Nice place, friendly staff, have to say honestly being from the PNW delta 8 kinda sucks... Not worth the money.Update, their CBD gummies are nice, and they help, not all their stuff is bad! I just didnt really like the Delta 8 being spoiled by the west coast.

Been there twice now and had help from two different associates. both were very chill and knowledgeable and the product they support has helped me with my insomnia and chronic pain. cant really ask for more

Been visiting here since they opened. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint through the years is a lacking of consistency.

The first time I went in with a list of my ailments and requirements and the worker, Molly, was absolutely wonderful. The place has a cleaner, professional vibe unlike some of those tourist trap CBD shops you see. Molly was VERY knowledgeable about their products and was immediately able to open up recommendations that would suit my need. Will absolutely be returning because of the great service I received!

I love the customer service at The Hemp Farmacy. You can really tell they know what they’re talking about. This place is way better than any other CBD store because they have lab tests to show what everything contains and I feel so much more comfortable buying from them rather than buying from someone who doesn’t know what they’re selling or what they’re talking about.

Life changing!! The employees are polite, knowledgeable and very informative. I was very hesitant about this place at first, but it has literally changed my life dramatically and for the better!!!As a disabled veteran, I often have issues with sleep, anxiety and nausea...among other things. Pretty surprising place & incredibly nice. A little nervous going in but the chill attitudes certainly helped me out.Have been in a few times now to try the different products they offer & each time theyve been just as nice as the previous visit.I suffer from chronic pain, migraines, & epilepsy, so I look forward to trying the different products. Not as a cure but perhaps relief from the various side effects the various medications have. I look forward to to my future visits. 10/10 would suggest to friends.

Very expensive me and my fiancée went in there she is deaf and I’m partial deaf first they were very rude we had to speak first they didn’t if acknowledge we were there then the girl go attitude when she had to explain stuff over and over to my fiancée and then she told her she gave her discount she was only suppose to pay $26 dollars then it jumps up to $88.00 and to top it off the didn’t not run her debt card right and made her walk to atm by herself and they ripped her off and they don’t have much products and way to expensive

I had originally gone to the store in Pinehurst and was happy but than did in on line order and was not satisfied at all. When I called the Wilmington store about my complaint I was basically told nothing they could do. I than drove to Jacksonville still where I spoke with the manager just to try to figure out what was going wrong expecting nothing but to give this one more try and he went out of this was to not only explain things but to rectify my issues from before. I live in Clayton and will continue to go to the Jacksonville store versus the other two stores any day because of this manager who I believe his name was Bobby. Totally worth the drive to have met him and to have rectified and she got the information that I received from him. And yes since buying the new bottles at Jacksonville Im back to being happy and getting relief from a product again. I do not recommend ordering online.

Place is a joke, they force you to sign in ON EVERY VISIT , how is that discrete? I am not trying to have my name on forms especially if its NOT REQUIRED by any law as the employee stated, but they wont let you see anything unless you do. Lady was rude, and they stuff is way overpriced.
