Its true..Ive seen it with both eyes and all four eyes....

I get here, they have 10 employees, 2 helping one customer, the rest doing nothing. There was one person in front of me and it took 30 minutes to help one person. But the employees have plenty of time to dance around while customers wait.

My favorite location! The staff (&managers) are 10/10 in all areas. I prefer this store over any other Stores

I placed an online order and got confirmation it was ready for pick. I arrived at the location and there is no greeter and the door is wide open. I sit down in the room and am greeted with the usual do you have a web order. I show them my order and he takes my card hostage. No other information was exchanged. I sat and could visibly see my order for about 15 minutes. After waiting for a web order that was supposed to make things faster I just ask for my id card back. The manager is shocked and doesnt realize that Im not buying anything anymore. She says all she has is 2 people but does not step help. This place used to be great. New management has ruined this place.

Placed an online delivery order Saturday. Received a text Saturday advising that my order has been confirmed and is being prepared. No further communication. No delivery showed up, so I called today (Wednesday) and was told that they called me about the order but I didnt answer. I advised I did not have missed calls or voicemails and was then told that sometimes their number comes up as spam and they dont leave voicemails because the medication is by prescription. I was told they would honor the original BOGO on gummies and $25 eighths from Saturday and deliver the order today. The order arrives and the gummies were priced correctly, but not the eighths. I didnt want to hold the delivery driver up so I overpaid by $14 or so then called Curaleaf. My call was taken by a manager, JB, who initially wanted to pass me off to the delivery coordinator without even listening to me explain the issue. He continued speaking, telling me that he gave me a better deal on the gummies since they are now BOGO but were not on Saturday, which was untrue, but not the issue. When I finally was able to get a word in and informed him that the gummies were not the issue and that he was not listening to me, he said that I needed to take it down a notch, treating me as if I was being aggressive or hostile toward him. He finally ended up crediting $14 to my account which I appreciated, but I did not appreciate the way I was treated and I do not appreciate that neither person I had spoken with was interested in listening to me to understand what the issue was in each case.Additionally, the waits at this location are horrible. No matter how many people are there, you can expect to wait 20 to 30 minutes just to get into the actual retail store from the exterior waiting area. This doesnt change even if you place an online order instead of walking in; there isnt a separate clerk or counter for online orders, so youre in the same queue as walk ins. When I first went there six months ago I was impressed by the budtenders and the range of products, and only went to Curaleaf. Now Im exploring other options.EDIT: A manager called me to address the concerns outlined in my review. I appreciated the outreach and the desire to make it right.

In Jacksonville for my brothers funeral and ran out of meds. Not good for my situation. The young man at the door, the young lady who took my order, and Shelby took great care of me. Thank you I needed something to make sense today. Be safe Everyone ❤

I like this dispensary location because they treat every client there the same it doesnt matter if you have an order already made or not they call each person up by how they came in and I really appreciate that. Because I can understand even that they have their prescription already put aside for them its still its based off on how you come in and I appreciate that.

I dont know if you can tell ⅙ I am talking about the Curaleaf on San Jose. I have been to the location on 103rd also. Its small compared to the San Jose. They both have really good products and great service. I love that they know what they are talking about. Absolutely will be a return customer.

It seem like the game has change and the dispensary are the ones who are doing it. CBD is what that sell and thay are spraying it with terpens but in reality they are going to destroy what we are actually after.

The staff at 103rd Jacksonville are very knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and respectful. The prices are best in the industry and not bad products! The growers need to work on a mix up on strains because even the loyal customers are going to get tired of the same strains and low testers,

Most of the staff here is awesome. My favorite beach jay and the professor. The product is always pretty good. Not mind blowing but very good. And they do get some good crumble and shatter sometimes. :) they need more strains of both. Either way I love this place and its my main go to, its close to home too. :)

I love this place. Im not a fan of rhe new policy about serving online orders first when some of us has been waiting 45 min, but other than that they are always friendly and helpful.

I live in Venice Florida but visiting my daughter in Jaxsonville, I went to Curaleaf and had one of the best experience at a dispensary. Rihanna and Devon helped me with all my needs. They are very experienced at what they do I really wish they could receive tips. I will definitely go back to that store. And it was really clean and organized.

The store is fairly ok. Lots of the same products. But I do enjoy the sales. Their phone service people seem clueless though. I asked a simple question and they seemed confused.

Even with an express order you’re gonna have to wait. Even with workers just standing around, you have to wait. Used to be my favorite dispensary but now it’s gone down hill the last few months.

All and all Curaleaf has good vapes, concentrate, and RSO beyond that they struggle! On 2 separate occasions I received 2 completely different strains in the same sealed container... The first time I blew it off and attempted to give them another shot on the flower and thats when I made up my mind! I dont know about you but when Im looking at a menu and I order something I should receive what I ordered! Not to mention specific strains do specific things for people and getting two completely different things you truly dont even know if what you got is what you order in the first place.... There has to be a special going on like bogo or 40% off for me to even think about buying flower from them! There are Far more superior despenseries with QUALITY flower! Just because they have multiple locations everywhere does by no means say anything about the quality! They need to train the tenders that are trimming, pruning, etc to do better! Not to mention when I got home and took everything out they didnt put not one single prescription label on any of my containers and dont all despenseries explain how important it is to have those labels??

Most reasonably priced dispensary in town! The people are always nice (most of them, the short and long haired red heads are rude & take forever). Its always a good experience there dealing with any1 else. They have awesome deals! The boss/owner is always upbeat running around getting things together. Theyve gotten popular so the wait gets high sometimes no pun intended. Overall this one is the best IMO, its the closest, deals/price, and the overall morale seems to be high which means people enjoy working there. Ive been to other dispensaries and not gone back bc the employees are stuck up and act like they dont like their job (MUV- San Marco).

I postponed another appointment because it said they were open till 830. 819 it was dark but I saw people walking around when I pulled up got my purse it was 822 ...hes locking the door ..I asked why some malarkey about the money having to be in the system at 815 ..well then change your hours cause personally thats not fair to me ..I couldve saved myself a thirty minute ride ..thanks for nothing ..

I had Parker I believe, as my cashier, and honestly it was very easy with all questions answered. I dont know their names, but all staff in the building at the time were super friendly and it was nice to experience zero retail anxiety.

First visit in Curaleaf! Nice space, great staff, had what I needed. Prices are comparable to some dispensaries and better than others. Different strains that I have not tried yet. Long way from my house, but free delivery during the week is great. Limited time on that offer. Great discounts and looks like they will be having many promotions.

I just bought Lilac Diesel 1/8th flower as my first purchase from Curaleaf. They gave me an estimated delivery time of 10 - 12 and were still 20min late which I can understand because of traffic and being busy. However, my medication obviously contained one nug from a different strain and was not properly cured. It smells like hay not Lilac or Diesel. I have a photo for comparison of the different nug. This erodes my confidence in Curaleaf. I understand mistakes can happen but I have not experienced this from other dispensaries. This is a medication and I need to know what is in it because I react badly to some strains. I dont think I will be using Curaleaf from now on.
