BUYER BEWAREPurchased 2 3.5 supposedly from this store and both were woefully underweight. The one flower stardawg Corey is AWFUL and had a sorta RANCID old smell that accentuated its non-effect smokewise. Got one before that and the quality is drastically different. The OG came to 3 G and the latter 2.8Ive never had to try to return flower but on my last purchasing occasion I tried to. After calling their customer service line and being informed that I had up to sixty days for my product complaint I went back that same day and was HIGHLY disappointed in the non solution offered at this store.Never EVER leave the store without weighing your product and checking the quality IN STORE here

Some dispensaries you can just tell they gear more towards the buzz and less on the actual medicating side of things. At Surterra they care about the whole package. I was impressed with the products they offer. The prices are somewhat decent. However, the mood in that building is extremely negative and just really sad. Its very small and nowhere to really sit or stand. They dont even offer the veterans plus the first time discount. Not so sure if Ill be back to this one.

This is genuinely my favorite dispensary. whenever i visit any of the other ones in Jacksonville, it reminds me why i always come back to Surterra. the staff here are so incredibly sweet and kind, and they genuinely care about the experience you have in the store. i love that they focus in on the health aspects of their products, along with the feeling each strain gives. im so bad with names but honestly i have high praise for every single staff member there. some of them remember my name at this point, actually... im just here so much!! genuinely the best concentrates around, and they have constant sales that are hard to beat (BOGO free sales on pretty much everything pop up frequently!!) overall, i recommend surterra to anyone who wants a great experience buying cannabis products over that rushed, clinical atmosphere that you get at a lot of other places. love my local pharmacists, lol

Surterra Riverside is my preferred dispensary. The staff is patient and helpful in educating me on which products are right for me and with so much to choose from I appreciate the help. This is my favorite dispensary! They always have great deals for when you don’t have a lot of money to spare.

I enjoy shopping at Surterra because it’s clean and has s knowledgeable staff, and the variety of product. Ordering is easy, and sometimes they have discounts. Normally orders are filled in about 30 minutes. Although they are expensive. As a cancer patient, I would like it to be more affordable. I’m glad they have A military discount, now it’s time to create a compassionate discount. That will help others in need. I have a thing for Coral reefer new PAX products. PPricy but seems to last longer. I was disappointed this store was out of PAX on my last visit. I got Coral Reefer infusion balm. It’s much smaller than it appears on line. I’d love to see small sample products at a decreased price. It would make it easier for people trying to determine what will help their specific need. If they could afford to experiment a little bit without paying outrageous prices.

Ive been going since covid shut down the city last year. They even then were efficient. Wait times are not long at all. The staff is so polite and helpful. I made my first order online this weekend and I love how they texted me to update me on the orders status. I paid when I picked up but I also got some great info on Canpay. They have a great selection and are just a stellar store all the way around. Both of the ladies I saw yesterday were very sweet but I only got 1 of their names. Thanks Merry!!

I’m not sure what I expected, but Surterra on Park is bright, immaculate, and attractive. The staff is professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Right now (October 26), the shop is very disciplined about masks and social distancing. The other big plus is plenty of free parking!

Surterra maybe the best dispensary in the Metro Jax area, my first visit was after all of the other stores closed, during the holiday season when other dispensaries were having trouble filling orders, Surterra took care of me quickly, Merry and Kat have been really helpful ever since.They run great specials all the time, I enjoy the Gas Monkey and Pre98 Bubba kush complimented with the Kief they carry here.

Ive been using Trulieve and Fluent for the most part and have always had good products. I stopped by here for convince purpose and got 2 bags of the gummies and they were wet and I hardly felt a thing. I ended up taking 6 total in a day and normally I only need 1 from the other dispensaries. I am gonna TRY to return them because I can at the other ones so we will see. I dont think I will ever go here again Im sorry to say.

Merry was great, friendly environment. Only thing is the thc is low to me on a few things. But galactic glue was still decent... Vet discount after third visit. 2 dicounts before that.

My wife has been using Surterra to fill her prescription for 6 months now. She has been unhappy with the product numerous times. She just visited this dispensary again this weekend, and paid a lot of money for product that does nothing at all for her. We live near Lake City, and drive for almost an hour to reach this location. I will drive the extra 30 minutes from now on to get better product from the other dispensaries. I would NOT recommend this dispensary.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful! The store was clean and bright, all of my questions were answered quickly and intelligently. It all went so smooth and comfortably that, even though it was my first time, it almost felt like a visit with old friends. 10/10 would recommend!!!

