I entered the building and was able to check in immediately. The staff is friendly and polite. I only had to wait about 4 minutes to be taken into the back dispensary to place my order and check out. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and able to locate my past orders for reference.

I have been using this location since September 2020 because the staff is wonderful. I’m not always 100% completely happy that the products I need are not always in stock, but the staff is very knowledgeable & patient. Usually they have been able to help me find something comparable that after trying it, some have worked better for chronic pain & ptsd then what I originally ordered.The sales are great especially when you’re allowed to combine additional discounts like Snap, Veteran, Trulieve points. If you’re going to the dispensary on a day when they have a really good sale, you might want to go as early as you can because after 5pm, trying to find parking & then waiting to go in the back can take 30 minutes to an hour or more.The return policy is excellent-I’ve never been hassled at all. And as long as there’s at least half of the product left, you can exchange it for something else or get store credit. I feel that when they do ask why, it’s only so that they can try to help you find something else that might be better suited for you.Maybe I’m biased because this is the only dispensary I’ve ever bought anything from. Been to other places but left before I got to the back to make a purchase. Trulieve’s wonderful employees have kept me from wanting to go anywhere else since the MMU approved my application.

Being new to the scene, the sales staff took time to explain products and discounts. I like the return for credit policy they have if not satisfied with a product.

Best selection of flower medication around. Visit Jax Beach location online. Always at least a dozen strains! Usually a wait, so prepare accordingly. I like to medicate for the wait!

By far best Trulieve location in Jacksonville. The staff are always quick and very friendly. If it is ya first time going don’t be afraid to ask questions about any of their product. Their staff is all knowledgeable and can direct you in anyway to get you the best medication for your health needs. Plus the Minis are my favorite.

This company was great when they first started 3 or so years ago. Now they have some of the worst service of any dispensary in the area. Orders are constantly unfulfilled and/or wrong, rude service reps, and a declining quality of product while prices continue to go up.Maybe Trulieve should concentrate more on their quality of service than opening up new stores. What good are more stores when the ones already open cant seem to function reliably?

James is the coolest dude there by far always great energy and extremely helpful, can’t complain about anyone who works there except for that one black lady who works up front on night shift, she’s rude, unhelpful and makes me not want to return to this location. I asked her if they had ground flower on the floor since my order wasn’t ready. She told me no when there was plenty on the floor, refused to check and as usual giving off bad energy. This is not the only time she has practically ruined my experience and for that I have to rate 3 stars.

I use the delivery service they provide. The drivers have been wonderful and on time. I just love them💛

The beach Blvd location HAS to get bigger. Wait times over an hour, people lined up out the door, the store is so small that there is no where to stand. I hardly wait at the bay meadows location and it is 3x as large and I see 1/5 of the patients as the beach Blvd location.If you go to this trulieve expect to wait an hour for an online order that was packaged prior to your arrival.

Its a great place to shop for what you need. But they had a product that came out called mini gram okay they have my email but I dont check my email conflict every day and when I do see it that when I got ready to order because I seen it in the email it was sold out Im like wow I would like to get me some if you going to sell it make sure you have a lot of it where your run out now I am left out other than that its a great place and everyone is very nice

This location actually gets a 3Trulieve as a company gets a zero.Riddler is whatever they throw together for the week. Pineapple Upside Cake on its own is around 30% THC but mixed with another strain, the ground is about 23%. Ive ordered products, got the confirmation text, gotten to a location and the item is not there. Too many more problems to list.

The worker was rude and she was not knowledgeable at all. What is the point of being a bud tender if you do not know the types of medicine and effects it will make you feel? She said “oh I used to know them but not anymore” …. Well is there someone else that can help me? Very upsetting. Won’t be back.

