Not the highest (or lowest) THC flower in town, but I do think they have the best tasting stuff and the cure is done by someone who really knows what theyre doing. A little bit pricey, but very friendly staff. Definitely worth stopping in. I recommend the wedding cake.

Ive been to a few dispensaries before, but I was very happy with this place! Everyone there was nice, knowledgeable, peaceful, & very helpful. I just picked their brains over their products & I was truly amazed on how good they responded. Go check this place out. More products they do need, but fully stocked on their high potency flowers! The quality of the flower is fine, but its not worth $50-$60 an eighth. To be honest, no flower should cost $60. Thats just ridiculous. I remember when Harvest was affordable for everyone, and they had sales and promotions on products that people actually purchase. I miss those days. And, it started going downhill before Trulieve purchased them so its not that. I hope those days return.

Friendly employees that are knowledgeable about their products. Fast in and out service ecspecially if you order online ahead of time.

The worst dispensary in Jacksonville the staff are rude. When asking about specials over the phone the stay places you on 20 plus minute hold. Will continue to go to Truilieve or any othe dispensary very disappointed. Whoever the the telephone receptionist needs to be trained better or let go. I would compare harvest hoc customer service quality to Kmart’s customer quality

FINALLY!!! An enjoyable experience and I hope that it will remain the same! Im going to be flat out honest with you this is the first and only place that Ive visited in Florida to get medical Marijuana that was in a word AWESOME! Ive tried all dispensaries in Jacksonville and I always come back to Harvest because of the quality and prices of medical marijuana. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful! One thing they have that I havent found anywhere else is brownies, they are moist,flavorful and definitely a must!

Hello, me and my boyfriend came in yesterday. We had went to trulieve the day before and didnt like how they treated us like we were children so the next day we decided to try out a different dispensary. From the front lady at the front desk all the way to John in the back harvest treated us alot better. They were way more welcoming and friendly. John was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining and answering any questions. It was a little more pricey then trulieve but well worth it just for the amazing customer service at harvest.😊 Would definitely recommend coming here!

Karen the receptionist is a welcoming employee and is very detail-oriented. Dorinda was great she definitely heightened the experience, with answers to all my questions. She was so great that I had to compliment her on her guest service. I even complimented her in front of the GM; who said not to write a review on her, herself. Nevertheless, out of all dispensaries this has to be my top preference.

Worst experience ever at a Medical dispensary. Over priced, under stocked but worst of all, the associates are rushed, pushy and rude. Maybe not all but the 1 man was terrible. I am writing my review of harvest as a long time customer of them. When I first came the customer service lady name Karenwas a delight and because of her I kept coming back. Because of her I also increase this review by one star but on to that I certainly want to talk about the smug guy that they usually have at the front now (👓) and the smart mouth purple manager. I do not like being lied to, the other day I had a reservation I came in, waited about 15 minutes in the lobby with another patron, and the smug guy seated at the front of the house said oh the system has been going up and down and we cant open a purchase sorry guys. I knew something was up and along with their statement, they had a sort of dismissiveness about it so I then went to Fluent on University and had absolutely no problems as a walk-in. I dont appreciate being lied to that is not cool and now I dont recommend them sorry you lost oneUpdate Im giving them another shot

One of the best dispensaries in and around the city of Jax. Generally always has a large selection of product. Sometimes the strength is middle of the road, occasionally a bit higher. The prices are about on par or a little less than that of the general market.

Normally get the horchata and it’s a great smoke. Went in for something new and got the mimosa Avenue the $60 for the 8th and was highly disappointed 😢 it was all shake and it smelled like mold. I tried to call back and just ask for a exchange and they didn’t want to help. Guess this is why I stick to Trulieve. They at least exchange. Oh and I don’t recommend the mimosa !!!! It should be called “disappointment kush”

The staff is very well trained, and are more than willing give detailed information on their product. I have never been disappointed by a recommendations yet.

Great staff! Great products! Even when busy they are overly apologetic about wait times.Had an issue with an 8th being short. Anxiety kicked in and thought Id be treated as if I was making it up. Management handled it with class! Couldnt replace the 8th because of corporate rules but was given a coupon for next visit. Good people👌

I bought a vape pen and cartridge from this place. It stopped working shortly after I used it. I went back to talk to them about it, and they said that I can have a $5 credit, and left me with the broken thing. With the pen and the cartridge its like a $70 item. And they had a terrible attitude about it as well. I cant believe this, Ill never be back.

Had a delightful experience at Harvest today! I was nervous coming in but Matt greeted me immediately with a smile asking if I needed any help. I was quickly walked through the check in process and explained in detail the process I would go through. I was helped entirely through my selection process and I felt extremely pleased because they took the time to find out what pain I was looking to relieve my self of. Jack dispensed me with complete professionalism making me feel extremely welcome commenting on my selections and giving me further knowledge of the products. I am happy to say I will 100% be returning. Can’t beat that first impression.

Spent 45 minutes driving here and arrived 10 minutes before they closed. Wasnt aware it was pickup only due to covid so i thought I had made a good distance drive for nothing. They took my order over the phone though and got the whole transaction done for me in less than 10 minutes before they closed. Perfect pre- rolleds love it 🤪💯 not impressed at all with the colors reloadable vape pen! Do not smoke all of mine immediately and these things will not hit if you leave them for more than a week had to return the last one now the brand new one for $70 doesnt hit either. Thats too much money to not guarantee it will work I cannot keep returning these so lesson learned. I will not be getting any more of the colors reloadable.

Customer service was ok and seemed knowledgeable on the products for sale. Manager seemed like he didnt handle stress very well and treated customers with little regard. I asked the cashier if the distillate syringes had measurements but they did not, which he insisted they did. Thats just bad product knowledge.

Everything is great here except for the vape cartridges. There is only maybe 2 holes at bottom. They clog so bad. The prefilled vapes are fantastic though.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, manager always makes sure that you have a great experience :) I love the fact that they have informational booklets to educate new users. Products are great quality AND more affordable compared to other dispensaries. Best thing to me about this place would be their policy on cartridges. If your cart starts to act up (*so long as you use their affordable battery with the cart*), you can take it in and they will look at it. Theyll either fix it for you, swap it out with another one, or give you a discount on your next order. Their store layout, customer service, product policies, and product quality are models to follow.10/10 would recommend to a friend

This dispensary, and all others in the florida medical cannabis group, charges outrageous prices for flower. The prices are Black Market prices from 10 years ago. The products here are decent. But to charge this much is Profiteering. This dispensary and the others in this area are more interested in your money than In your health.

Bought some CBD/THC 1:1 ratio tablets , I thought anyway, the sales guy put them in the bag and folded with my receipt. Well, I usually take one daily, opened the container took one the next morning grab the bottle and noticed it said THC... Now, I know why I felt weird the day before... After the storm I was able to get back to the store today, to let them know and the manager told me he could sell me the right ones but could not take these back? Bottom line, no matter if they fold your bag, even staple it, open at the counter and pull out to be sure. Also, the bottles should be labeled better to tell the difference easier....The bottle of pills was not opened or used.

First off thanx to the whole staff at Harvest(Hoc) very professional and friendly. This was my first time purchasing any flower. I bought two eighths and they both are phenomenal. Cured to perfection and the terpenes were dialed right in. Ill most definitely be coming back for more flower. Thanks HOC✌❤