First dispensary I ever went to. The staff was helpful in finding the products that were right for me. Their tinctures are lovely and super effective. The wait times were very reasonable and the location was very clean and well kept. I left confident in my products and happy with the results!

So only went there to rectify a problem that they made. When the original problem occured i called spoke to manager which admitted to overcharging and what im owed would be applied to my next visit (but not my cash back). I went today expecting my veteran discount and the reimbursement. What i got was an attitude from not only the lady in the front but the lady in the back also as if its my fault. I will never go back!!! And im letting all my other combat veterans know. Good job for kicking a veteran when they are down.

Let me start by saying the staff at the Park St location are always kind. Product wise, I purchased four different flower strains from Surterra and Im highly dissappointed-(no pun intinded). I tried the Black Jack (5pk) pre-rolls and Bubba 98 (little buds) and both were harsh taste wise and I didnt even feel anything. The second and last time I tried the LA Confidential, Galactic Glue (pre-ground) and same thing. Honestly, the LAC and GG looked and tasted the same so its a NO for me.

This is such a lovely business; staff is friendly & knowledgeable, the store is very clean and the products are above average for sure. I am super happy I found this spot. I love this location, the staff are so friendly and helpful. Ive tried several products and have been happy with most but recently tried concentrates and I am in love. I put a dab on a cookie about an hour before bed and I sleep like a baby. I also wake up with no pain yes you read that right NO PAIN! Just be very very careful because it is really strong, start out small and wait and hour if you eat it. Last about 4 hrs for me during the day but I sleep all night with no pills. I have invested in the pods for the tide rider. And even though they are great to use. They have a flaw. There is no cover inside the pod to prevent the heated oil from expelling up into your mouth with each hit. It may feel clogged but be careful your about to get a mouthful of the oilDonna S Odom

Then we found out an office was opened in Orange Park FL . Our home and much more convenient. However, we are not looking as forward because VENITA doesnt work at the Orange Park office. As a gift to a very happy customer, would you PLEASE consider moving her to the Orange Park office. My wife has suffered with Lyme disease for going on 15 years now. And to find someone who takes the care and patience with my wife the way VENITA it would be such a gift. When you hired this woman, you have no idea what a wonderful person she is. 1st visit to this company (only 2nd visit in any store, Fluent was 1st)Anyway, 2 ladies working up front no very helpful or knowledgeable.NO PRICES on anything didplayed, which I personally find frustrating. I hate having good to ask for prices!Would not honor discount in packet that doctors office provided.Prices were higher, compared to other store.I wanted to try several different products. But they only offer. Larger sizes and if the product doesnt work, youre out all that money instead of being able to try samples.

Great staff. Really great products. The products seem more expensive than Trulieve, but if you pay attention, youll notice that the quality is much higher. The extraction methods are cleaner, and you get a much higher alkaloid content. For me, that boils down to better value. Not to mention, I didnt have to wait in a long line, nor did I have to drive clear across town. The location alone sells me on this place. What a nice surprise to find out that everything about this medical dispensary is a winner for me. 1st time customers get a steep discount, too. So, its worth checking out, even if youre not sure yet.

BE AWARE! If you have dietry or medication allergies do NOT go here!!! No returns, exchanges ( you are stuck with product you cant use) even if you are a having a reaction to the product. They will Not work with you. They could have let me know when buying the product as to what their policy is on return & exchanges, but they did not, as other dispensaries have done.

Have 3 different strains. Very poor flower quality, and overpriced. Staff was nice, but I now have a bunch of flower that does nothing for me medication wise, and it still goes against my monthly script. Almost no trichioms whatsoever, very dry, and stemmy. Save your money and get flower from somewhere else. Absolute garbage. This is a product review, and again the staff were friendly. This is just a warning for others to get your flower elsewhere.

I have been using one of the top selling stores for about a year and I’ve been pretty happy. However, now that I’ve tried Surterra’s Co2 product I AM SOLD! I like how they sell products based on your condition. It takes the guess work out. The product is by far the best I have used. And their employees are very thorough in making sure you have the correct products and understand how to use them. Mike, Mark and Gina get an A+. They also delivered within 1 day.
