This dispensary has some really great product. Plus there’s just little things they do that I appreciated, like being able to see the buds you’re buying. It’s a smaller spot. And busy. Regardless, probably top 3 in Jacksonville. And I’ve been to a few now.

I had an express order someone from customer service helped me put together. She helped me take advantage of 2 discounts. 1 of them being for my birthday. The products received were outstanding and the attention to me as a patient were great. My only complaint is the parking situation. Best advice I can give is to not go on a Saturday in the middle of the day LOL.

Nice place definitely prefer over trulieve. I will say I’ve been in quite a few medical states and worked at a cookies in Los Angeles and might I say the prices here are absolutely absurd. 50 dollars for a half gram pod!? I’ve personally only seen that with top tier products such as a rosin or solvent less products. State of Florida dispos definitely need to figure out the correct prices on these type of things because it’s downright not affordable. But like I originally said if you’re gonna go anywhere this is probably your best bet.

I am ready to report this place. They gave me dirt instead of medicine. It was dry, the seal was broken over the top, the top had no white seal to keep safe from contamination. There was NO medicine to help. It was 0% THC and tastes like dirt. The guy that checked me out laughed at me. I think he knew I got ripped off. Does he think cancer is funny too? I drove 15 miles to get this and have nothing to help now because they think its funny to rip people off.

The only time I ordered from this place was a terrible experience. I placed a delivery order on a Tuesday. They said they will deliver on Wednesday or Thursday. Thursday comes by no call no delivery. So I call them and they said their backed up and I should have it in a day or so. Friday nothing. I call back they say their backed up again and I should get it Sunday. Then I get a call a little later saying the soonest they can deliver is Tuesday. So I canceled my order. I can’t speak about the store itself but their delivery system has to be the worst I’ve ever dealt with. No communication and insane wait time.

This is by far one of the best MM dispensaries in the area! After being a long time Trulieve customer, the customer service, consistent inventory, and short wait times at MUV just couldn’t be beat! The last time I was in, Lauren made sure to double check their inventory so I could get the specific cartridges I was looking for. I always walk out of there with a better customer experience each and every time!Only tip: on weekends, it’s just best to do Express, they can be a little busy and parking is an issue at peak times. So save yourself a little extra wait time if you’re in a rush.

I say reasonable because some things were out of her control. She seemed very busy but still took the time to explain everything. She had literature and took the time to walk me through what I was looking for. Everytime I go in the staff is friendly, but this time stood out to me

My order was not delivered for 3 days. This was made much more difficult than necessary. I could get to the front door but not acr.oss the front porch without a lot of assistance. I’ll take my business elsewhere next time. I called them the day after the initial order they said they would call me the next morning they did not it wasn’t until the afternoon when I had ordered my lunch and was waiting on my lunch the lady from hospice and now America a marijuana candy order everything hit all at once it made left a bad taste in my mouth for move. I would think that they would help those less capable be a curbside service or something

Thanks to Taryn at the San Marco location for helping me decide what are the best options for me. She was efficient and knowledgeable and we shared a great affinity for OG Kush.The appearance of the store is neat and attractive. I wish there were more parking places but there is a parking lot around the corner that is only a 5 minute walk away.I have visited the store several times and am always impressed by the neatness and efficiency of the staff. Definitely a well managed store.

Visited on Jan. 17 at approx. 4pm. Wasn’t a completely horrible experience, but definitely was a memorable one (unfortunately not in a good way). The employees that work here do not meet the standards of the service at the MUV - Jacksonville Beach location. I purchased a range of products; to only find that T1 flower was dry, dusty, and crumbled into powder. I was not a happy patient, to know that my medicine is not packaged, sealed, and protected correctly. I have been in this industry too long, not to know the signs of bad business...

Muv is my go to spot, would give them 5 stars but Blake not only made my day worse, she was the reason I didn’t buy their new battery.... just a smile and being a nice person goes along way...

When I was at your facility, I was greeted by an employee named Taryn who immediately made me feel comfortable and welcomed. She looked professional, and explained things in detail as she showed me around. Answered all questions effectively, and really made me feel like my presence was valued. Can’t say enough great things about her and the way she represented your business. In my opinion, there need to be more kind customer service stars like her in the world, that get it.

I visited the Jacksonville location for the first time today, and I have to say, it was the most wonderful experience I’ve had in a long time!! With everything that’s going on in the world today, most people are just miserable, but the light of my entire day was getting to meet, and 100% LOVING ..JOI PERKINS.. Remember that name, because she’s one of the most wonderful people I’ve ever met on this planet, and she is extremely knowledgeable in her job, being that it was my first time in this dispensary, she had a tremendous amount of patience with all of my questions. Relatively new to the area and of Müv’s existence, but after the first visit I can say with confidence that they’ve won me over. With Smitty’s help I was able to get detailed information on their selection of great products available and he even taught me a couple of things I didn’t know that I didn’t know. This place has helped my dad so much!! The staff is amazing always, the GM has gone out of her way to make sure hes dialed in. Its helped him post surgery, heal so much and now fight and beat cancer and deal w the miserable treatment. They never have any stock and I just recently I bought shatter from them. The Butane levels where way toooo high. Im not an expert but I can taste it and it makes you feel weird. I also noticed it was turning my dab buckets black which doesnt happen with Trulieve concentrates. Something doesnt seem right with It. Too much butane could even be dangerous so Im not taking any chances with them.

It was an extremely long wait around 45 minutes. Im not sure what kind of system they have for calling people back but people who had been waiting a shorter time were called first. Product was okay but I have never waited longer than 5 minutes at any of the other dispensaries in the area and it is not worth the wait by any means.

The girl at the front desk was more worried about her cell phone and told me not only was I wrong about what I read online but when on to admonish me in front of others that they havent even had that strain in a couple das mmys because she wanted it last night. ALL incorrect info. It was online, they did have it and thank goodness the young lady in the back ( red curly) was sweet and helpful and made up for it. But they lost 1 star. The product is good here I just dont like the way they cure the flower. Burns like incense lol. But otherwise great stuff. Lol

Understaffed and rude employees make you wait 15 minutes when there is only one customer in the waiting room. Store policy is to put online express orders first in front of all walk in customers, so you will always be waiting if you walk in. Excellent products, poorly run business!I was contacted about this review and asked to amended my opinion and I almost did, but I wanted to try to give muv Jacksonville another chance. I was threatened by a patient in the waiting room for stating the truth about the unfair policy. I will never go back! The staff needs to realize this is a medical facility!!!!!!! NOT A DRUG DEN FOR ADDICTS AND DEALERS!!!!!!I would like management to contact me about the assault I experienced in your business. I was physically threatened by one of your patrons and I may take legal action. ASAP!

Busy place ....but, fast crew. In and out in 22 minutes partly because I browse....one of the other customers was a male Karen so theres a possibility of running into him in the wild around this area youve been warned love the place and the staff if Im in that part of town again I will definitely pop in for a little bit of goodness!!!!!!!!!!!

I met with a Budtender named Faron, it was my first time in MUV and i was comin in to buy some RSO for my gummy bear recipe. We talked for a bit and got to know eachother, particularly about his past in colorado which is my dream state to live in. He made me feel welcomed and like a friend rather than a customer. We ended up exchangin info so i could give him the recipe haha, Faron needs a promotion of some sort. I will be back in the store very soon! keep him on board
