I went to the family medicine center across from the hospital for my ob care and they were great! My doctor was awesome and the wait was never long! My son is 4 and was afraid to hear the babys heartbeat, but the nurses were great in helping me with him! He looked forward to going and seeing nurse Sheryl. I will absolutely be going there again if I have any more babies!

I wouldnt take a DOG here to get its nails trimmed. Absolute WORST!Arrived at 3:44 for a 3:40 appointment, and I couldnt be seen because of their strict on-time policy.Mind you, they have had NO problem leaving me in the exam room for a minumum 45 minute wait each time..I live 35-50 minutes away depending on traffic, and have to pick my kids up from the bus at 3:15, asking for four minutes past appointment time is certainly not asking for much.. but thanks for wasting my gas and time. They could have just checked me in, but no-i had to drive home without the prenatal appointment that I so badly needed.I made an appointment elsewhere that day, and it was a good thing I did, because I had a pregnancy related complication, but thankfully it was pretty minor. The worst part about this was that I was having sharp belly pain the entire day, and really looking forward to getting checked out, but when I told them this they just said “sorry, we have a strict on time policy.” (4 minutes late!!) I really think its only a matter of time before this place gets sued.Needless to say, I will not be back.

Most doctors SEEM to care-- this staff gives me that impression about this doctor- Choose yr team wisely these are the ppl who repres ent yr practice- I am in the middle of a cridis amd they cant do anything for me til 3 to 4 weeks after the new years... seriously? OK.

My mother and my son both Sees the Doctors at St.Vincent family practice... We just love Sonya Dominguez and Dr.Potts.... I would recommend these to ladies in a heartbeat.... Very caring, they always takes good care of them both...Im so glad to have you too for our family Doctors....

My experience in the last 2 years have been exceptional service, medical care and even the Lab Techs are friendly and always got a smile when your not your best.The patient portal is great communication tool. My doctor was responsive and had great follow up. You guys rock!

Highly recommended. My late Mother, Father, late Mother in law, late wife, current wife, and I were and are patients of Doctor Dominguez.I can’t speak highly enough of Doctor Dominguez. A wonderful doctor, very knowledgeable, caring, and goes the extra mile.I’ve seen other physicians at SVFM when Doctor D was on vacation or when I needed to see a specialist. I’m very happy with the full staff, from check in, scheduling, blood tech’s, and x-ray tech.I’ve read some other the other reviews, I just don’t get it. I’ve been going to SVFM for over 15 years and could not be happier.

Ive been coming here for years. The staff has always been friendly. Also recommend me to a quit smoking class. As of this post (05-09-2017) Ive been smoke free 8 years last Christmas.

Dr. Soldo (a DO which I highly regard due to past use of DOs due to their more holistic training) is second to none! He is personally caring and willing to address problems, questions, or concerns outside of your appointment if necessary. Have had constant top notch care regardless if I see Dr. S. or one of the residents. If you get a resident, there is always an experienced staff physician to look in and confirm any diagnosis. Screening must be careful and complete for their residents as they seem to get the best. Lab is quick and has experienced phlebotomists who are quite painless and careful. I highly recommend this facility and it is tied to a top notch hospital system across the street.

I would never recommend this place to no obgynWe almost last our baby my wife was trying to be seen by females Provider and every time I schedule I ask for female but the never schedule with female and then we should have the baby 3 weeks later and they let her go we try to find another obgyn but she was to far long no body will take her so much stress I will never go there

Staff is terrible! When patients who are dying bring family as comfort and to help the patient, remember that the patient doesnt bring someone for no reason.If you are an LGBT person who has a chronic illness, make sure you have a PoA just for the appointment.

Ive had both of my kids here. Even my mom had me and my brother here almost 30 years ago.They do have a strict on-time policy, but they tell you that in advance- they send text reminder (if you opt for it), and also voicemail reminding you of your upcoming appointment and to arrive 15-20 minutes early. They also send emails. I read one review about Dr. Soldo- which I completely agree! I had to see him last year due to back/hip pain with my second pregnancy. I stopped seeing a chiropractor because they could only do so much for adjustments and couldnt do x-rays while pregnant and I felt worse afterwards. But Dr. Soldo was able to examine me and determine what was needed to get me back in alignment and I actually felt better after an adjustment. He was so professional, and even my husband approved of him (were kind of picky when it comes to male doctors). He also was able to recommend stretches to help me at home that was specifically tailored to me to alleviate the pain. All the staff was genuine and caring every time, even the phlebotomists when I had to do blood work (I hate blood work! )Always uplifting and I love that! My delivery was seamless last year- nurses went above and beyond since I had my little girl right before Hurricane Irma- one nurse was like a momma to me and my husband, and another nurse on the night shift went above & beyond to find me a sandwich as a midnight snack while I was in recovery. Highly recommend this place.

I was 4 minutes late and after waiting a damn month for my appointment they said I had to reschedule, so I would never go back or recommend this place to anyone. I can understand if I had paperwork to fill out, but I had already done everything online through their portal. The receptionist was unbelievably rude and condescending and acted as if I was interrupting her conversation with the other receptionist when I came in. I knew she was going to give me a hard time from the moment I walked through the door. People like that should not be working a front desk. They get off on making people miserable I guess. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

This is a great facility even down to the phlebotomist are great! One doctor i will not recommend is Donna M Vanloock ARNP!!! She is very rough with kids especially a newborn and she doesn’t listen to what the patient has to say!

I have never been treated like I dont matter and the fact that Im pregymakes it worse!!! They dont about a person carrying life. Horrible front desk and obgyn prenatal physician. I was told that they dont medicaid when they do. And Ive been trying to get an appt for three months!!!!!

Found a lump on my breast. st Vincents couldnt get the referral right for Akumin (breast dr) I had to go back and forth from St Vincents to the breast dr 3 times and the last time the papers were never sent. I found out as Im standing at the diagnostic appointment. I called st Vincents medical billing to try and get the paperwork. passed the phone to the Akumin receptionist. Correct papers were all faxed (Thank God!) as the receptionist hands me the phone back she tells me to find a new dr because the lady just told her to tell me Not to come back into St. Vincents unless they call me. HUMILIATING! St. Vincents is my primary care and OBGYN. Im 15 weeks along with a breast biopsy on the way and was treated less than human by the staff. Left a message with management in tears. No call back yet.

I have gone to this clinic for many years because I dont have a choice. Today I called to make an appointment and the lady was rude. The people who answer the phones have always been curt. Different story from everyone you speak with. No one knows what is going on. The last time I was there the waiting room was disgusting but they got new tablets for you to check in with.

I have to go doctor appointment at the doctor appointment on that made me fleeing not good at all take like I was a child the doctor going in and out if the room she was 😠to be a doctor some if the are nine pleople but the back doctor I not like her at all she is not nine pleople to me

I forgot an appointment. When I realized this, I tried to call the number for the practice. It was jammed with callers apparently, or having some other issue. It was BUSY EVERY TIME I CALLED! Do you know how terrible this is when you are sick and need follow up? THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE!!!!

The test that Saint Vincents Family Medicine Center, are required to do they dont, the urine samples that are given are not tested to fullest requirements and can lead you to the ER while your pregnant.It happened to my wife who is 25wks when she had to go labor&delivery so they could tell her she has a kidney infection and it could cause serious problems with her and our baby. MAKE SURE THEY RUN THERE TEST FIND OUT YOUR RESULTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolute garbage! Rather go to an Urgent Care or Care Spot. Wish there was a way to give negative stars!