The security officer here is amazing. It was cold the other night and my 8 month pregnant wife and I came to shop. She greeted us and answered all of our questions. Such a warm greeting. Made us very comfortable. As we left she escorted us to our car. Our car wouldn’t start. Mandy looked over our car and figured out the issue. She even gave my wife a warm blanket and brought her car over to get ours started. Mandy goes above and beyond every time we come in. It’s glad to see a officer that does the things that she does. Secondly this dispensary has the best flower in Florida Trulieve has some TOP TOP SHELF products and they are really good as a heavy smoker I’m always surprised by a new strain a try. I left with a bunch of products that have not worked out for me cuz they were too strong and I had no really good instructions for use. This place is good and has specials almost every day. It has great discounts such as military, senior citizens and also using points from previous purchases. I usually get 35% off most of my purchases.Parking lot is small with a few potholes. Sometimes I have to wait awhile for people to leave to get their Parking spot.

I took it back up and they did straighten it out after making me wait in line again, this is the second time this week I e gotten a wrong order where it was short

I love the people that work here. They are the best and very helpful. However I constantly get left sitting and deleted out of the system without them calling for me. So instead of a quick trip it turns into an hour or more.

Your store in Jacksonville FL on Beach Blvd is not checking prescriptions when filling orders. I waited over an hour to be informed of that.Your quality of service is poor. When I asked why my order was filled if I had reached max qty for the month I was informed because they didnt look at it. That was the only response I got from your woman manager on shift tonight. When this has happened at other dispensaries they do not fill the order.That is the equivalent of me scheduling a patient appointment, then not verifying their insurance AND waiting for them to sit over an hour in our waiting room before I tell them they cannot be seen. The facility I work for would be very upset with me if I did that to a patient. However, a month or so ago I waited over an hour to be informed they didnt have anything I ordered but have 2 other kinds they replaced it with that I couldnt afford. Again, nobody cared and I messaged yall about it.I dont care how good your sales are I will not be back. Im not giving you my information to put a % off on my account because Ive been told that in the past and no note was made on my account. Hopefully, this gets to someone that understands quality patient care. Id rather pay higher prices than continue giving money to a company that doesnt value my time AT ALL. This review is to let people know exactly what is going on at that location so they can decide whether they want to risk it. Idk about any location besides Beach Blvd and wont be finding out.Take note of how they wont respond to anything that isnt positive.

Somehow this location remains my lowest choice of Trulieves. Another patient took my bag with my medicine off the counter as I had turned to tell my tender what else I wanted to purchase.

As long as you order online and check in online you wont have to wait as long.

Poor customer service. My first visit the assumed manager was rude to me and I felt very rushed. The staff helping me was not knowledgeable about the product or what was in stock.

Previously I left an average rating for trulieve due to the long waits for express orders however their online check has remedied this issue. I agree that their online availability needs to be improved but most dispensaries have similar issues. The demand for their products still seem to exceed availability which has been an issue since I’ve been a patient (2017). Superior products across the board. Worth the time and money. I am a devoted customer.

I WAS NOT AT ALL HAPPY. NEEDLESS TO SAY I AM FROM PANAMA AND WAS IN JACKSONVILLE FOR FURTHER TREATMENT AT MAYO CLINIC BUT THEY WERE ABLE TO GIVE ME BACK MY SAME GROUND SO O LEFT HAPPY. Generally a fair selection, reasonable prices, and a great product. Take your time and talk to the staff about what your ultimate goal is, because the entourage effect only works if you properly do your research. I have not had a complaint yet about any experience at this location, they are friendly and helpful every time.

My experience today. 3.16.21. The black lady in the lobby was extremely rude. She told me and my husband to get out of the building. I got out to be correct. Then she told my husband to get out(he is an amputee) He walked all the way to the back of the building to our truck then was texted that it us his turn. He had that walk to go back. That person doesnt need to work there.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! Trulieve needs to know that they are NOT the only dispensary in town. They are absolutely horrible. The customer service is horrendous, they do not honor discounts when they are supposed to, they have no information when you ask, systems are always acting up, merchandise is constantly getting canceled from orders, and communication is non-existent. No accountability for anyone. Stay far far away and spend your money at a better dispensary!!!

