical or personal. She is the first Dr. Ive had that actually remembers your name and cares about your well being. 5 star rating all day long.

Be ready to wait 2 hours after your appointment time to be seen. If you get a prescription - CHECK it carefully, it took 3 tries to get it right. Staff lies to patients as to why DR is NOT IN THE BUILDING - If youve made it past the receptionist - get ready to be ignored. Stuck in a room and forgotten for an hour. NO ONE can do basic math - pill count is ALWAYS wrong. If you have another choice - TAKE IT. Here - you are not a patient with needs, youre just another number. They post a $25 fee notice for being late or no-show, but these guys DO NOT VALUE YOUR TIME. NOT a good experience.

This is the worst doctors office I have ever been to. Ive been a patient for a few years since I followed my old doctor to the Beach Blvd location. He was relocated within just a few months and I never saw him again. My first experience with this office was confronting them about an insulin shipment of mine that went missing. They denied everything, even though Novo Nordisk only does signature deliveries and it was forwarded to the office from my doctors previous location. In my time with them they have lost insulin from three shipments. The first office manager promised to investigate the missing insulin and remedy the situation. I was contacted once and my additional messages were ignored until I walked in for samples because I was out of insulin -then my RN wrote a letter to Novo Nordisk stating my insulin was never received and to please ship again. The second time my shipment went missing, the staff turned up with just enough samples to replace my three-month shipment. The third time, the new office manager promised to either find my insulin or order samples to replace the missing supply. She told me she would contact me within one week and when she didnt, I reached out. I got no response and tried again after another week. I was going out of the country and needed to have a complete supply, but I couldnt get ahold of the office manager. I walked in and a MA gave me some vials. Upon returning from my trip, I was sick and although I called and called, I couldnt get a live person. I walked in with a mask to cover my cough and requested an asap appointment. They allowed me to be seen without an appointment after asking me to keep my distance to not infect the front desk (while wearing a fitted mask). Ive cried in that office several times because the way they talk to you is just like a slap in the face. Fast forward to the present a couple months later: I am sick with a cough that Ive had for a month. I saw a whole new doctor there, once again. He prescribed me a medication that is rare outside of a hospital setting, called it into the pharmacy although the medication was never discussed with me, and messed up the dosage instructions. He recommended several tests and had his MA send out the orders. I am a self-pay so there is absolutely no insurance delay, and yet two of the three orders never went out. I walked in to get the medication corrected and fax confirmations for the sent orders. They attempted to switch the medication to a tablet and still messed up with the dosing. I couldnt get any fax confirmations because nothing was ordered and they decided to schedule me for in-house labs and a PFT test at the end of the week. They gave me a written order for Quest Diagnostics to do a cytology sputum test and after going to Quest, discovered that they do not do such a test. I took my order to LabCorp and found out I should be fasting and the test was over the course of three days. My doctors office should know whether to tell me to fast or not, and whether or not they are sending me to the correct place, but their ignorance is truly astounding. After all the hindrances, I got my sputum test out of the way. Publix was in communication with me while trying to get the medication and dosage clarified and after four days I asked them to cancel the medication and stop trying to fill it because they were wasting their resources. I went in to Ace for my labs and I wasnt on schedule. I was the first one to walk in the door at 9:10 am (because they opened late) and was there until 10:30, fasting and just waiting. The front desk lady didnt know what to charge me and there was apparently no one to draw my blood. I sat there while three people were called ahead of me and my glucose dropped. I left and upon returning for my PFT the next day, I was also not on the schedule, the machinery was not set up, and I was reminded that they sent an order to First Coast Cardiovascular for the same procedure (that order that was never sent out). So, I am looking for a new primary care or a hospital while I steadily get worse.

Starting out seeing Dr Camacho several years ago and he left so I started seeing Ms Harris. I loved Ms Harris! She really took the time to find out what was going on and worked with you to help you feel better. Now, shes left and my husband and I are seeing Dr. Cordero. She is probably a good Dr but I think shes overloaded with patients. My husband went to his 330 appointment and sat until a lil after 5 when they finally asked him who he was there to see, he was then informed that she had gotten sick and left for the day. I called SEVERAL times for refills on his metformin and mood stabilizer but the voicemail they send you to is full, they left messages with the assistant, left messages up front, etc for 3 WEEKS before he was able to get them. After you FINALLY get to the back, my husband said she seems really caring and attentive. She told him she was sending him for several tests he needs badly (hes diabetic, 50 years of age, falls asleep unexpectedly) but the referrals havent been done and its close to a month later. I was scheduled an appointment with her and when brought to the back was informed she wasnt there that day! I needed refills so they scrambled to find someone who could write a prescription. It is now time for me to go back and I dred going. Weve been patients here for a long time but think it may be time to move on.

I dont know but some of these reviews seem to be alittle off from the truth. Staffing yes correct they are kind and patient with you. Thats about the only good thing they have good hospitality. But are so very forgetful its actually dangerous. They have have forgotten to call me when they said they would to tell me when my blood works in. They have for forgotten to send my meds which till today they have not sent it. I have called left messages went there to remind them and still nothing. I have called to schedule appointments to show up and Im not on there . The wait can tend to be longer then 2hrs. Doctors take personal calls in the middle of dealing with and yes non emergency personnel phone calls. Now staffing they are sweet but that sweetness dont help if they are constantly forgetting. Which like I said can be dangerous. If you can find another place do so. But if you cant stay on top of them. Theres a lot more so much more I can say but. This maybe enough. Its time to fix this horrible healthcare system we have. People are dying and are not being diagnosed fast enough due to these situations. There must be a change!!!!!
