My first several years in Florida I had awful experiences with my Doctors, that was until I met Dr Sastre. He’s been an absolute blessing to my life. His professionalism, attention to detail, desire to listen, his prioritization and always willing to go above and beyond is greatly appreciated. My elderly mother has been a patient of Dr. Sastre for several years. He is so patient and kind as well as proactive. He does not rush and spends time with her. When she needs to get in to see him ASAP she is seen quickly.Furthermore, since she is elderly, my mom is followed by his patient coordinator, Ruby, who calls her, and me regularly to see how she is doing. I also have her email address and keep her updated with other info as it is received from the other specialists.I can’t say enough about how wonderful the are and the excellent care my mom has received.

Dr. Saste is a true professional and the best at what he does. Sastre takes the time to root cause your issues/concerns and provides constructive feedback in a way in which you can understand. Incredibly patient and as others have stated, you never feel rushed.

I was very disappointed with Dr. Sastre for not seeing my wife after being at ER for three times and not even returning my call even though his office told me he will call right back. I waited two days and he didn’t call. I believe is very unprofessional for an MD not to see a patient that has been at the ER not only once but three times.After a few days his office called and a few weeks later they sent a certified letter asking my wife to return to his office for a follow up appointment.Before then we’ve decided to see a specialist on our own who took care of my wife’s situation and also decided to change family doctor.

If I could give Dr. Sastre 10 stars I would definitely do so. The staff is very courteous. Dr. Sastre takes time to listen and answer questions. Dr. Sastre uses evidence based interventions when providing care; his office location is far from my home but being under his care is worth the drive. I highly recommend his services.

Ive seen at least 1/2 a dozen drs in the last 15 years- all that wrote off my symptoms as simple or unimportant or in my head. Dr Sastre took the time to listen to me- take everything into consideration- review previous records BEFORE I arrived for my appointment- and then was able to not only diagnose my conditions but fix symptoms Id been dealing with for years. He took the time to not only diagnose but explain the conditions- sometimes even including pictures and drawings to show me exactly what was happening. His staff is efficient and competent- always taking the time needed to answer questions, find answers, and have things ready when we arrive. I do not wait to be taken back- the schedule is handled very promptly- which saves me time as well. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a Dr.

I started seeing Dr. Sastre since I moved to the area two years ago. I have seen a few doctors in my life time and Dr. Sastre by far is the most attentive, caring and patient doctor I have ever had. He really takes the time to listen to your complaints and gives you the right diagnosis.

I moved here a few years ago and Dr. Sastre has been wonderful. Very caring and observant and truely has the patients needs at heart.