I drove 30 minutes because I received an email and a text stating you had new flower, BUT YOU DIDN’T !!! I have tried online ordering, get here and no product even after your system says you have it. This time I dropped what I was doing and again, NO FLOWER!!! I worked with a wonderful lady named Heather and she has to deal with irate customers all the time because your online system is horrible!!! Do not send me ads saying you have stock when you don’t!!!

Beach Blvd. location has improved greatly since the August - December No Order went through”website malfunction. Not meant in any disregard or disrespect, but I prefer to go to the Jax Beaches location or even the Orange Park location. Mostly due to product availability.

Only one handicapped parking space. Surprised due to the fact that the people who are the customers have some kind of qualifying medical issue in order to visit this medical marijuana farmacy. Parking seems to be a big problem here all the way around for the amount of customers.

When Trulieve first opened, they had some trouble. Then they were able fill the orders, but only if you got there first. Now they focus on the online orders and theyve forgotten the patients that walk in!!! Stop CHANGING!! If youre not going to accommodate the patients that walk in, then say so... They NEVER have anything in stock anymore.

This is the worst dispensary in terms of placing orders and trying to be ahead of the line. I checked in today through the texting and they said I had 10 min. I was on the way home and then 5 minutes later they took me off the wait-list and then placed me in the back of the line. I was skipped 3 times and then I was called. What could have take 5 minutes took 40 because they cant get their system together. I DO NOT recommend. Harvest has better products and actually cares that their patients have somewhere to be.

I have been self medicating since the 70s. I have depression, anxiety disorder and PTSD. I was on a lot of meds for those issues plus a few more issues. Trulieve was recommended by my doctor.My whole life has changed. I have sativa during the day, it clears my foggy brain, Im not as forgetful, even my severe allergies have calmed down. I have used flowers for so many years, Trulieve is the solution for me! I cant believe the difference in how I feel. At night tv, tea and indica, I go to sleep quickly and sleep great all night. I have cut back on my meds and lost 45 lbs in 3 months. New clothes!I always knew some one would apply science to flower, to help all of us. Trulieve is the answer for my life.I dont want to forget to say what awesome customer service experience I get there. Im thankful you are here!Eileen

It looks like from reviews this place would be absolutely amazing and sadly Colombia Care was closed today so off to Trulieve I go. I came in for my first time the security and the people at the front desk/office were super nice and very pleasant, but as soon as I actually went back into the dispo things just went down hill. I got placed with a cashier which I dont mind at all, this cashier asked what Im looking for and when I said flower they said okay and just pulled out a armful of containers and sat them on the counter and really didnt say anything about the product at all nothing about strains, Indica, or Sativa. It really just kind of felt like a pick one and get out type of deal. They didnt bother trying to help me find a good strain for me so at this point I just wanted to leave and not take up anymore time so being a stoner I picked the two highest percent Reggae Cowboy and Cape Cush. I pay(a little cheaper than expected) and get home to see one of my eights (reggae) looks likes smalls (popcorn nugs) from Colombia and the other (cape) is literally grinded a little disappointed in form factor because i went in for some top shelf to kind of see the best of Trulieve, but im still gonna smoke it. ((TLDR Flower smokes pretty good but the customer service after the front desk just really sucked for the first time coming into that dispensary. Felt like more of a customer at a gas station than a patient at a dispensary. ))

It makes me sad, but I dont think I can go to trulieve anymore. I put in an online order this morning and when I got there they were sold out despite my order being in stock at the time of the online order. The quality of the product is top notch, but whats the point if your online order system doesnt work. Had a friend this happened to as well.

It is true the online ordering can be made more efficient. There should be no wait time if you check in before you leave, but somehow there always is. Otherwise, no complaints. The inside service is wonderful . Their recommendations are always dead on. Customer service via phone is always helpful and will always return your emails or calls. Prices are great when they have sales, so look out for them.
